Bernadette is is the most amazing dog trainer ever! She trained my pomeranian so well that she currently works with two hospitals doing therapy work. I can take my dog anywhere and we are frequently stopped and complimented on how well she behaves. We tell everyone about Bernadette and how grateful we are to her for making our dog the well behaved therapy dog she is today. We carry her cards with us and hand them out daily.We are now working with our new dog and Bernadette has helped us so much.

We went in to get some replacement pieces for our 55 gallon fish tank but had some questions. We were helped by Nico, who was AMAZING!! They explained everything that we would need, how to care for our new aqua plants and how to possibly grow in the future. Took all the guess work out of our project. We will definitely look for them every time we go back!

I used to come here a lot but I have stopped I've had to get crickets for my reptile rescue recently due to running out during the week and try to give him the benefit of the doubt each time I go in I order medium to large 100 to 150 of them today was the fourth time going in I needed a hundred medium crickets I got 62 crickets I'm not trying to be rude but I don't know if they don't know how to count if they're not using the correct Cricket collector or what but this is ridiculous the third time I got 54 the second time I didn't even get 50 and I reported it to corporate and they said they would contact them and get back to me hence that was right at a month ago this is ridiculous I'll just keep going back to PetSmart right around the corner that first off gives you a deal if you buy more than 100 crickets they're 13 cents a piece instead of 17 which Petco does not give you a discount on just over it people should know how to count

I am very disappointed in Petco. For the second time, my dog was not able to be groomed. Now, please understand that I have always taken my dog Maxx to Petco to get groomed . He is a Lab that is nearly 13 years old and has always had no issues with getting groomed, but for the second time in a row, PetCo has turned us away. The first time, they stated that Maxx was too anxious and nervous, and they recommended that we go to the vet so that they could prescribe some calming medication. I took them at their word and did just that, so today when I arrived for his appointment, they told us that Maxx could not be seen because he is currently taking his calming meds which according to my vet is perfectly safe and beneficial in reducing stress especially given Maxx advance age. I am extremely disappointed with Petco, who have shown a desire to only cater to young animals with no compassion or understanding for older ones. Again, I have always taken Maxx to Petco, but apparently, he has gotten too old for them.

I went in today to look into ferrets to purchase one for my daughter for her birthday. I asked the young lady if I could see the ferrets and give me a little more information as she rudely said only if you’re going to purchase one.. like excuse me That was very rude!! I had every intention of walking out with a ferret. I intend on taking my business to Pet Supermarket For now on, that was very judgy of her To assume.

They advised me on the purchase of a product, which did not work. When I claimed for a money back, they said I had to present the original ticket and I don't have it. They stole a small amount of money from me, and lost a monthly customer of more than $200. Very silly! There is a lot of competition in that market.

Dr. Cruz do very bad surgery in my 5 months bulldog she do to surgery’s for spay and the other for cherry eye and both surgery fail I will no recommend dr. Cruz she should comeback and study more for be a vet this the first time the bring any of my dogs in loop location because I always go to the petco in Vineland but sadly my dr the is wonderful dr Soto don’t do cherry eye so he say In petco in the loop the do the cherry eye surgery she don’t give any other recommendations for another specialist she say she can do it so she offer me to to spay my dog so agree trusting dr cruz I am costumer for year with my 5 dogs the one the he do the one surgery and practicesurgery’s the cherry the ophthalmologist agree the was a bad practice the she never see surgery like the in her so before because I have to bring Lili to same day for emergency so I have to pay more money because was emergency so make appointments with my regular dr Soto after 3 weeks of surgery for the spay to see how the doing dr and Soto check my bulldog the he do the surgery she was perfect when was time for check Lili he notice the Lili was developed a hernia were dr Cruz do spay so will recommend if love like me u dogs do let dr Cruz do any surgery in dogs very disappointed dr Cruz both surgery’s come on so now thank god dr Soto my dr do again to Lili to repair the surgery but was more money if really care about u furry dogs do it with dr Cruz in the loop I give 0 to dr Cruz no very good vet I going to put Lili before and after for u see for u self.

