Do not bring your dog here! They made my dog bleed and cut almost to the end of his quik! The lady did not seem attentive to the dog crying and I had to ask her to stop halfway through. They did not offer any sort of apology only saying "it happens". Terrible. I had been a loyal customer but recently it's gotten worse and worse. Will not be going back.

Unfortunately will not be going back here. It took a few appointments to realize where my dogs hot spots were coming from but this last appointment confirmed these groomers are using a brush that’s too sharp and hard on my lab where it’s puncturing his skin. If you know what hot spots are they are no joke and this will be the second time he needs antibiotics for how bad they are. Not only has the staff not been the most friendly, but this time they let him air dry. Someone is brushing the dogs too hard I don’t care what the excuse is it’s unacceptable.

do not bring your dog here. Went inside and I was stared at by two sour face teenagers. Asked if they can take the matting off on my dogs chin. They said they don't take matting off but they shave it. Uhm?? Okay? Same thing? I asked her if she can come around the counter and feel it out, the two teenagers with their nasty face were standing up there for a minute before one finally decided to come around, she felt around the dog and then told me her manager needs to look at it, she dragged my dog into the back and the lady started feeling his back around, I told them again that it's just his chin. Mind you my dogs tail was so far tucked between his legs.. I think we could both tell that the vibes of this place weren't right at all. The manager then comes face to face with me and stares at me for 2 minutes before telling me the entire dog needs to be shaved... this business is a big joke. Super disrespectful and I wouldn't leave my dog here for $1milWasn't greeted, didn't feel inviting, dragged my dog across the store, the lady was feeling around the back of my dog after I specifically told her it's just the chin, he has absolutely no matting anywhere else but yet she told me to shave his beautiful coat completely. Rude workers. I'm all for small businesses but this has to be a joke. Please please please do not bring your dog here !!!!

They suck period. I wish I could post a picture of what they did to my little girl. She had some matting. So they shaved her down and her fluffy tail, shaved her face and cut her ears down and uneven. Their personalities suck.

Really bad experience.. staff almost rude they were so unfriendly. I don’t feel they are pet loving folks. Paid to have grooming with nails cut and smoothed. My dogs nails were chopped and rough. I said something to staff and they were instantly defensive. Please see the pictures. They were supposed to trim and bathe but they obviously only bathed her.I normally go to Doggie Divas but they couldn’t get her in so that’s why I tried them. I will not go there again. Doggie Diva’s is sooooo much better!

They did a fantastic job grooming my German Shepherd. I’ve never seen her groomed so well. They paid attention to every detail including trimming her hair in the areas it needed it. They deshedded her undercoat that was very matted. Overall, I’m very pleased with their work on her and won’t go anywhere else now.

Took both my fur babies today and have been here before. They did a good job on grooming but while I was waiting to get them, the owner was taking a phone call and the door to the back was slightly open and there was a dog barking and whining. I heard a women yelling at the dog to shutup. My guess would be that it wasn't her pet and it put a very bad taste in my mouth about EVER returning. If you are not pet friendly do not work with them!!!

I was really looking forward to our first grooming experience. Sadly, it didn't go well. I explained that I didn't want my Aussie Doodle cut short when we arrived this morning. When I picked him up, he was completely unrecognizable. I just kept saying omg and wow over and over. He went in so beautiful and came out shaved short and looking like a poodle. Not to mention, he smells awful. I asked them not to use the perfume and they still did. So here I am home and washing my dog again to get rid of the smell. They didn't even seem to care and that's what is really disappointing.

Tanner always comes home looking and smelling great. He's an 8 year old cocker with a drama complex and hates having his feet and ears touched, but seems to do wonderful at L & F. I prefer his coat kept short as we like to go walking the trails and he gets all sorts of stickers etc. in his fur if not. He loves his new haircut! Thank you Love & Fluff!

The review below was from long ago and I am obligated to update it after I had to send my yorkie of 12 years back to God. I finally healed enough to realize he never needed me, I needed him. I got a rescue that is a year old. I was worried about him going, he was never to the groomer. They did an awesome job. Kim’s employees are friendly, kind and understanding of my concerns. Thanks again everyone!!!We’ve been taking our Yorkie there for several years. He’s always well cared for and looks great when done. They’re the best!

I would personally not recommend. I have taken my dog here twice. The first time his grooming was a reasonable price. They aren't the most pleasant people to interact with either. The second time- I am being told for a Med-Size Doodle it was $148. Took them 1 1/2 grooming time. No matts in the upper body- matted in the lower legs- requested a shave of the legs. $148? I have 2 Large Doodles that I take to Hollywolf in Lakeland who charge me $80 for my large 110 pound doodles. They were booked out for two weeks sadly. I think this place just charges what they feel like. They have no prices listed anywhere for a reason. Not to mention if you pay with a debit card, they charge an extra $5. (Which I have reported)I suggest finding a different groomer, overpriced-- and not consistent.

Had our little 9 mo old female yorkie puppy in there for her very 1st grooming. Alberto did a wonderful job! Just like I wanted! Thanks Alberto! Price seemed a little high for such a small dog, but then I haven't priced other places. Very pleased with the cut.

I drive a long distance to bring my dog to Love an Fluff, and I will not take him anywhere else.The personnel are always pleasant and professional. My dog likes it there, which is a good sign, and comes out looking like a million bucks.Highly recommend this groomer. Give them a try, you will not regret it.

First time visiting this place. My dog was matted and the other groomers suggested a medical grooming. I took my dog to this location after receiving a recommendation from a friend. I was completely satisfied. My dog looked brand new, he smelled great and his nails were done properly for the first time. I believe they earned a customer for life.

Would give zero stars if I could. I will never use this groomer again. We took our husky to them a few times and had decent experiences. The last time however was horrible. I brought her in for a bath and nail trim like always, but this time they did more than that. When I came to pick her up, she was shaking and trying so hard to leave. When I got her home she hid and slept all day and then the next day she had such a hard time just sitting down. It was then that I realized someone had brushed her so hard that her skin was oozing and bleeding. Theses people obviously don't care about animals and can’t tell when they’re hurting them. Our husky is very vocal and I am sure she was screaming the whole time. It broke my heart and infuriated me. There is no Love in their fluff.

This location is an absolutely wonderful place to take your pet to be groomed. I'm extremely happy that we found this location. My dogs look like runway model dogs after picking them up each time from Love and fluff.

I took my 2 Chihuahuas to get their nails clipped. They were extremely patient and very kind to my doggies. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

They did an amazing job on my Husky/ Malamute. She was all nice and ckean, blown out, nails cut and smelled nice and clean and fresh! And reasonably priced! Will definately be a repeat customer.

I was very impressed the way they took care of my Lab. She looked beautiful after her visit. I tried calling for another appointment but could not take her for a week. They are very busy. I found the prices are very reasonable and the staff was very friendly.
