Zoe and Paige really showed up for me today. There was an issue with the printer for canvas photos and I was picking them up on the way to my dad's celebration of life, but they weren't ready when I arrived. Both of them jumped in and helped each other to make it as quick as possible, getting me back on my way. They had great "how can we solve this" attitudes and were very apologetic for my inconvenience and extra stress to an already hard day. Thanks y'all!

I like this store but the pharmacy sucks . My last two prescriptions I have needed just disappeared I guess . As I have still not had them filled and they claim they have nothing for me even after receiving a text about the prescription from them

Worst customer service ever. Verbally assassination by a male Neanderthal twice my size. Humiliated me. Very aggressive slamming my stuff down cause he didn't have answers to my questions. His ego was hurt cause I wouldn't accept. I don't know as an answer. His manager witnessed the entire thing. She finished my transaction but did nothing. He stormed off and 5 mins latter reappeared a few isles away started screaming at me yelling insults accusing me that I had an attitude a true narcissistic misogynist that thinks treating women with disrespect is acceptable. I've never been treated so poorly from anyone anywhere like this he caused me to have a pTsd induced panic attack. I felt physically he had the potential to cause harm to me. He was acting like a loud crazy out of control threatening individual. He should never be allowed to work around customers. I will never feel safe to go back there. I have spent a lot of my hard earned money there. That has ended. Manager didn't seem to care and allowed him to keep returning to the front to verbally accost me. He and walgreens owes me a formal public apology. He should have been fired and escorted out of there by the authorities. That's OK CVS IS WONDERFUL I will not Miss Walgreens Fight Club at all.

Unbelievable. We had a scheduled appointment for my daughter's covid booster. What? They forgot to defrost the vial?? Absolutely unacceptable. This is why we usually, and will in the future, travel all the way to Gainesville to assure safe and efficient medical care.

Working on transferring all prescriptions to Walmart pharmacy. After years of being a customer my dr wrote a new script and gave a discount card from the drug manufacturer. Prior authorization approved and pharmacist still wouldn’t fill the prescription because they would lose money with the discount card. The dr and drug rep even called and tried to talk since into them. Walmart filled with no issues. See ya never Walgreens!!

I have used this pharmacy for the last 3 years that I have lived here and it has been ok at best. However, I tested positive for COVID on Wednesday and had medication called in from my doctor that I NEED so I don't get worse. After 1 year of having the same insurance there was an issue today. Keep in mind I just picked up a monthly prescription that I have last week with no issues. The tech actually asked me if I wanted to come inside and wait AFTER I told her I was positive. As sick as I am I had to sit out in the heat while they figured out where they went wrong. This to me is inexcusable, and if they did it to me what is happening to people worse off then I am. I am vaccinated, so I won't have it as bad as others, but this shouldn't be how the sick are treated. I understand thing happen, but I wasn't even given an apology or anything, they just looked at me like it was my fault. Common Courtesy is seriously missing in a lot of our society and manners.

Walking 3 miles to the Walgreens (family emergency) was a disappointment when upon arrival. They shut down the register too early and refused to help with Western Union. Extremely disappointed in what this company has become for quite some time now. But this takes the cake. Speechless.

I'd rate Walgreen's a negative 5 if I could! They refused to match the price of GoodRx for my Thyroid medication. GoodRx called and helped me straighten it out. Then they didn't order my medication.... they tried giving me the wrong medication & therefore the price was wrong as well. They do not care about their customers at all!!! Now because of them I'm without my meds for 4 days which is not good because I do not have a thyroid at all!! Thanks for my stress!

Walgreen’s has served us well since moving here from Tampa in 2003. Excellent and professional staff. Kudos to long time staff, Jason, Ashley while missing sweet Carrie. My husband suffered with Parkinson’s Disease which required many and often changing medications. Too often script problems commenced at the doctors’ offices yet the caring folks at Walgreen’s went above the call of duty to ensure errors were corrected and meds arrived when expected. The robo-voice at the call centered can be frustrating, but I’m always able to reach “my” caring staff at the store.

Possibly the worst drugstore pharmacy in existence. We are required to use them because of Tricare. Constant issues of RX being out of stock/delayed. Different occasions I’ve has to call numerous times to get an RX filled.Antibiotics have been sent in & they don’t have the courtesy to tell you they’re out so it will be 3-4 days before you can fill them.This pharmacy is creating so many health hazards & potential lawsuits.

Senior staff members are excellent, very helpful and friendly. The store itself has the same inventory as most Walgreens locations, store is kept clean, pharmacy is operated professionally. Candy selection is huge.

If I could give half a star I would.Called ahead to verify they could take my Fed ex package. Yes they said told them it was a return of a tv could they take it. Answer why yes we can . Ok thank you . drove 15 miles to get there and they tell me oh we can't take it its to big. They have a limit. They young woman needs a lesson in customer service . she then begins to talk about me to the other lady behind the counter. Needless to say I will never come back to this store again .

My husband gets his prescriptions filled at this walgreens and i had my first experience with them today the people at the pharmacy were not very nice at all very rude and disrepectful i had to go to the front store to purchase something and the cashier had to call for backup she was very apologetic and sweet but i guess it was the manager that came up and she was very rude i work at CVS so i know how hard it can be to be nice all the time but it is our duty as a customer assistant to be nice no matter how bad our day is going you have to leave your problems at the door thank you for letting me vent but the pharmacy associates need to be more respectful of their customers thanks and Gid bless you

The Pharmacy has always messes up my prescriptions.I had surgery yesterday, dropped off my prescription last night.Sent my son to pick up prescription today and pain meds where not in bag.Something was wrong with the prescription and they called hospital put called me and said prescription was filled.They never mentioned the one they couldn't.That is bad customer service to me.I know it ain't there fault they couldn't fill it.They could have called me so I could try and help get it fixed.