My dog was having a problem with the heat so I did some research and found that Petco had the best reputation locally. The people were very good with her right from the start. They could see she was scared and they let her small them and pet her to help calm her down. When she came out she was happy and relaxed.The store is clean and friendly. Shelves well stocked.

On this account I review places my service dog in training, Barbie and I visit. We visited here for some animal exposure and to pick up some chews. It’s a busy store-not everyone cares as much about watching their animals but that’s just petco, I had to put myself in between other dogs and my dog. My dog isn’t lunging but there certainly is that here and barking-they were training in the store and had staff around but there was still straight pee all over the store, again I get that it’s a petstore but I did see staff around the same areas I was also training so I would hope that this would be cleaned up. Had a great selection though honestly, so many toys. There’s a heavier focus for sure on the little little dogs for more of what I see carried, that’s not to say that there isn’t stuff for mid to large dogs but most is little guy stuff. We found just what we were looking for and typical prices. I am a bark brand fan and we get the box and on amazon and the prices here matched. The leashes and things were better priced than say a petsmart too.

Never book an appointment with Delicia. She is the worst groomer I have taken my dog to. She refused to give my dog service because she said my dog is too thin, but my dog has always gone to this location without any problems.

I would not even give one star I took my dog here for grooming and it was a big mistake I normally take her to petsmart but I wanted to try something new real big mistake they took her and once me and my husband left they called us to come pick her up and that she bite someone once my husband got there they took him to the back office and she was in a crate. When my dog saw my husband she jumped into his arm scared to death my dog has never been crated and they need to ask I am never going back there again

Awful service I took my dog for shots and she was given 3 prescriptions which needed to be filled asap they wanted me to buy the prescriptions from them but I chose to use Chewy which is way cheaper and I have been using them for years now with no issues I submitted the 3 prescriptions 3/30/24 to chewy they emailed Petco several times to get approval and each time they said it would be done 24-48hrs Today is now 4/5/24 and I have called several times myself but they won’t respond to messages my dog is in desperate need of her medication to make it worse they wasn’t able to print prescriptions either they emailed them to me now I have to spend more money at another vet just for prescriptions I would never recommend anyone to this location of Petco they are scammers

I’m very disappointed. Yesterday I took my baby maltés for the first time to get groomed. We had let her hair grow and I asked for her to keep her head, tail and legs long. Just her body and around her mouth to be trimmed. But instead I received my baby with all her body trimmed. 1inch length all around her body and not even properly trimmed. I regret not to say anything at that moment but I was exited to finally picked her up after leaving her for the first time. Overwhelmed with my baby’s excitement and a little confused on what I was seen. So I paid my $96 for this hair cut that wasn’t done properly in any way. I wish I had her name with me. But I don’t. She was very nice though and told me that my baby didn’t surprised her of how well behaved she was. She said she didn’t even looked like it was her first time grooming. After all this I just want to say that if she couldn’t do the haircut she could’ve told me. I recrear to Pat for such an aweful experience and bad haircut. This pictures are just depressing.

am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the grooming staff at your [store location]. I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed at 8:00 AM on August 4, 2023. I was told that he would be done around 10:00 AM.When I returned to the store at 9:45 AM, I was informed that my dog's groom had not yet been started. The group of groomers were standing at the front desk, casually talking. I proceeded to do my shopping in the store to kill time.I was very disappointed that my dog's groom was not started on time. I had planned my day off and had other appointments scheduled for later in the day. As a result of the delay, I ended up having to cancel my next appointment.I am also disappointed that no apology or explanation was offered. I understand that things happen, but I would have appreciated an explanation for the delay.I will not be taking my dog back to your store for grooming. I will be taking my business elsewhere to find a groomer who cares about the dogs and the work they are doing, rather than standing around talking and not tending to the dogs in a timely manner.

Took my puppy here for his shots. The staff was really friendly and answered all my questions. They also fell in love with my puppy. The staff was very interactive with my puppy and even offered him a treat. I was also given multiple hand books for my puppy. The staff kept I touch and always followed up. To this day I still visit this company and also like their products.
