I am an easy pay member just filled up this morning and went into the store to buy a few items. Guy at the register named James was very rude to me. This morning was not even listening. Very disappointed.

Rude guy on register, you can't have an attitude when I ask for a black n mild then tell you to put it back when you ask for i.d. you didn't ask the previous customer which was clearly younger than me. Then you get an attitude b/c I want my change. You will not sell me product if I'm 8 cents short, so I need my change not attitude.

Well the only complaint I got is that I asked for a certain brand of dip and they gave me the wrong one and I wasn't paying attention cuz I haven't been feeling good. I've been having medical problems so you would think that with them making a mistake they would fix the problem. I just walked outside and then I walked back inside When I realized as I was pumping the gas that they had made a mistake, I said longhorn Wintergreen long cut they gave me Wintergreen longhorn fine cuts.big difference and they said because I went outside they could not return it or exchange it. So I won't be going back to this one

We live down the road so we come to this location almost everyday multiple times. Great employees but whoever they buy their 4 pack Busch light tall boys and Njoy pods from are selling them expired stuff. Every time I purchase either item they taste so bad so I have to go to wawa or 7 eleven down the road. Their 24 packs of beer taste fine tho. Something about them tall boys just don’t taste good.

We are (or I should say my husband is lol) at this location daily, sometimes twice and at varying times. The staff are pretty much always great. The store is kept relatively clean, considering how gross some people can be with not cleaning up after themselves at the drink fountain. We're not crazy about the new arrangement of the shelving but otherwise we love our local Circle K!

I went there to get change for a $20 bill in all $5. James (the cashier) told me that I would have to buy an item to get change in all fives.i bought an item and he didn't give me change in all fives.I told him that the change he provided isn't what I wanted and insisted that the fives he does have is for the rest of his customers.I asked for a refund and he said "no I gave u change that I have" in a very disrespectful manner.I asked who his manager was he said "Kim, you can talk to her in the morning when she's here".So I'll be giving Kim a call or pay a visit in the morning.Highly upset with the customer service I recieved. Word of advise, keep your customers happy to the point where they wouldn't mind coming back for business.That employee is a bad representation of Circle K.

I come in this store at least every other day and everyone is so nice with a positive attitude! EXCEPT when I come in after midnight. I recently turned 18 so i go in to purchase blacks, cigars, cigarettes, lottery tickets etc. Every time the guy who checks me out James has an issue. My license faded in my wallet so you can’t scan it you have to swipe it. Well the first time he didn’t even try to swipe it I was told that he couldn’t check me out. So I took my service to 711 where they swiped my ID. Now when I come in during the day they have no problem swiping it. Again when I come in after midnight he has such an attitude about the things I’m purchasing, every time I have to tell him to swipe it he’s so rude and acts like it’s his business what I’m buying. I live less then 5 minutes away from this location & it’s sad I feel like I have to travel to get good service.

Horrible if I can give this store a zero I would! Every time I go in there a girl with short hair and glasses always has an attitude, she curses in front of her customers and she's always upset.it's simple!!!! If you hate your job that much then quit.
