I hate even giving one star ! That store is THE WORST ! From employees to the cleanliness, it needs to be shut down and has for a long time. I wish someone from corporate would take the time to do something!

Lets start by saying the cashier Saul was fantastic. Fast and Friendly but not the fake way. You know the "Welcome to..." He was great. My problem? Half the store aisle were blocked with stock carts and big boxes. Couldnt even get to the dog food. Had to go completely around aisle to otherside and still had to push that big cart out of the way. With 7 pins in my foot and complete shoulder replacement that was not easy. I understand shelves need to be stocked but why are there so many carts and I didnt not see a single person working any of them? It is math but not that hard: 1 stock cart per person working that cart. The pictures are from just the few aisles I was on.

Ok place I don't know what the employees problem was, like all I needed was matches I didn't know where they were she pointed to the isle and normally I could find things on my own but for some reason I didn't see them, I told her that. I knew they were there because my husband was just up there but forgot his wallet so I went instead I guess he should of just left them at the register because she could not pause her phone call, just needed like 1 minute of her time, she was working would have been great if she might have prioritized a customer for a few seconds. Like I didn't even care if she talked to whoever she was while she showed me.

the manager Kae was horrible to us. She was rude and argumentative. Untiil l today's visit we liked this store but we won't shop there again. Kae told us she could be rude and treat us disrespectfully and corporate wouldn't care. They wouldn't do anything because they NEED her. Apparently she's been there 5 months, so maybe she's right. Next. .

Much better now that the manager was released of duty. I have never seen a nastier person be in charge. Now that he is gone i have returned to shopping here. The manager was so rude to me 9 months ago that i would not return to the store. I heard through the towns people that he was gone.Happy to be back!!!! Just a better place to visit now.

It's a nice little store quick for shopping but if they could keep the shelf stocked it would be a lot better and put the true moo chocolate milk back on the shelves it's better than the one they have now that's theirs it would be a lot better. That's why it's only a four-star.

Like the dollar general much cheaper than having to go to a convenient store.You can find almost everything that you might need and use instead of having to drive to a department store or a chain grocery store. Parking is usually plentiful as well as easily accessible. Aisle ways are usually more narrow than department and grocery stores.

The cashier took about 10 minutes to make it up front after I rang the bell twice. I wasn't impatient, so I wandered off once to gaze around while waiting to see an employee. When I rang it a 2nd time, because a line was forming behind me, she became irritated and screamed "COMING" from somewhere in the store and proceeded to answer the phone and return a call before waiting on me and the people behind me. Masks are mandated for everyone entering their store but not the ones working there?

By far, my worst retail experience in a long time...the manager was the most unfriendly man I've ever met, and when I went to check out they screwed my order up so bad that I returned everything to get it right and then they still screwed it up to the point it cost me an extra 6.00 and change and I was so upset that I just left the store red hot. Corporate will hear about the horrible customer service I received in one of their stores...simply because they refused to admit it was a mistake on their part.

Manager Eddie accused me of opening the under garment package. I had advise him it wasn't me and also showed him another one that was open. He explain we cannot sell it when packages are open and again I advise him, I did Not open it and to look at the camera feed.No apologize just walked away. He was high tempered racist and unapologetic for his wrong doing. He needs to be coach in customer service, and how to approach people...only reason for the 1 star because the store is clean and well stock.

Nice store, wonderful employees.Not thier fault or anyone else's many things are out of stock, soups, , coffee, sometimes sugar. They do try thier best to assure,it's being addressed. This problem is in no way thiers,the company etc. They should be complimented on thier wonderful way if trying to make service the best it can be under the circumstances.Thank you

The manager and assistant manager has no means being in the position they are. Due to the major lack of customer service they have shown. It is sad because there are employees there that would be better candidates for the positions

Well still a good place to shop the employees are somewhat friendly but the manager is always rude. he's always seems like grumpy mood. But good for quick shopping trips for cheap stuff. Would rather go to dollar general around the corner though.

Poor customer service. Manager did not want to really come out in the Florida help me. The front of the store has trash all over the parking spaces. And the Back store which is also visible to the parking lot is filled with a lot of trash. Not a fun family place to shop at.

The manager at this store last name Hamilton is the rudest person I have ever encountered. The registers were locking up and a line was building and he started getting nasty with the customers. I was walking up and down the aisles minding my own business and he kept following me saying "now what are you looking for". I will never shop at this location ever again until a new store manager is there.

I love going in this store. They always have a good sale going and the associates are always extremely nice and helpful. They appear to like working there, never seen one of them without a smile on their faces.

They refused to honor the sales price in the flyer. manager said she was not able to change the price to correct it. She gave me the coporate number which nobody answers even after on hold for more than an hour. How is it a manager can't fix the price? Employees are treated bad, I've talked to several. On their Facebook page they tell you customer service will call but they don't. There is a Dollar General a few blocks away so that's where I'm going from now on.

The young man working there should quit if he is to lazy to say Hello and Thank You. The only words spoken from his mouth was nine thirty two. I said thank you to him and take care after i paid him. Then i realized what the hell am i thanking him for. I feel like going back there and loading a hole shopping cart of stuff. Let him ring it all up and tell him i left my bag in the car. Then leave and not come back. Sunday 2pm 3/29/2015.

While at this store, not even a single moment was I noticed, the cashier that was there was named Dwayne he was on his phone complaining about the work he had to do while at work, he was also talking about his personal life, I'm sorry but this is completely unacceptable

Spent $60.00 on clothes to not be able to wear them because Muhammad failed to remove security tags. Called store manager laughed and stated Muhammad was new . Really laugh about it will not return thanks a lot extremely pissed...

This is an excellent alternative to the big box stores! Their customer service is awesome and the store is clean and well stocked.
