I placed an order for same day delivery today and it was delivered at the time they said it will. However, I was missing an item from my order and when I contacted the store I was placed on a long extended hold with no little information given from the cashier who answered the call. At the time they were not helpful, which let to me giving a negative feedback to the link sent to me once the items were delivered. However, I received a call from the shiftlead on shift (I'm sorry I did not get her name) and she was very professional and sweet and personally delievered the item that was missing from my order. Thank you to the young lady for going above and beyond her title.

Spoke with the rudest employee at the pharmacy today. From the start she was inconvenienced and didn't have any interest in helping me. I would not recommend this store.

I have always used Walgreens for my prescriptions but this location has changed my mind. I have been waiting 2 days for absolutely life saving necessary medication and they can't even be bothered to answer the phone. I will be finding a new pharmacy

Go elsewhere. If you must shop here be fully aware they need things to be overly clear and plain, just understand the staff routinely perform bare minimum. At this location the service does poorly but management in the pharmacy will not assume professional responsibility. They will miss and mess up, not acknowledge it, and then openly verbalize their contempt for anyone asking why.

I love ❤️ going to Walgreens. It's convenient and not too far from my house. I can go in an get what I need an go home. They do have groceries if you need to do some of that type of shopping. They do have all kinds of things even stuff for Graduating seniors from high school.

There really isn't enough time or typing space to give all the details to this bad experience.Rather, in short on 03/30/2023, I contacted Walgreens' pharmacy on Combee Rd in Lakeland FL. My call was in response to an email I received, regarding there being a situation with my medication on file at that location. Initially, I spoke with Tech/Sarah who was answering my questions of concern. However, rather abruptly, the head pharmacist/Erika Jean cut in on the call, she acknowledged that since the call with Sarah had already taken up too much time of 14 minutes, that she herself, was taking over the call. Erika was talking not only LOUD in a Belligerent manner, she insisted on not hearing my prescription question, therefore she Rudely insisted talking over me with no care of my concern and stating that "I was going to listen to what she had to say". To which, when I pointed out to her how unprofessional her behavior was, she became angry then she TOLD me she was hanging up and so, she DID!!I reported the matter to Walgreens' complaint line. On 04/03/2023 the store manager/Suresh called me about the filed complaint on Pharmacist/Erika Jean's uncouth behavior in deliberately hanging up on my call. Basically, the store manager/Suresh just wears a title with limits as to how far to address matters in his store, such as addressing Erika's disgruntle behavior toward customers in general (read this store's previous reviews). Suresh later informed me that he spoke with Erika about what happened and reminded her to be NICE to the customer, however she felt NO Wrong or Sorrow for her actions. Since April 4, 2023 to current date, supposedly the District Manager/Julie-- was to be reaching out to me about the incident. Still, no word from her yet. This is why I am now giving this review.In essence, maybe customers should value Walgreens the way Walgreens Corporate, value the customer's patronage at this store.🤔By the way, if such a score review were available to give, being Negative "0", this location's mentioned employees truly deserve it!!

I was a costumer here at Walgreens pharmacy for years , paid lots of money for my prescriptions, nobody ever told me about good RX up until my recent order! I could have saved a lot of money in past using it , not to mention that Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional, always have an angry attitude!!! So, I finely had enough and all our family transferred prescriptions to Harvey’s pharmacy who absolutely awesome and truly want to help!!

The pharmacist Erica is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Walgreens advertises great customer service. So wrong. They made a mistake so when I got upset she got very very rude. I called corporate to report her. Because I did that she is now refusing to fill my prescription. I did absolutely nothing wrong. SMH. She made a decision based on me getting upset one time. She does not know me or anything about me. I have been going to this location since I moved here 3 years ago with no issues or problems. Now because of one pharmacist drawing a conclusion about me this has happened. What she states in her bio on Walgreens website is so untrue about how she feels about customer service is so untrue. What happened to customer service Walgreens is so proud of?

You call the pharmacy needing assitance... the reps are rude...don't take their time to help you..refer you to an automated service because this world has become lazy and is so dependent on technology and wants to be paid to do the bare minimum.. Not everyone is tech savvy and they should keep that in mind... Oh and after waiting to speak to someone they found it easier to just hang up the phone. So unprofessional.

Took almost an hour to get the vaccine. Made a 3:15 appointment for a Covid shot. Arrived 15 minutes early as they requested with the paperwork already filled out. The one woman in front of me was waiting even longer. No one else was there..

The pharmacy changed my prescription without my knowledge to a different brand and I called to ask questions about the medication, the pharmacy staff member did not help me at all and the pharmacist tried to pin it on me stating I should have checked the prescription before I left and started being rude towards me all because I stated that the staff member I spoke to earlier told me all my prescriptions were gonna be ready (when they wasnt). I shouldn't have to doubt a pharmacy to give me the right medications that my doctor prescribed for me.

They seem to have updated their policy on making customers wait for package drops, I have upgraded my review from 2 to 5 starts. I feel that it is much more reasonable to not ask a customer who has a label to wait for the package to be scanned.

So if you are not a regular Walgreens customer and your Pharmacy is out of a medication don't ask Walgreens for help. Sure they will give you a one time courtesy fill. But after that they will not fill anything. Not their customer you are not their concern. Damn sure have no desire to do business with them after that.

Hi ! This is a good pharmacy and store. The employees are fabulous and so helpful. Marie, Caitlyn, Patty, Joe, the 2 women cashiers up front ; everyone has a smile.I agree that some prices arw high , but most are competitive, and sales sre great.I never give anyplace 5 stars, but they certainly earned it .

Heard a notification over the store sound system that the pharmacy was offering the fda approved Pfizer Comirnaty covid vaccine and I should ask the pharmacist. So I did. The pharmacist didn't know what it was and only had the Pfizer EUA jab.
