Grooming is at the very back of the store. I have a short haired dog so all she needed was a bath. She got a great report saying she was a very good girl! Took about an hour before receiving the pick up call. Will be returning :)

I came into this place with JB , my 3 pound chihuahua who had been injured .The moment he was hurt I held him grabbed my keys and drove to the closet place “ this place “ not thinking that I would be judged or even worse that my little guy would not be getting emergency care because of my appearance at that moment. No one thinks of things like that in a moment of a tragic accident.But this place did .They took him inside as soon as got there . Immediately after they opened the door for me to go in . What I saw was 3 people standing over him as his little body laid there motionless , but I could see he was still breathing . They were not doing anything except looking at him as he laid on huge metal table with bright lights over him.There was no comfort, no padding under him . Just him on a cold metal table .As I walked closer towards JB the female doctor stops me and raises her arm and pointed at room . “She said go inside that room “ as if I were a child ,I immediately put my ego to the side because JB’s life was way more important than expressing anything about her cold behavior . I knew at that moment she did not care about him I gasped at the blood poring out of his nose and eye as they did nothing but look at him .there was no movement from any of the doctors standing over himI went into the room as she demanded . about 1 minute later the young girl that was sitting at the desk when we came in said that “she’s sorry that there is nothing they can do for my little guy . I cried and felt that died right there with him .The doctor never came into the room .They sent a front desk girl to deliver the news to meIt was an awful day and they showed no emotion , empathy , or compassion. They were cold humans with no hearts .

not a ripoff like petsmart and they dont take all day. just be aware the system automatically makes another appointment for you
