i have shopped in Worthington DG for years. also worked there for a short period. the unprofessional-uncalled for behavior from the staff recently is ridiculous and disgusting. all of there prices are WRONG and when you confront them to change it, they (Yolanda) (AN ASSISTANT MANAGER) (i’m pretty sure) want to catch an attitude and talk to you like you’re completely stupid. i can’t count on both hands how many times things have rung up $3-$5 more than it’s supposed to be. not to mention they NEVER have anything on there shelves, they constantly complain about having to work. because they have worked a “18 hour shift”. not my problem. nor do i care. never will i give them another penny of my money. the only good employee’s is Karen and Katie, Katie unfortunately left to go to another store, but i don’t blame her.

Nice cashiers, store usually clean & stocked well enough. However for yrs now, they will often be out of stock on many items all at the same time (usually the more popular items & the staples, such as sugar, bread, & milk) and then remain so for much too long. However, 5 stars whenever they rehab/step-up their low stock/inventory re-ordering process! :D

The cashiers are always nice, however it seems they are under staffed. They only have two people at any given time and the line is long. It gets long because one is stocking the shelves and the other is cashing people out. Had they one more person as the floater cashier/stocker, this could be remedied and boxes wouldn't be in the way while trying to shop.Don't get me wrong, I think the employees are trying their best. It's management who needs to re-evaluate their own performance and attention to their staff.

Extremely furious with this storeMy wife was shopping which she does every week paid for her items and as her and my daughter walked out the associate’s of the store called the police on my wife and daughter and accused them of shoplifting and was a complete embarrassment for no reason!!My wife nor daughter has a criminal record and presents themselves more than appropriate!I am completely disappointed and disgusted with this establishment and will no longer be a customer of dollar general ever again!! In complete shock

Best thing about this location would definitely be its employees! Ill choose this location over all others in my surrounding areas even though it doesnt have produce and fresh fruit like some locations do simply because they make me feel like a valued customer which brightens my entire shopping trip.

One of the worst stores I've been to. Shelves are never stocked, always stuff lying in the aisles so carts are pointless. Always messy and just about never more than one person on a register so if it's busy you're definitely waiting....

I was at lake butler DG for the first time, the other day...very unorganized.I was disappointed when i wanted to purchase items according to the posted( add on shelf) Buy One get one1/2 off...I filled my cart w/ about 150.00 of these items just to be told" oh no, that is an old sale". I asked if they would honor the posted add and was rudely denied and manager just turned and walked away...i walked out with nothing!

MY First time walking into Dollar General on121 feel like I'm a true customer Desmond is so polite and kind he greets ever customer with a true smile the store manager walks around with his back on his shoulder thanks for such a wonderful person that will bring more people back.

There are no gas stations, grocery stores or quick marts anywhere in Worthington Springs so I doubly appreciate Dollar General. They carry a little bit of everything and have been a "lifesaver" for staple items and grocery items and household goods that save the local residents an 8-20 mile trip to nearby towns to shop. I'm SO thankful for them and want to commend DG for serving a small town so well. It is a neat, clean little store that carries an amazing inventory. Thank you DG for being here and being great!

When they're in a quandary. Could not find the item I wanted Kenalog 10 outside. They were kind enough to show me where they kept the extra large Packaging. Bravo!!!!

It was like going to any other dollar general except they didn't have that much merchandise on the shelves because they are getting ready to remodel the store.

Really sad when they see someone pull up a few minutes before closing just to run in and buy one thing and they lock the door and not let you in. I remember when they couldn't lock the door till exactly 10.
