I feel at home at this Target. It's clean and they have nice folks working there. I stopped in to check the size of a jacket so I could order a leather one from England that Target doesn't carry (hello). I tried on one that resembled it by "Goodfellow" (Trucker Jacket) and it was so comfortable I had to get it. It was half the price of the Levi's brand, but every bit as good in my opinion, and much softer and kinda stretchy too.Fact, it's so comfortable, you can sleep in it. So I balled it up to show you, and you cannot wad up a Levi's jacket like this. The size is perfect. I've bought Goodfellow before and always been very satisfied. Great t-shirts, boxers and shoes.

It’s a time old tale- when you walk into a Target, it don’t matter what you went in to buy. You could make a strict list and try not to get distracted grabbing anything outside of it, but no matter how hard you try, you WILL leave Target with more than you planned to. We’ve all been there, still are there, or will be there in the near future.I love me some Target, like most women. It’s overall a pretty great store- they have cute and affordable clothes, a ton of home decor/ furniture, usually a good amount of food and produce, pharmacy and more. Going on a random trip to stroll through Target is a fantastic use of an hour or two.This is one of two Targets in Lakeland, and is the south location. It’s generally a super nice location, as most Targets are known to be. It’s the one I frequent, but I do think the north Lakeland Target is the superior store. This south Target has a really random and small selection of produce, and they just never seem to have the overall stock that the north store does. They are out of random things at random times, so you can almost never conveniently get all you need in one stop if you are doing all your grocery shopping there.Otherwise, this store is awesome. They have a Starbucks, which can be nice if you want a caffeine/ sweet fix. The workers have always been so friendly in my experience, especially Miss Cheryle- she’s a star, and deserves some high praise for how sweet she is!

Beware ordering from 3rd party vendors through Target. The do not supply the information you need to easily return if necessary at the store. Had to call customer serv 2ce to finally get TCIN numbers to take to store. Took 2 trips to Target to complete task. With correct information there was no issue.

They are starting to follow Walmart with the self checkout and not having staff. It now takes to long, so I will skip it when I can.

Every time they have target circle it’s the best time to buy the books you want. Right now it’s buy 2 get 1 free and some books are 20% off so I think that’s a steel.

We had visited 3 Target locations today to get assistance with our Consumer Cellular phone and upgrade to a newer one. Only Lakeland Florida South has a technician. We arrived at the Tech desk at 6:45. He was scheduled to be off at 7pm.. he looked at my husband and then at his watch and said I am leaving. We contacted store manager. He was very helpful and walked us back to the phone counter. Consumer Cellular tech was no where to be found. We will be switching cellular carriers. Apparently they are contract workers and no accountability to anyone. Doesn't look good for Target

Service here is always a 10 out of 10 I'm very impressed with everything that has gone on and the store. These people are always on top of these isles it's never dirty I'm just so happy to go into a store with this type of cleanliness and the customer service is amazing.

Honey was very disappointed in the very small amount of vegan food products they had in the supermarket section. The vegan products they did have were very overpriced even compared to publix. It seemed very generic and I hadn't been there in quite a while so it was very disappointing nothing exciting.

If you place an order online for pickup, prepare for an email that says it's out of stock. This Target is notorious for NOT updating their inventory. It's happened to us 3 times out of 4 orders placed in the past year. Funny, no other Targets have this issue.

Target ran a hard credit pull for a target card without my consent during my visit. I did not apply for a red card. Either their system did it in an automated fashion or the cashier ran one without asking me. Either way, completely unacceptable.

Helen in drive up is wonderful and very helpful. She helped get my drink replaced when I received a spilt starbucks drink after i had to deal with another employee who couldn’t have cared less lol. Thank you Helen!!

Sat in the dressing room waiting on my daughter and noticed how well Gabby worked. She was folding and organizing the clothes as it was put down. She had everything looking neat and was still very polite and helpful to those coming in to try on clothes. Nice to see a young person with work ethic.

Didn't have my bank card on me, so the checkout woman held my order for me so I could go out to the vehicle and find it. She was there for me when I got back in and helped me right away. I appreciate that type of customer service. Thank you!

waited 15 minutes at service desk no employee in sight, due he needed to take care of drive ups/ pickups too. store entrance / shopping cart area with overflowing garbage and strong smell from the restrooms .

What is going on. Been told by multiple people that applied to work there that you can only get hired if you know someone that works there or management. Went for my weekly shopping and the only thing that was open was self checkout. Young teens walking around ignoring customers and noses up in the air like they are too good for others. Lol! Hmmm. Maybe they should hire actual workers?! Absolutely disappointing!! I get better customer service from walmart and publix. Whoever their hiring manager is should be fired!!!!
