It's actually a nice grocery store, but the experience I had in the meat department was pure deception. See the photo, 1 of the 3 steaks only have strip steaks attached to the bone. They covered up the two steaks that did NOT have the tenderloin there at all.The T-Bone is cut from the short loin, and actually has two different steaks attached to the bone. On the long side is the strip. If you would take that strip and cut it away from the bone, you would have Rube's New York Strip. On the smaller side of the T-bone is the tenderloin.

Enjoyed relaxing time with in-law groceries prices are expensive probably not surprising far from city locals. Good to see my Winn Dixie card functional. Shopping cart working without locks. I love how big and organized the store is! Never had any issues shopping here. I'm editing this a year later with the same thoughts except BETTER. These were given to me and my absolute favorite are Stargazers. They lasted nearly 3 weeks and they smelled SO good (an acquired smell) I was very happy AND extremely impressed!!! This store needs more employees with better attitude, and those who are employees should be trained in customer service because they never know anything and some do not help older people. Also, the lotto service is only open until 7:30 pm because it never works, according to some, but there is no one to attend that area, lousy service.

So I moved in recently to Port LaBelle and There are no so many choices when it comes to Grocery stores...therefore I ended going to Winn Dixie a stored that visited maybe three times in 2 décadas while living In Miami.A simple reason why.... extremely expensive for their quality... their prices are higher than Publix or the Whole Food Store... but You CAN'T compare WD quality..... to Publix or The Whole Foods....And the Staff is no friendly at All except by a young Associate that is in the Customer service Area

I have been going to this Winn-Dixie for 20 years. I only had trouble in the past with a pharmacist but they have resolved that. Everyone is super friendly and the store is very clean for as much business as it does. Plenty of parking and the store manager is a great guy!

I called right see what time the money order closed and was told 9pm over the phone. I get there and was having trouble with my card and I came back 15 minutes later and it wasn't even probably 8:30pm and they had customer service closed down saying they closed customer service early. I told them they said money order doesn't close until 9pm and the girl said "idk I was at lunch they said the thing stopped working around 8pm" which was not true because before I had left around 8:15pm there were 3 people that had came and got money orders. Ridiculous.

Their bakery is horrible bread is hard not fresh and with molds. I purchase Fridays onion bread 1 day later there was modes on it. I also purchased corn muffins that my grandson lives so much . I was so surprised that after one bite my grandson said he didn’t like the corn muffins it was too hard. I went to try one it was hard as a rock. I had to trash both items. They need someone in the bakery that knows what they are doing in baking and keep all bread and muffins fresh . Smh horrible

Produce Dept not always fresh, so pick through your items. Watch the dates on special prices in groceries as the tickets are sometimes out of date. Meat selection is usually very good.

Prices much higher than other local grocery stores, but if you want an uncrowded shopping experience this is it, hardly any customers in this large store and no waiting at cashiers.. And watch out for sale items that ring up at register higher than posted signs, and also watch out for price tags that show two different prices for the same item especially in the produce section.. This has happened to me quite frequently over many years, seems they have not learned to make price accurately display and be the same when paying.

Winn-Dixie in LaBelle Isn’t unlike its competitors in that they play the preferred customer game.For example- if you buy one of these here, you’ll get another one for free cause it’s on Bogo!! What they fail to mention is that they jack up the price of just that one thing so horribly that it’s the same thing as buying 2 last week!I don’t know about you, but I am not a fan of price, gouging, and calling it my gain!That being said, I’ve been looking for pumpkin pies all week with no luck, then today I walk in Winn-Dixie- floor to ceiling pumpkin pies!You won me with your pie, Winn Dixie.Well played.Very well played.

This is directed towards the deli department. My wife and went to the deli department and they stated they closed the deli at six pm. My wife said that wasn't right and the store didn't close for another three hours. The employees in an unprofessional manner stated the were closed and we can talk to the manager. After we talked to the store manager she stated they were not closed and we would receive service. We went back to the deli with the manager. The two employees were so upset and giving such attitude that my wife said a some choice words. The manager got onto her and my wife apologized. Then the male deli employee used foul language and from the manager response to the employee this is not the first time the employee has acted this way. After this the male employee walked away refusing service we left. The employees got there way. The manager did state that the deli does close early when they are not supposed to.

Kim needs more training before working in customer service. My first time at this Winn-Dixie today, I watch Kim be very rude to a co-worker and rolled her eyes at us (the customers.) I would not shop here again because of this experience. Winn-Dixie, the company and any person above Kim, should hold their employees to higher standards. It is evident that management should look into a sort of customer service training for their employees, or hire individuals who have good experience in customer service. Terrible experience.

Store was clean and bright. Isles are spacious. I guess I liked a little lost as the manager helped me find what I was looking for. The cashier, Kayla, was very sweet, friendly and quick. She was also patient with me while I signed up for a club card, (repeatedly minding my prompts to push buttons). Her service alone makes the trip from Clewiston worth it.

Store clean , associates not to happy like before use to be,very disappoint on the bakery department not recommend get cake from there was frozen inside and is not the frozen section I was embarrassing when I take my cake to a party was frozen inside ,one hispanic lady there very rude that's why I never go back to the bakery but everything else is excellent 👌
