Stopped here on our way to The Mayo clinic for a quick bite to eat since it was after 2 thinking lunch had passed. Well, that didn't happen. One person was waiting for food, and it took 10 minutes before anyone even came to take our order. They looked at us but didn't come or even say anything. I'll be right there goes a long ways. Finally got our order taken, then it was another 15 minutes before we got our food. Fries were hot, but burgers were not. So disappointed because we love Hardee's!The employees acted like they would rather be in the hospital. Not a hello, how are y'all, thank you or anything. Just took the order and gave it to you.

I have lost all faith in the hardees location after today. The last 3 mornings I have stopped here for breakfast and each experience has gotten worse each time. Waited 15 mins for a cold biscuit that had unrelated cheese. My food was thrown on to the counter which made it slideon the floor. I'm done with hardees for good.

Just went thru the drive thru here with my boyfriend before he had to leave a family function so he could drive an home to work on the morning. I ordered a double baconcheeseburger meal with no mayo. They put mayo on my sandwich. Now I'm dropped off at the hotel and can't eat. Thanks.

We don't normally eat at Hardee's but stopped for fuel and needed lunch on 7/2/19. I asked for a Bacon cheeseburger with no bun. They did an awesome job! Food came quickly, hot, and cashier was polite. Great job Hardee's.

It was terrible, I normally love Hardee's, but I got the roast beef sandwich and the bread was so mushy it was like it had been soaked in water for an hour, i cant believe it was as bad as it was, im literally parked JUST so I can say how bad it was, and i NEVER take the time to do that right after I get something

Sometimes a burger is just a burger, but my food from Hardee’s tonight was on fire! The fries were fresh—perfectly cooked and salted, and they didn’t taste like old grease; the bread on my Frisco burger was beautifully browned on each side, and my husband’s chicken tenders were delicious—they were crispy but not overcooked and they were actually tender. So, whatever the team at the Lamont Hardee’s was doing tonight, they should keep on doing it!

By far the best Hardee's I've EVER been in , atmosphere was great , manager /cashier working was very sweet , the food was AMAZING , and made with love .... if we're ever back up this way , we will DEFINITELY be stopping 😁Thank you all for the delicious breakfast and friendly atmosphere ... We ate in our car because we had a sleeping child. The servers inside were super kind. My daughter had a 3-month-old in arms and they were so patient and kind to her. The food was fresh and tasted great. The place was clean, even the parking lot. We were on our way home from a theme park and they made this stop a real 'rest' stop for two adults with three kids. Thanks, Hardee's!

Showed up for lunch at 10:57. They asked me to wait in parking lot till 11 to be served lunch menu. At 11:01 I rolled through the drive through and ordered just to sit in line for another 20 minutes. Lunch time at 11 means they should be ready to serve lunch at 11. Doesn't make sense to start prepping at 11 and make customers sit in line for a half hour. This is ridiculous.

I enjoy going to Hardee's, they are the only fast food restaurant that looks out for seniors. The discount really helps with today's high prices.Parking: There are always plenty of parking spaces!!

Went there on Sunday for supper ordered two chicken sandwich meals. $24.00. There were 5 people working. there was no one else in the restaurant other than us and one other person (who appeared to be asleep) there were three cars in the drive through. We placed our order at 7:28 pm (according to the receipt) waited about 10 minutes then watched as three people came up to the counter that appeared to know the people working. Gave their order, stood around talking to the workers for another 10 minutes were given their food and left. We still had not been given our food or acknowledged that it would be coming soon. (its been 20 minutes at this point). At that point we went to the counter got our money back and went to Arbys next door where we received our food in under 5 minutes.

My family and I stopped here on a road trip expecting some tasty, fast food and we ended up waiting 45 minutes for 6 burgers and fries. When we finally received our food we’re were missing 1 and had to go back in and wait another good 5 minutes. I don’t understand how it could take almost an hour to receive your fast food, I was very disappointed.

Extremely polite workers! Very detailed when going through the drive thru, i know the food i ordered takes a minute to cook but they asked very nicely if I minded waiting. Then when they brought my food out made it a point to thank me for waiting. Kindness goes such a long way and very pleased with my visit

First time trying Hardee's. Tried the Bacon Cheeseburger and made it a meal. Thought the staple burger would be a good introduction. WRONG! This burger was not good at all. The beef was dry and appeared "gray" inside. The fries were okay. The only saving element was the cold Dr.Pepper. I was intrigued by the new Angus Steak Burger, but since my appetite was ruined by the burger, I dared not try.I will on a trip and in the area, so since Hardee's is not prevalent in my area SE Florida, may be awhile before I can give this restaurant a second try....
