The store was completely void of employees. There is One cash wrap area at the front of the store, so if that wrap is busy, you are going to wait. Three people in line and I waited way over ten minutes to check out. I get you have to ask EVERY customer to sign up for Kohls card / memberships but it should never be at the expense of the other customers waiting in line. Kohl's needs tighten up that Sales Pitch, and recognize that most of their demographics in this area is elderly, and does not take to, or understand a lot of tech. Put your phone number in here, email there, just check these poor folks out, and let them go home. This is one of those times where a blanket policy, in making sure the employee offers Everything to the customer, is not the most efficient or effective manner to service the customer. More and more people shop online, and this is one of those reasons.

Certain employees need to learn good customer service skills while working in the industry! If I have a large order there should be no reason any of the employees should cop an attitude and make you feel like they don’t want you there! Suzy is one of those employees who needs more training.

My wife found items that she was looking for and used her coupon to get a credit marked down price. The store was clean and neatly placed orderly. Our clerk was friendly and very knowledgeable about the way things are to be taken care of .

Ordered Vans shoes online and customer service was excellent. Pick up was very easy. You order online and pick up items in customer service. No line. Being Saturday it was busy and a long line to check out for item’s bought in store but the line went very, very fast. My wife was in line to check out 2 items and people were complaining but line did in fact go fast. Manager/Supervisor did a great job moving the line quickly to next available checkout service.

Kohl’s customer service and return policies are GREAT. I’m never apprehensive making a purchase at Kohl’s for this reason. Also, was really stocked this weekend.

The store itself is fine and clean but checking out and/or making returns is incredibly slow. It took 10-15 minutes both times I had to return/exchange and both times only 1 person was ahead of me. The customer in front of me waited at the counter for at least 5-6 minutes before the employee returned from the back and I waited several minutes when I got to the counter as well. Every time I have gone through checkout it's been an insanely long line as well, extending back into the clothing sections.What I am more so bothered by is with my recent exchange I offered to put the item in the bag I brought the exchange item in with (reusable Publix bag) or in the same bag my online order was packaged in (a plastic kohls bag) and the associate refused to let me use either and instead put my 1 small item item into a new, XL sized plastic bag because "you're taking a kohls item out so it needs to go in a kohls bag". The online order pickup was literally in the same, smaller, gray kohls bag just with a sticker on it with my order number and name. Ridiculous and wasteful for no reason at all.

Absolutely 100% satisfied with Kohl's delivery service! I order from many department stores, and I have to say Kohl's is the BEST! I love the products and they always let me know when it's being delivered. Satisfied customer!!!

I really like this Kohl's near the Villages. Smaller than the average one yet still big. Bathrooms are awesome since they are next to the Villages. Great selection and sales! Clean neat store. Parking right out front.

The store has fantastic inventory but the customer service is beyond fantastic! Bobbie and Desiree were so extra helpful and super knowledgeable. Seems rare these days to see people enjoying their work and genuinely making an effort to help the customer! 10/10 in my book!

I went with my family the other day and I found that the customer service provided by Mackenzie was amazing. She took the time to direct us to all the items we needed, was extremely polite, and exercised great patience. I will definitely be coming back to this Kohl's more often because of the amazing customer service

Prices are fair and has a variety of items. They Carry Designer Clothing to House wear and Decor.It might have been the time i went to shop (8pm ), but my Wife and I had to wait 10 minutes for a cashier, not a line lol. Sometimes you have to a bit lighthearted, we are all human and have our faults.
