My wife and I have worked with Brian Bucheit a couple of times to order screen doors for our house. He is always courteous, professional, and even came off a lunch break to take care of us. He always wants to make sure we received the installed product as quickly as possible. Great job!John Turner

Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. Bought a lawn battery( had the core with us) instead of fixing the core when it was being rung up, they had us pay for it and go to customer service desk to get the core charge back. It Took the guy 35 minutes to do a refund on a core charge for a battery. First he couldn’t get it to work but instead of getting help he is standing there talking to an employee about her schedule , then he walks off to do it at another register and while we are waiting still … he is helping an employee and another customer with propane tanks, instead of bring our receipt back so we can sign and leave. If you can’t do the register and manage you should decide which one will leave satisfied customers!

This lowes is my go to location, bought a 3 person swing, the sticker was wrong in the store but the man that helped us honor the wrong price saved me 30 dollars.. never have any issues when shopping here!

My dad bought a front door from this place. The customer service has been absolutely terrible. They wanted my dad to pay for the door up front and they told him that the door would be installed in 3 weeks. Really??? Now it’s going on 4 weeks and No door 😡. I would never buy anything like this from Lowe’s again. My experience has been terrible. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything like this from this store. I really hope they get better customer service.

Don't recommend going here. My husband and i went in need of a specific type of screw. No one helped us and we waited over 30 minutes in the store just to find someone to help us. Not a good experience at all, we had to leave here and go to home depot. Do not recommend coming to these lows and seems like no one is willing to help you find what you need.

Go to Lowes for Black Friday sales, looking for a new washer and dryer . Washing machine picked a good time to quit. Purchased a new LG Washer and dryer on November 26th said to be delivered on December 4th that was fine. Then on December 4th recieved notification they would be here between 8am and 12pm that can and went. Now it's will be delivered on December 7th. Now we get a notification it's ready for pickup. I would avoid any major purchases from this store not reliable or dependable.

The women who work here are always helpful. They go above and beyond to help with customer service. If I can't find something they always know who to call. They always are positive and funny. I haven't been to another hardware store since this store opened.

Stopped to to find Christmas cactus, but no luck. Their Christmas tree tent was well decorated and very inviting to families with children . They could use a plant waterer, though, plants looked weary. Nice staff.

Just got back from the Lakeland Lowes at HIghland City. There is no checkout person to assist. I ask a lady who was in the area..She gave me a hard time for not knowing how to checkout. My friends I'm a senior. A little kindness would have gone a lone ways. I'll be going to Home Depot from here out.

Bought a diswasher waited 2 weeks to be delivered to the store. Picked it up paid to have it installed. Started pulling wraping off and front was caved in and plastics broke along with shelfing rollers inside were broke. Spoke to a store associate was told we would receive 20% off the next one if we reordered . Brought it back to be told not there problem to contact brand pr just return unit .

Lowe's has finally gone to only self check out at this store. I will no longer be shopping at a store that will not hire employees to run the cash registers.That was part of shopping in the store that was enjoyable.

This store is close to my shop. It is convenient ..But if you own Lowes stock. Sell it. Buy Ace Hardware Stock. Lowes rolled out the all self checkout. It is a failure. So the people who don't want to self checkout go down to the contractor area near lumber. 30 people in that line. I went to self checkout. 15 minutes wait at the register. Bought a marked down can of paint and they didn't know how to charge it correctly. Everyone I saw was having issues. The person that did that implementation should be fired. It's 5 minutes from my shop and I spend a good amount of money there. No more. I'm tired of paying higher prices with NO Service. Yes Ace is higher and doesn't have some things. But they have people at the register. Amazon and Ace. Maybe Home Depot if they haven't lost their mind yet. Vote with your $$$BTW online responder from Lowes. I called Customer care. 45 minute wait time I chose to have them call me back 6 hours ago. Still waiting?

I’ve had some good service with this company over the years and spent tens of thousands of dollars there and many thousands in this local store. However, today I went to return some goods without a receipt which I had bought with my Lowe’s credit card. There has never been any issue with this. A couple of the items I had bought one week previously and they were unused and in original packaging. After taking all of my information verifying the items had been purchased with my card, and taking down my drivers license information I was told I would not be able to get store credit for any of the items without a receipt. This was after I told the clerk originally I did not have a receipt for the items. After going through all of the rigmarole, she then told me that store policy was now to not return items without a receipt. Super fishy! She told me not to speak to a manager. I was in a hurry, so I did not. But I will be going back to speak to a manager. Very disappointing!

purchased a dishwasher with installation service. 8 days later, haven't heard anything from lowes. called today to realize they just forgot about me. They tried to find my order through my phone number with no luck. my phone number is all over the contract. During the purchase process, when I asked for help there were 3 ladies just chit chatting and looked bothered when I asked for help. waited about 20 minutes for help on a very slow wednesday afternoon. then I picked a dishwasher, lady tells me they don't have it in stock. I went with a different dishwasher and she confirmed it was in stock. Then today over the phone another lady just tells me the item just became available this morning and put on schedule. Either someone is lying or terribly unprofessional. This lowes location looks like they need help. poorly managed for sure. Meanwhile home depot delivers and installs in 2 days. NEVER AGAIN. too many entitled associates in this location. FYI.
