Nice folks. Never a problem for 10 years. Have everything I need. Beats driving to Sebring. Plus it is .5 miles from home. I could walk there if my knees were good. Only problem is they keep trying to give this old Vet a discount. I didn’t fight for this Country for reason but PATRIOTISM!! :)

Had an expiring coupon to use so I stopped in the local Ace Hardware that everyone told me didn't exist. It supposedly was just a lumber yard. Low & behold it's an actual Ace Hardware as well. And as far as the dust goes, it has been for awhile. Didn't have much time to look at everything. But Ace is usually the place to find neat stuff and GOOD cleaners that other places don't carry.And as usual this one did and nice employees to boot.

I am reluctant to review this location, I have never had bad service at an ACE and my brother actually owns one in Ohio. I needed assistance with a product and once I found a staff member he could not provide me his full attention. Another customer came through the door and the staff member looked at me and said I need to go help that customer. What! Sadly for this ACE my business will be taken elsewhere. A real shame since will be spending thousands as we remodel our new home in Lake Placid. Real Shame.

My recent visit to ww lumber was disappointing. No one available to help. Two workers talking by themselves with back to door ignored me. I approached them and still ignored my presence. I said excuse me. Finally the counter guy asked if he could help and I said" where are you hiding such and such" to break the tention. He tells me where I should find it. I never found the part. No one questioned why I was taking so long. An older employee suddenly appeared and asked me if he could help.i said you sure can. It turned out I wasted all my time waiting for help only to find that they didn't even carry the part. I had to go somewhere else. That is what I will do the next time .

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Bought some 2x6x8 needed them to be cut at 96” they told us they could but when we went in the yard the man laughed at us and said he wasn’t going to cut anything cause it wasn’t his job and on top of that we had to pull our own lumber and put it on our truck

The manager Mike at this place is a male chauvinist pig! From the moment I started asking questions about the size of wood plank I wanted to purchase he was condescending. He acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and ultimately said I should have had my husband come in instead! This place should be off the radar for business as long as this guy is at the helm!

Great selection of wood and they deliver. Nice hardware store.... they do close early on Saturday and they are not open at all on Sunday
