I love spending time here with my sister and mother! This place has the most exquisite plants, and I always witness the staff tending to them. The plants are so lovely and always in bloom that I wish I could snap pictures of them every time I visit. The employees are incredibly kind, in my opinion, and they always ask if we need assistance. As someone else mentioned, it's not very congested and it moves quite quickly. The food has unquestionably improved significantly, and the deli is also really pleasant. There is very patient personnel there who can assist you with any questions you may have. I always come here when visiting my folks!

Curbside pickup for some items I can't buy at Publix took an eternity. What's the point of offering curbside if you make people wait in their cars for 30+ minutes? Just when you think Walmart couldn't stoop any lower, they actually get worse. I guess no one showed up for work today. They should be embarrassed. I watched my entire life flash before my eyes while waiting in a dark parking lot. Walmart is existential hell. Why would anyone do this???

They don't take responsibility for their actions or mistakes. Most I come in contact with a very rude, as if I'm disturbing them from what they were doing. If I can avoid Walmart I do. On top of that we have to get our own carts, check ourselves out.... I'm sorry but what exactly are you being paid for?

Normally a great place to do my grocery shopping, but this morning I could not find any banana popsicles. Also, their Great Value Large Eggs 18-ct prices went through the roof. They have been $2.18 but today they're $4.12. I had to put them back and only get a 12-ct carton at $2.78 - and even those are up almost $1. I'll have to stop buying eggs if the prices don't come back down.

We have tried several times to have our groceries delivered and every single time there is at least 5 items not in stock or they have to ship it and it takes up to 2 weeks to get what we need. Prime example my daughter ordered wipes for her child and 10 minutes after she placed order she was told they had to be shipped.so now she has to go out and buy wipes till these arrive ,so tell me how this service is beneficial and this has happened the last 4 times we have used this service. So disappointed with walmart.

Every time I go in this walmart to the checkout all eyes on me. Not every person of color is a thief. Thief comes in all colors. You all so busy watching 👀 the wrong person I see the less watch person walk out with a good amount of stolen items. Pay attention to every person

these guys are kind of evil, there were items without prices so we looked them up. when we got to the register the manager refused to give us that priced stating that was for ordering on line only. so i said fine i'll order it on line and pick it up. she got really irritated with me and started talking about how they don't price match anymore? Dude! It's your own store it should be the same price as online or cheaper because i made the effort to walk in to your store Dah!

No one answers the phone. Called to ask what time their customer service closes and nothing. So assuming they would be open turns out that they closed at 8pm which never have seen at other locations. The worker wasn’t friendly acting like everyone should know what time their CS closes. Been to other locations where they close at either 9 or 10pm. Waste of time and no customer service plus parking was difficult so many pick up parking spots it’s like do you really need that many parking spots for pick up when the store is crowded.

I went there to get some car washing equipment like a water hose and an cleaning brush that connects to the water hose and it was great and cleaned up my 2010 chevrolet camaro and I also got some Lucas oil treatment a seafoam to make sure that my gas tank will be cleaned up through the fuel system and the fuel injectors will be running through well 😎

I brought oysters from here and I went to eat it and realize it tasted weird then seen what the date was it shows February 2024 as the expiration date when I brought these in march this week march 7th is when I got them They tasted sour and just every weird I knew it was off when they kinda didn’t have that oyster smell and taste 🤮

I got a flannel in Florida for $6.00 cause I needed it. I was down here for my doctorate courses & the temperature dipped to 44 degrees in the morning. I got all my groceries for the week But the flannel was the funniest part. Cause I am from Wisconsin and you can't get a flannel in Wisconsin for $6.00 in February. But in Florida. All things are possible.

You had 3 pallets of cold goods sitting out longer than 20 mins and as well as a couple of carts full of cold foods. I do not think that is safe for your customers to be buying left out cold goods especially since bacteria could start to grow.

My mom uses an electric shopping cart. We and a few othe4 customers were almost hit by employees bursting into carts w their blue carts. There was absolutely no concern or even acknowledgment of it almost happening.

NO SODA STREAM REFILLS HERE. The review lied and after driving 30 min the customer service said they are one of the few that don't do soda stream. Tired of these FAKE reviews. Someone owes me gas money! Shame

I've been to quite a few Walmarts, and both the locations here in Lakeland surpass what I've seen before. Even though there are tons of people in there, the employees do an amazing job keeping things clean and organized. And here's something rare, they actually say hello and acknowledge you here. Awesome job. That is appreciated more than anything

Living close to this store brings me in several times a week. Their prices really can't be beat and I also put a huge value and convenience on the fact they keep the store very clean and well stocked. Lots of smiles and friendly service. The pharmacy is top notch.

I’ve order groceries from this store twice in one week, not once did I get my groceries. The first time the driver took my groceries back to the store even though they were here at my apartment complex. Today they took my groceries to someone else’s house. No longer ordering groceries from Walmart. Thanks for poor delivery service.

The store is always a mess, trash on the floor, broken soda laying around. Never anything in stock on multiple items. When you ask an employee for help they look at you like you have three heads and are from another planet, Worst walmart In the area.

This was my first time shopping at this location. The store was neat which is the first signal that it’s properly staffed and well-managed (POV). Sure enough, I was in and out due to the wonderful staff who helped me in the garden center and sporting goods! I realize that everyone has a different experience and the day or context matters. This was my experience and it was a great day! I even got a close parking spot.

I live very close so this store gets my business frequently. Sometimes, there stock gets a little low. And, they are one of the last store to get those special "Walmart exclusive" items we all search high and low to find.
