I ordered online to get a file printed out, when I arrived to pick up my papers only about 8 pages of 61 printed the rest was blank pages. I showed the lady running the copy center who walked over to her computer to see what happened and get me fixed up. Somehow their computer was not jiving with my file, but with great patience and a smile on her face she got me fixed. Once home I reviewed my pages again and realized I was still missing 1 page. A quick stop today and got the last page. Even though the process wasn't the smoothest I was taken care of with the most impeccable customer service I have. My only regret was not remembering the lady's name so I could include it here. Thank you

Normally really helpful, I get my pictures developed for my business and personal use. The lady supervisor has always been very helpful, but the guy manager at the photo center has made my experience so inconvenient that I likely wouldn’t return.

Today I had the most amazing experience in Staples ! I went to buy a new printer and was torn between HP and Epson... Greg came over to help me with my decision. Hands down Epson he said ! Explained everything behind his suggestion. He was very knowledgeable on all the printers! The he told me if I traded in my old printer I would get $30 off the new printer !! I also had brand new ink for the old printer that he could return for me and apply that credit as well !!! Greg is an exceptional salesman !!! I ran home, got the old printer and ink to trade everything in to Staples for a new Epson EcoTank printer !Greg's level of expertise and salesmanship is absolutely incredible ! His customer service is without a doubt beyond spectacular ! Greg went above and beyond to make me feel very appreciated as a customer! I will always seek him out when shopping at Staples !

This is second time in 6 months I have tried to use Staples printing services from my email. The manager Matt says he couldnt help I was having a problem there was nothing he was willing to do for me but point to the board and i was told to follow steps one through 8 he turned his back and sauntered off. I was trying hard to figure out steps one through 8 and I asked one of the gals to help which she did and i was finally able to print after 20 minutes of trying.Next, I needed a battery for my car key. It quit opening and locking my car door. Homer the clerk called to the back to see if someone might help me decide what type of a battery i would need. Nope, no one could and out saunters Matt. . Jan 2024 Update on my review; I have been now a customer of Postal1 a personal mailbox service offered by Staples. Each time i come to pick up my mail and parcel, I am met with superbly friendly, effective and professional service offered by mangers in the Lady Lake Staples location; Melony, Greg and Shane. It feels like a family by now. I feel that our professionally friendly interactions is transparent to other customers.I have been a customer of Staples at Lady Lake for six years, including the service of a physical address and USPS mail delivery (iPostal1) for a year. I am happy with the friendly, professional and highly effective assistance from Staples' staff. My particular gratitude to the managers Melony and Kevin, both masters in handling multiple priorities with professionalism and personal attention.Thank you!

I went to print area as they had a large paper cutter and asked if they could make a dozen cuts across heavy gage paper. The girl said yes and acknowledged that they had the equipment but she was very busy and I agreed to leave the work and pick up tomorrow.RUDE Tall Young man approximately 40 claimed to be a manager chimed in and stated that he had no way to charge.Office Depot in Leesburg has my back as usual. Should have gone there in the first place.

I was at staples today asked if they could print one page from email and was told by lady at the counter to leave computer and it would be available that evening it was 10:30 am.. Tried the do it your self printer and was having a hard time downloading. I had to use credit card and it said it was processing payment and I didn't receive anything. Told man at counter about this and he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry have a nice day. Also while trying to print my one page lady at counter was talking and laughing. Not sure what happened to this store

Rude service from the print department on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.I had an easy project that Saturday help got short tempered when I suggested how to better view the document.Sundays help could not follow the conversation and refused to offer a solution.Then he did a simple cut in half i requested and told me "only this once," and he was off by inches.I have four decades of purchasing print services, ran Office Depot print shop for 10 years, and NC State University for another 6 years.I always tried to be a part of the customers success story.You will not find good service at this Staples print department!!!

A printer I bought a couple of years ago went, I had the extended warranty. The two managers one named Matt were very helpful in walking me through the process and also helped me pack the item to send back. Easy pleasant informative. I will shop there again as a result.

If I could leave a review for every visit I’ve had here, that be great. But the reviews would all be the same. Staples, as a company, is just lousy. Website doesn’t work (on mobile) prices are always higher than the competition….. and going inside the stores, good luck finding a person to help you, let alone someone who looked like the their soul hasn’t been crushed.

