Prices are higher than large box stores and Amazon or eBay. But, the workers are nice. Ask if you need assistance without being pushy. Don’t have everything, but not a 100,000 sf store. If you are in the area and need something for the day. They are a great choice!

It's such an ecclectic store. Hardware, pets, pets supplies, plants, gifts, nice chimes, t shirts, memorabilia, knife collections... they are friendly and while a few cents more than Lowe's or home depot, they are right here in our backyard.

Bought a big green egg online, and ran into a discrepancy. My money was tooken and never received the item. Mandy & Derick were very helpful in the situation, but after a week of not receiving my money back, I called again & the manager Colin was very rude and dismissive. He told me and I quote “this isn’t my problem call back tomorrow” I don’t think he would like if his $1500 was missing!

Very helpful staff. We enjoyed the non-hardware store section when you come in and the great garden section. Prices are higher than Home Depot but you don't have to burn gasoline to get to Gainesville so I don't mind that. Large selection for sure.

They are always good! Can't beat the small (home) town hardware store! I always find myself walking down each isle grabbing alot I dont need! It can get a bit pricey but you pay for quality! Better start grabbing your canning supplies cussed when the fit hits the shan you might need a canner!!! But hallelujah you can get it here!

Not so good. O stoped by there on a Sunday to pick up 1 item. Got there right on 5::00 pm. The locked the door when i walked up to the door.. I asked them what time they close she said on a Sunday at five. I said it’s 5 o’clock on the money right now. I just need to get one item they would not let me in. I thought this was a local neighborhood Ace Hardware. Bad business.

Ok Here we are again: So the cashier ran my card through and she says it declined, so I used another card I was double charged and Cuz of her mistake I have to now wait for my money from bank to investigate...She didnt how to work register. Newer Update:Changed my 2 star to 3 You always have a ace hardware man there to help and thats awesome, they are kind and willing to help, now checking out is a different story all together. The girls at the front really should up there game, maybe smile and not act like your bothering them. The act like they are miserable. New Update: Update: Took my chainsaw in to get a sharpening I was charged a few dollars extra for a cleaning , at least thats what I was told. I get home only to find out that the chain was put on backwards, so I call the store and the guy who worked on it answered the phone, i was told to bring it back but i decided to fix it myself, I took it apart only to find it was not cleaned see pics below. Very dissatisfied right now about this. Store is great fun place to shop at. Prices should be a Lil lower in my opinion. CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS 10 STARS. They are always asking if you need help. Which by the way if awesome. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Honestly,the prices are often unreasonable. Many items are 2 or 3 dollars more than a trip to Middleburg will find. Taking advantage of locals imho. And the discount coupons I get in emails,the store almost NEVER honors them in the store. It's very irritating. I have expressed my views to "management". ...they don't seem to care. I shop there only when convenient,my big purchases I make elsewhere to save 15-20 per cent. My military discount at Lowes is amazing. Ace? They would never do that..sad.

Ace Hardware in Keystone is an awesome local spot to shop for many of your needs. The staff is ALWAYS extremely helpful and friendly. You rarely have to look for an employee to ask a question for because they are so attentive and are asking you if you need help before you can ask them. Absolute best knife selection in NE FL hands down. Just bought a new Benchmade folder. Could not be happier!! The knife aisle is the heartbeat of the store the front porch or gathering place if you will. The staff has always been friendly and helpful the owner Bill , when he is at the store, will stop, speak, & answer any questions. Love this place!!!

Bought a pair of $50.00 Cobian flip flops at this store. My husband tried to wear them and the right shoe kept going to the side. So in our decision it was thought to be a defect in the flip flops. Took the receipt and brought them to the store to be told we can't take them back because they were used. I was only wanting an exchange NOT money back. The shoe clearly was a defective product that they could have wrote of as damaged. My husband CLEARLY could NOT wear them because of this defect but I was still told they couldn't take them back because they were worn, That made no sense whatsoever! The receipt that I had was within the 30 day return policy as well. Their prices are very high on a lot of items, hopefully we will get a Lowes or Home Depot soon here in Keystone Heights. So be careful if you purchase something they may not exchange it or refund you. Will NOT be returning to this store again.

The employees ate Ace are always very, very helpful. The store is always clean & a very nice store to shop in. They always have what I'm looking for. The only thing I dislike about this store is that the doors going in and out are not automatic. It makes coming out with a buggy full of plants or soil very difficult for an older lady.

Usually, this location is awesome, but today was another story. I went in to get crickets and waited in the back. Another lady was being waited on for crickets, so I stood there until the employee came back. Here's the best part, the employee thanked her, didn't even acknowledge me, walked past me and the lady looked at me surprised because of how he had completely ignored me, i was 3 feet away! Before he could reach the door, I asked, "Is someone going to help me?" His reply, "I'm going to help someone else, " and left out the door. I was so disrespected, and within a couple of seconds, the manager, who I've known for over a year, came out and asked if he could help me. I said, "Thank you for your help, but that employee just walked right past me?" No, hi, no, I'll be right with you, nothing. The manager got me the crickets I needed, I thanked him, paid, and left..... Please request that your new employees acknowledge customers, to smile, and to have the decency to appreciate their employment. The employee is in no position to be in customer service, and I have no reason to enter that store again.

This is the biggest little store I have ever seen. I can find almost anything here that you can at the big box stores. Prices are a little higher, but it's worth the convenience of not having to go to a larger city.
