The staff here are very helpful and they know what they are talking about, if they are not sure they will tell you and find someone that can help you. Just wish they could cut back on their prices. But all in all it is a great place to go when you can't seem to find what you are looking for . They seem to have the little odd and Ins that most places just don't have. And if you only need one bolt you can buy just one bolt. Instead of buying a whole box.

You'll find great employees both here and at their sister store in Crestview. I want to point out Sabrina, a young employee with great knowledge in lumber! She helped me develop a plan to fix & upgrade a wooden bed frame built into my RV. She consulted with another employee to make sure I got the best advice. Kudos to Sabrina & everyone else at this hardware store!

Overpriced, like every other ACE, However, small towns don't have other choices like HomeDepot or Lowes. The store is well stocked, and the staff is very friendly, which partially makes it up for the higher prices.

2-11-4 I wanted to buy a quart of green paint. I Stood in paint department for 15 minutes as Ryan played on the computor completely ignored me. I went to the front counter and the Manger called Ryan and he did not answer. The Manger went back to painting department to help. Ryan finally showed up. He spend another 15 minutes trying to figure it out. When I said never mind I will go some where else, he slammed the can of painting onto the counter. I felt very threatened and lefted the store. The Manger was great.

The store clerks are mostly on point. The lines are very long for such a small store. One single bathroom, that's always clean, however it's located on the left side of the checkout line. Just reach over, open door, and while you pee, you can hear the old man that was behind you, in line, breath, because he's actually gotta breath in your bathroom air..... There's no private bathroom feeling!!!! That's For Sure!! And if you're lucky, if you get in it, bc the clerks will race you for it!!!🤣🤫Parking is a nightmare. And if you need to exchange, or fill a propane tank.... Pack a lunch.... You'll be waiting for a while.

I won't be using this store again.I came in yesterday, a man that was back by keys, I asked for help.I finally got his attention, for a RV plug..While standing in the isle with me, he could not hold still, circling not play ng attention, while I was trying to find a pic of what I needed he walked off, said if you need help come back and get me.Ahhhh NO... I'm sure whatever he was doing was not time sensitive.1st time , last time. BTW barely anyone in the store around 1-145pm.

Great small town business.3/31/22Still a great small town store and we're lucky to have it but they must have cut staffing they used to have people everywhere asking if I needed help. Today I finally chased the only worker down and he acted like I was bothering him.

Initially, it’s just “meh”, another Ace Hardware.However, every time I’ve been there, the employees are polite, courteous, and helpful. Best of all, every now and then, an employee might not know something but they don’t hesitate to try and figure it out.

This is a busy place no lowes or home depot for miles . They got little bits of everything. People there to ask for help and they are not in a rush . Sad to see some of thease mom and pop places are taken over by big corporations.

Very helpful in helping us put together what we needed to divert sprinkler from throwing water on our coach. The lady was super nice. Store was well stocked and clean. Employees greeted us when we walked in. Very nice store.

They need to learn how to make copies of keys better.had to go back three times and still my key is not right. They still don’t know how to make keys three years later. And they accuse you just because you’re Latino of stealing they follow you around the store and are races Worst place ever been shopping I’ll never go there again.

I'm disappointed with my visit Saturday. I paid for pt wood, 12 1x4's, and 12 2x4's. The cashier said she would send someone out to load it for me. So while I was waiting I seen a young man come out an wait on 2 other customers that got there after me. But he never came over to me. So anyways I,and my nephew loaded it, because I was tired of waiting in the hot sun after about 15 minutes of it.So thank you Vision Ace Hardware, for the unnecessary workout, and it's unnecessary pain that came with it afterwards.

Purchased a Stihl chainsaw and it never worked right from the start. Saw was returned to them beginning of June for warranty repairs. I waited a month or so and never heard from them. I called and they said it was ready (when were they going to notify me?) I picked it up. It did the same thing cut for 10-15 minutes under a load you stop to take a break it will not start it might be days before it starts again. Dropped saw off a few weeks ago same thing i have heard nothing. It will take me calling again to find out about something they should be communicating with me about. Do yourself a favor go to tractor supply you will thank me!
