Rude people particularly in the pharmacy. No one helping so you wait. The head pharmacist particularly rude how dare you ask a question. No wonder I switched to a different pharmacy, no more Cvs's for me.

I’ve always used them because they’re the nearest to my house. Whenever you call the pharmacy they answer and then send you to voicemail as they don’t want to pick up the phones.

This pharmacy is a joke. I've been in the drive thru for over 1 hour and just now the clerk came to help. There were only 2 cars before me.I've been calling for weeks to get refill and spent as much as 1 hour until I hang up. Ridiculous. You are tending for people who are sick and need their medication. Hire more employees!!!!!

Yesterday reminded me why I switched to Publix pharmacy. I had an old RX that I still needed to fill thru this CVS. I called around 6:30pm and used the automated system and opted to speak to a representative. After being in hold for 20-30 min I decided to just drive up there. (With my phone still on hold) when I arrived no one was in line and a few cars were in the drive thru. 3 employees were behind the counter. I could hear the intercom saying every 20-30sec (3 pharmacy calls) over and over. I went to the counter and filled my RX. None of the 3 employees ever picked up the phone. I hung up my phone and took note of the intercom switching to (2 pharmacy calls) over and over. This is unacceptable

EXCELLENT drive thru service, five cars 3 minutes per car. Not always this lucky, even when waiting other trips GREAT SERVICE!!!
