The manager does a great job and has excellent customer service skills. She keeps the store clean and organized with clear pricing. All of the employees are very helpful though this is a great location with great staff.

Favorite place besides Home Depot. Great selection of merchandise. Pleasant staff. Great knowledge to most of the items they sell. Got baby chicks right now. And nice little starter coops. Prices are just sky high. But it's life right.

Great place, friendly ppl working here. I'm still getting used to what to expect they sell because they aren't a true hardware store. I keep finding myself in here looking for stuff that is found is an actual hw store. This is more of a feed farming store but they do have things u can't find in a hw store. For example, earth anchors. Hard to find in a hw store but tractor supply has em. They have feed and other things too.

I had a pretty disgusting experience with the Sebring location today, and just about every other time I've been in there. After leaving that location, completley disgusted, I went to the Lake Placid location and was incredibly pleasantly surprised. I was greeted, when I walked in, when I asked a question, it was answered witha a smile, and the guy who came out to fill my propane was friendly.Literally, that's all it takes. Lake Placid has it and Sebring couldn't find it if their lives depended on it it seems.
