Pupcake Cafe is a must go for all your pets needs and wants! The owner, Tina, is soo knowledgeable about animals! I explained my dog's situation and she gave me such good advice. I bought 4 items and she gave me 4 freebies! I loved it so much, that I went back a couple days later for more. Thank you Tina! I will definitely be back!!

I just want to share about my little pit stop to a pet boutique in Lakeland called Pupcake Cafe! The sweetest owner ever, Tina, greeted me as I came in and just browsed around. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing she truly was! She makes her own treats in store that every pup will LOVE and she even makes custom cakes for doggos as well! Tina’s customer service goes above and beyond and she will help with anything you need! I will most definitely be going back to visit and bringing Winnie Jean! I’m sure she will want to meet the lovely woman that provides her special snacks! Make sure you stop and visit this wonderful shop!

Honey was a little nervous coming in for her 5th birthday, but she was greeted with a pup cup, offered a dried duck heart treat (that she enjoyed a lot!), given full permission to sniff as much as she wanted, and pick out a few toys/treats on her own. She started with her tail tucked and left with it upright and wagging!!Thank you for your generosity and friendliness!! Honey will make sure we come back again!

Stopped by because it was my fur baby’s 7th birthday and what an amazing find in Lakeland. Tina the owner hooked us up! She makes her own dog treats (the banana bread treats are delish) and the mini cupcake with a candle was icing on top. Thank you for making my baby’s day so much fun. We look forward to coming back and hopefully the coffee bar will be up and running by then!

I came in for a cake for my dogs 4th birthday and the woman working (not sure if she’s the owner) was the sweetest! Clearly can tell she works hard and cares for animals. Even gifted treats for him!! I will be returning.

So happy I stopped in today! I can’t say enough about Tina, she was super sweet and helpful and Koda loved her. We grabbed a few goodies on the way to the vet so Koda got some special snacks from Tina and some for the exam room wait, she even gave us some sample goodies. Koda decided we could bring the cats a little something too. Massive selection of treats and food that we’ll be going back for and definitely for a birthday cake!UPDATE: Koda ate his birthday cake in seconds! Thank you so much for the borderline rush-job. Love this place so much 💕

So my children went looking for a cake for our puppers birthday today. They stopped here and they were closed… Just so happens the owner was in the store and took time out to ask what they were looking for and they told them. Tina went above and beyond. Invited them in, let them shop for our cat and also made our baby a custom puppy cake with added treats!!! I cannot explain how appreciative we are💛 Thank you for being so helpful and kind to my babies while I worked! You’re amazing!!!

First off, the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She gave me treat samples to give to my dogs and they absolutely loved them! I recently ordered a pupcake for one of my dogs and I was super happy with it (so was he 😁)!!

The ladies here are super nice! They have a great selection of treats, dog accessories. I bought my birthday boy a cake, and he loved it! It was a lot less expensive than I had imagined it would be. I highly recommend this place if you love spoiling your furbaby.

Not only does the Pupcake Cafe offer great quality products, but from the moment you walk in the doors you are given such a positive and fun experience. Tina’s energy is appreciated by all — I’ve only been twice and my dog already recognizes and absolutely adores her. Tina is also very knowledgeable and helpful regarding pet nutrition and safe products for sensitive pets. You can’t go wrong by shopping here.

My experience was excellent! I have had my rescue for one year Bear(Bichon mix)picky eater!!! Tina educated me on exactly what he needed. She gave me several samples to try and bingo he loved one brand!I lost my last dog 1991. Dog food has changed. Thank you so much for your guidance!! You saved his life!

We just started going here a few weeks ago to get Fresh baked dog treats. We were getting them somewhere else but they never have anything due to losing their Baker. Anyway I highly recommend this Pet Store/bakery. Owner is super nice and helpful. Best of all my dog loves her treats.

Tina also researches all of the products she stocks in her store. She wouldn’t stock anything she wouldn’t use on her own cats and dogs. Pupcake Cafe is A+++

This shop is an amazing gem I would give it 10 stars if I could. Trying to feed your dogs healthy food with good benefits can be hard because there’s so many options and it can be hard telling what’s actually good or if it’s bad. But this shop has hand picked all of the best products for you! Everything is human grade. They have treats galore and they also make their own treats and have a pet birthday booth. The owner runs it herself and is such an amazing person to talk to we love her and keep coming back please go to this shop it’s amazing you won’t be sorry!

Today was my puppy's first birthday and she got a free pup cup and some free chicken chips and her picture taken along with a beautiful decorated cake bone with her name on it! The owners were awesome and so sweet to my girl. Definitely made her feel special on her birthday! We will be back!

I don't have a dog. I have three cats and I love the selection for cats. The owners are amazing! My cat turned 15 today, I went in to get him a special treat and she made him a tiny cookie 🧡 And he actually ate it 😁 Highly recommend stopping by!!

Such a nice store. Our dog is a fussy eater and won't touch a lot of the big brands for kibble, this place has all of the speciality foods that she'll actually eat. Tina, the owner, is sweet as can be and makes a lot of the treats in store herself. Definitely stop by if you're a dog owner (I believe they have cat/kitten products too).

Stopped in on a whim today and it took everything in me to not buy one of everything! I was shopping for pets that aren’t even mine because everything was so freakin’ cute! And the owner, Tina, was the friendliest and most welcoming person ever. I left there and truly felt like I was a long time friend and I genuinely cannot wait to go back. I’m telling my family members to bring their dogs over so we can go shopping.