I know no one reads three star comments but I'll write it anyway. We ordered business cards. Everything is a little off center, which I notice because I pay attention to details like that. Also the cards were flimsier than anticipated and both sides were shiny when I thought I chose one side to be matte but maybe I'm wrong.Either way, it's what I wanted, just the quality is a little off.

Warning do not get your business cards made here!!! I don't usually do this but here it goes. I placed my order for business cards online with my custom HD design looking beautiful, the next day they told me my business cards were ready for pickup so I made my 5 mile trip just for them to tell me they're not ready and there was a mishaps. I drive the 5 mi back to my house for them to call me 30 minutes later to tell me the cards are ready. I made the 5 mile trip back to the Staples when I received my cards they were flimsy faded and blurry. I refuse to pay for them made my 5-mile trip back to my house, that's 20 mi with today's gas and my time wasted for nothing thank alot. In these days and ages there's no accountability no pride no effort not even a sorry. stay away this place is no good.

This store doesn’t even deserve this one star for a review. First off their website claims to have a print ready the same day if you order before 2pm which apparently doesn’t apply to this location. I ordered an 18x24 poster for my wedding and when I arrived home to frame it I discover that the poster actually measured 18 1/4 x 25 1/4. I couldn’t even cut it down to fit without cutting off part of the design. So I call the store and have to hold as if this local store is an 800 customer service number. Once I finally get an answer the gentleman had an attitude like what is he supposed to do and no intention of helping just quick to pass me off to the girl in the print department. The transfer turned into a 20min hold to then me have to call back and have my name an number taken and never have received a call back. If this department is so popular, then hire the appropriate number staff so people can receive accurate work and customer service they paid for.

Glad this is not the Staples store I deal with on a daily bases. Had a product on hold (I know they normally don't do this) and when the guy went to look for it he forgot what he was looking for and went some where. Thank goodness for the pregnant sales person. She went and got the product and I was out of there in 5min. I wish I had got her name. Don't think I will go back to this store even if it is the only store with what I want in stock. I will wait.

Stopped by with an online order to pick up. When I arrived they only had one of the four items. It was a computer error. They helped me for nearly half an hour to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Everyone was curtious, and had great customer service skills. This isn't the closest office supply store to out business, but we will definitely be using them again.

We were there today November 10th 5:30. We were not greeted, not offered any assistance. The two guys at online pick up were rude and were as about unhelpful and unknowledgeable as they could be. They could offer no answers to any of my questions and acted like they could care less. neither of them offered to help me carry the heavy large printer to my car. These two guys in their 20 and 30 are rude and not raised very well apparently, no gentlemen here!!I won't be back.

I have ordered business cards online and picked them up in stores. I had ordered glossy which cost six dollars more but when I picked them up only one said comes glossy? I didn’t understand this at all and think it actually makes the cards look weird so just a heads up if you order glossy your only getting one side done. Besides that everything was as ordered

As I walked inside and looking around to work on my way over to the ink area for my printer the salesperson came over to me and asked me if he can help me and took care of the printer ink situation so quick I didn't even make it all the way over to there. so it saved me a lot of walking everybody is extremely helpful and friendly and there are sales there but most of the prices are a little inflated. But I do enjoy going into Staples at this location.

I went to this store for staples since it was the closest Staples store, 33 miles one way. I specifically asked a sales associate if he could direct me to which one fits a Swingline S8 Model 33811. This stapler uses only S8 Crowned staples. I couldn't find them in the isle they were in. He brings me over to the same isle and says anyone of these will work in it. It depends on if you want ridged or regular. I told him I found it hard to believe all of these would fit as staplers come in different shapes and sizes. Even being a Senior citizen I'm not even that stupid. I felt as if he really couldn't even care if they fit or not. Well I got home and the didn't fit as they were too large for the stapler I have. With horrible service like that I'll go to your competitor from now on. You've permanently lost a paying customer!

Staples just lost my companies business. For 8 years, staples has handeled all my copies and prints for my business. As of the last 2 months, I get a new story from an associate. First they don’t do same day orders, now they do same day orders, next they don’t take online orders anymore, now they don’t do same day copies. The sales associate is sitting behind the counter and says my manager changed policy. This is not good customer service
