This store at Lady Lake was great back in 2018 and 2019 after COVID, the quality of the store has dropped tremendously. It's always messy, organized and at times a little dirty, sometimes it just lacks merchandise and needs a huge revamping This store was one of my favorite in South Florida, not so much, here in the Villages.

Plenty of parking and easy to park out near the entrance when we visited. Large store, but choice and stock seemed strangely small for Toss. Almost looked like it was being run down. Friendly and helpful staff.

A friend and I were in on a Saturday night just before Christmas and while shopping, overheard two very loud employees complaining about the work they had to do. It was quite disconcerting and unprofessional.

Will look in at this Ross when in these area, but Ross stores are better on the Gulfside. 😒 the merchandise was not kept up and the place seemed to messy and dirty

I've shopped at various Ross stores over the years and in different States. This store is by far the dumpiest one I've been in. It didn't take long to go through what they had as far as clothes. Ross used to have some really nice things. Don't know what happened over the years. It's really sad. I used to really like Ross.

The selection at this Ross is a hit or miss but mainly a miss considering how many empty shelves they have. They usually only have one register open and takes long especially if they’re checking out someone who has a cartload of stuff. Had a employee one time make a return so complicated where it didn’t have to be. Only Ross nearest to the villages if they had another one would definitely consider going to another location instead of this one.

Awesome, went there with 25 minutes to shop. Two nice associates were so pleasant to help. Found the last pair of leggings for my niece. And a few others things. Not messy, clean, friendly employees and quick checkout. Even after a long day they were happy to assist!

This Ross seems like most other Ross stores the setup is actually very similar. The prices of their products are quite good if you can find what you want or need. The household and bedding area had some really nice items but it's always hit-or-miss I guess.There are (sometimes) very good deals in the health & beauty area.Tues is senior day, 55+

I met area supervisor at the lady lake store when I was having issues finding things, going over return policies and much more. I was a little bit flustered not with anybody at the store just with the items I couldn't find and Priscilla was honestly the best customer service worker I've met. She was patient she help me look for what I needed. And she always seem happy to help me. Lastly, I'm new to the area so I'm not familiar with the stores and everything else, But I can tell you now that I will continue shopping at Ross solely because of Priscilla.

Great experience. They have awesome prices and their clothes are name brands. The shoe selection is superb. I like to buy toys here, because they are unique and not available at the normal department stores. The employees are polite and well mannered. I really enjoy shopping at this Ross in Lady Lake, FL.

There are many emptied shoe shelves, in the bags area need more merchandise too, and they're need more employees. The shopping carts are so out of shape got to be in a trash dumper long time ago. Are in need for a new and organize store lay out. The staff are so kind and are doing the best!

Very organized and clean. Great selections and deals. Big bang for my buck. The manager was on her lunch break, but she assisted the cashier so that I was able to use a debit card balance I had.

Love to shop here although I couldn't make a purchase on this visit because the sunglass/perfume case had the key broken off inside the door and no one knew how to remedy those problem so I was told to try back inn a week. Naturally when I returned the sunglasses I wanted were gone. Who knows when the keyhole was repaired.

Pretty much what you expect from a retail store.. I was welcomed as I entered the store which was a nice touch or just good training.. Store was clean and racks were orderly.. Found everything I was looking for with relative ease except for the shoes were not in my size.. Probably my only negative was the shoes looked under stocked, maybe they could have restocked sometime throughout the day as product sold..
