Been taking our 4 pooches to Happy Paws for a year and a half now. Shout out to Katie, our groomer!! My dogs look forward to going and seeing her and the other dog loving folks at Happy Paws. The service is always efficient and reliably well done, every time. I love the way you can see dogs being groomed when you walk in, as well as, dogs that are waiting to get picked up. With some places, dogs just disappear into the back....It is comforting for me to see some of what is going on. There is always a pleasant vibe and atmosphere. The decor is super cute and creative with paintings of dogs everywhere. This is the best doggy spa our dogs have ever been to. They actually get excited about going The location is outstanding and it's really easy to zip in and out. Thank you, Happy Paws, for loving our dogs and taking such great care of them.

Laura did an excellent job with my two 4 year old male Persian cats. She gave them both lion cuts…they look amazing! She is so loving to my cats as well. I would never go anywhere else. This pet salon has the best customer service ever! I am so thankful. I highly recommend Happy Paws!

This lady cut groomed my cat 2 times in the past. My cat's hair was a tiny bit matted the first visit. At that time my cat was a bit underweight. The lady did a great job before. This time, my cat's hair was a bit long (pic1). The cut she gave my cat this time can be seen in the pictures included. She then told me that my cat is (17 years old) and boney. He doesn't look boney in this 2-week long pic. She left the tail incomplete and the hack job she did is quite evident. I touched up the whole cut with my beard trimmer. Looks a lot better after I finished. Didn't have ANY issues with boney anything. The excuse is what bothers me the most. Beware if you own a older cat that up there in age to take it to Happy Paws. Because she'll be happy charging $99.00 for this HACK job. Its Happy Overpriced Groomer NOT Happy Paws. Awful, awful cut. Lady has lost her touch or just rushed the cut of the cat.

Laura, did an excellent job on Oreo our collie. He looks and smells great. We looked hard for a groomer, since he has had only one in his life. We wanted the experience to be great. We have a happy dog and owner and would highly recommend the services offered here.

I have a mini Berne doodle that I am working with in a vest and she mats easily. I was so afraid that I was going to have to have her shaved. They use such a good product and conditioner that most were able to be removed without cutting. They were only there a week or two. I do brush and comb her often so I try. I was so happy when my husband picked her up and she was not shaved! She is so adorable! Yes they clipped her shorter in some areas but they did great to keep her adorable! I feel more comfortable with Happy Paws each time I go! Thank you!

My baby boy needed a bath and a trim. Not sure who to trust him with, so I went with Happy Paw. My boy pooped in his carrier, nerves. Not only did she clean the poop, I offered to help, she said no worries. When I went to pick him up, she had washed the padding that goes in the carrier, above and beyond. He looks beautiful, smells great and now enjoying a nap by his daddy's feet.I love this group of animal lovers. We will be back.Thank you Laura

I called and expressed my concern about some bad matting my cat had going on. It's really difficult to find a cat groomer! But when I some to them, she was very empathetic with my situation and said she could try tj get my cat in the following day... which she did!! She did a wonderful job shaving him as his mats were very tight and large. When I got him home it of the carrier he was so happy!! Highly recommended taking your pet here. The dogs coming out also seemed very happy and were so cute!!

I have been taking my 10yr old maltipoo here for over a year the staff is so kind and friendly to her. She goes without any issues. She always looks great afterwards and they usually can you an appointment rather quickly. The monthly dental cleaning is a plus as well since they offer that now as well. Very happy with this grooming salon and all the staff and my puppers approve!

This was our second time at Happy Paws and we will definitely be coming back for a third! It is always clean, friendly staff, and they do a great job on our puppy. We have been super happy with both haircuts that Kirby has gotten!

I don't usually like to leave comments unless something is really good or really bad.From a distance my dog looks fine from a distance when I picked him up. I didn't like the smell they used so I didn't really inspect him right away but hey that's not something to give a bad rating. Once I got home and took his leash off I noticed his chest was groomed like they wanted to give like a stairs appearance. They overall trimmer him too low especially on his legs. For some reason they shaved down the inside of his ears and messed up the curls in his ears. All of his paws seem irritated like they were too rough with shaving his pawpads and those are also too low.I'm not saying to never try this place because obviously they have lots of good reviews and lots of happy customers, but I will not be returning and I urge anyone to confirm they know how to cut your type of.

We have a husky and she turned out beautiful when I picked her up from Happy Paws!! She is super fluffy & so soft and clean! It was a lot of hair that had to come off, and they did a fabulous job. Thank you! :)

We took our dog Maverick here to get a grooming, the grooming was fine. Our issue was that it has taken over 2 weeks to get our dog back to normal. When we first picked him up he was excited but once we got home it as if something happened to him he would not eat and would just lay in his bed. I sent an email to Happy Paws asking if something happened to him there, I got no answer. The next week I sent another email and I still have not received a reply. This is unacceptable to me. It makes me think something happened that they do not want to tell me. I will not take him back if they cannot respond back to my requests. I am not blaming them but now I think that something did happen since they have not replied.

I bring my dog every month to get her nails cut. My dog has skin issues on her paws, and the lady who cuts her nails always does a great job & has given me some helpful advice for caring for my dog’s paws. I highly recommend her for cutting dogs nails

I have taken my two dogs Molly and Rocket here for the past 4 years and have never been dissapointed with a groom. They are not the easiest dogs to handle but the groomers always manage. When issues with Rocket arise, they will call me and ask how I would like things to be handedled. Love the communication they always try to do right by me. Will never go anywhere else.

Poor excuse for women at this establishment. Disgusting attitudes from staff who showed up hours late to my fur baby’s appointment! Very unprofessional staff who were completely condescending for my entire experience . I tried to give this place a chance since it was closer to home, BIG mistake. Pleaseee people save your money and take your fur baby to Country Puppy Dog Grooming @ US 98 N 33809. COUNTRY PUPPY DOG GROOMING does AMAZING work and you will NOT regret it. They actually LOVE and take PRIDE in what they do so they put their all into each and every fur baby that comes into their establishment. The people who work at Happy Paws are a complete joke.COUNTRY PUPPY GROOMING IS THE WAY TO GO!

I use to love this place and they got rid of why I call my dog shaggy his long ear hair I didn't say shave his ears I said trim they definitely put the machine to his ears last time I come here. Thank you but that was not listening to me that upset me as a dog owner.

Hard to find a good cat groomer and these guys are AWESOME, got me in fast, took care of the issue, provided a great comb-out, removed some matting and and super happy with the results! My girl is very skiddish and they provided a great experience, will be bringing her back for a bath next time!

My Maltese has been getting groomed here for 2 years now and I love them and so does my she! She’s comfortable with them because they are patient and never hurt her. She always comes home looking so cute! Happy Paws does a great job!
