I really enjoy going there for my groceries. They have all kinds of different things, depending on what your looking for. They have an ad that comes out every week an they have lots of things on sale, especially BOGOs. Plus, they have a point system that you can sign up for. I think online or instore. It will help out with your bill at checkout. That's kinda why I like it.

I like going to this Winn Dixie they always have BOGO sells going on with pretty much every item you need. They also are the only grocery store around that sell brown sugar ham freshly sliced right in front of you and my favorite little snack cakes by little Debbie which is the snickerdoodle creme pies ( like a party in your mouth check em out) . The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

Clean store..friendly workers ..had most items I went for. Totally dislike their self check out system. Never recognizes my rewards number and the employee watching me check myself out would be better served at a cash register doing it for me. After all...she's getting paid to work there, not me.

Poor customer service from management Me and another customer waiting at customer service desk for over 5 minutes, while staff working in office. I ask Terrance , the customer service manager is the wait time due to lack of employees. Terrance the customer service manager stated “it is a Winn Dixie thing not an employee thing “.

Update from my last review:Still like this store , clean, friendly employees. But it's really hard to do business here unless I really really don't want to go to Walmart to pick something up. Everything is so much higher priced that I just can't see myself shopping here. I went in on Sunday to get some coleslaw and some salad dressing. Normally I pick up Kraft salad dressing, because of the price and it's not a bad product. But when Winn-Dixie has it $2 a bottle more than Walmart, I just can't do it. I picked up a few items but I won't be shopping here much. It's tough to make a living these days and I've got to make my money stretch as far as possible. I'm sorry guys, but Walmart's going to be getting the majority of my business.The last couple of Winn-Dixie's I've been at I wasn't overly impressed. This one completely changes my mind. About twice as big as the other ones, clean and well lit, and friendly employees. Good selection of product, and close to home.

Great prices, very clean store but sure not the customer service from the cashiers or front end people like Publix. It has always been like that, so expected. However, the woman checking out behind me was her first time and said, "Boy, we sure aren't in Publix, are we?" I said,'No, but their fried chicken in the deli is better, so it's why I sometimes come."

Produce and meat always looks rotten, expired peanut butter and sunbutter sitting on the shelves. Bread will last a day or two before becoming moldy. Typical Winn Dixie.

My brother went in for his very first interview and he was nervous being that he has a stuttering problem but Terrance if I remember correctly assured me that he will be fine . My brother left the store feeling good about his interview .

It's ridiculous that they had more than enough employees on shift (just standing around talking/laughing) to have at least one employee working a register instead of only self checkout being open. If I'm a customer and I'm spending my money there the least the store can do, is have their employees actually doing something helpful, not to mention that's what they were hired for!!! I came to shop and buy things!!! I shouldn't have to do the cashier's job too!!!!!

I recently moved to the area and this was my first time shopping at this store or a Winn Dixie. It was very clean and appealing and the help was very friendly. I ask about savings and was told how to apply and I did. The prices were much lower than than their competition and I am sure to make this store my go to marketplace.

The lines are long and slow. However, the cashier I had was efficient and nice. A bag was left behind, which I assumed the gentleman bagging the groceries put in the basket. It wasn't discovered until I got home on the other side of town. I made the trip back, and the cashier recognized me immediately and told me my bag was at the counter. I went to retrieve it only to find out it had been put in the return basket, and the young lady behind the counter was a but "salty" about having to dig in the basket and repackage my items. I was a little too tired to even go there with her. It will be a while before I go back....if ever.

Shop here all the time, I work all day, I'm here to spend hard earned money,im not here to check my groceries out myself, it's ridiculous, you need to hire more employees period!! My next trip I expect to see more then 1 cashier!!!! Stop killing people's jobs with machines!! It's inconvenient

I'm done! I work nearby stop in every 2 weeks. Usually they are OK about not having their value card or whatever. Last few visits I have to sit through a lecture on how I need this card. I'm done. Ill drive the extra 3 miles to the Publix where I don't get harassed for my phone number when all I want is some cereal.

Every time I have gone to winndixie 1 product is spoiled 😭 my yogurt was more sour than sour cream and the applesauce had mold in it… since then I rather go to Publix which is expensive than Winndixe

I'm always going to love Winn-Dixie. I love their bogos. I love the atmosphere but most of all I love that they have a bunch of handicap carts. The ones that you can ride on because I recently was diagnosed with rotational vertigo and cannot look up or down or move my head too fast or it will trigger a dizzy spell upon me in a possibly could pass out or fall and so I needed the car and they literally had like 10 carts on charge up front that shows that they care about their elder people. I love it

Just shopped at Lakeland Highlands location. Waited while the cashier complained to her peer about how she was being treated by management. When we asked her if she could check out our groceries she recommended we use the self check out if we were in a hurry. Poorest customer service experienced in quite awhile.

It is ok but sometime they have price problems. Walking through the drinks, you see one price, and on the end caps, the same drinks are another price. twice this has happened to me. They will give it to you for the lower price, but you need to hold their hand and walk them back there to show them.

Very impressed with the clean and updated store. It's just like new. Great prices and staff. I asked where I could find a particular item in the store and the employee took me right to it. I was impressed! Service was as good as Publix.
