I pulled into the pharmacy drive thru, technicians back was to me, I hit the call button, no acknowledgment of my presence (and her back blocked the view into the pharmacy), so I hit the button again. Lo and behold, I got a nasty response that she was dealing with another customer. And how was it to see that? Where is customer service, kindness, acknowledging a customer.?

Was having trouble finding an item at this location until an extremely polite young man came and helped me find the item and checked me out at the photo register so I could skip past the line! This will definitely be my new Walgreens in the future.

Walgreens staff is always been amazing to me I've been accustomed in our seven years and I take some strange drugs put it that way and they always make sure that my drugs are ready and there staff is always pleasant to the direct and to the point I appreciate Walgreens being in the area that I'm in thank you all of you that work at Walgreens on Westmoreland and Federal highway

I've just relocated to Port St Lucie and I came to this location to find out what time the pharmacy opens because at the time it was closed so I decided to ask the cashier who happens to be a MEAN old lady in the front of the store looks at me... pauses and says " Um.. Monday" with a snotty attitude so I preceed to ask and what are the hours and she continues her nasty attitude with me. Because I was raised to respect my elders I decided to leav.. First impressions are everything and this wasn't a pleasant one at the very least so my family and I will take our business elsewhere.

Very convenient to get to In and Out parking. Drive-thru is usually not busy at all. The staff inside are very friendly, and they'll open up extra registers quickly if needed. The pharmacy staff is more than willing to answer any questions for you and that helped me to save money and time whenever I've gone there. I also enjoy the fact that you get rewards for purchasing there that are easy to redeem as opposed to other pharmacies that give you a manual instead of a receipt. The only thing I would like to see are better hours as it doesn't open until 9 a.m. .

My wife went in there today to pick up her prescription and couldn't get her driver's license out of her wallet because it was stuck. So she took out her Cary and conceal license and the pharmacist told her she can only use a driver's license or a state issued ID or else she can't have her prescription. Can someone educate this young lady and let your employees know that a carry and conceal license is a state issued ID please? Ignorant!

I had to go there on 9/28 to pick up my prescription. It has been nothing but a fight. First they tell you insurance won't pay for it. Then I call my insurance company. They say of course we will pay for it. Walgreens billed them for a month of a prescription when they gave me a ten-day supply. I wish that was the worst part. The pharmacist was rude, spoke to me all kinds of disrespectful. I have been a Walgreen customer for 20 years I am going to a different pharmacy. They have become extremely lazy. The reason my insurance kicked it back was because they requested it wrong. Three times they did this.

I moved from Stuart to Port Saint Lucie last October. Their pharmacy is often CLOSED when they're scheduled to be open. This never happened in Stuart. They should get more help if that's what is needed.

Went to Walgreens this morning, Sasami, was the cashier and she was so sweet! I could see her smile beyond the mask! She took time to double check for something I was looking for. Patience is so important with all we are going through! Thank you Sasami, I am sure it all comes naturally to you, keep being happy and bring light to someone’s dark day! (Her laugh is contagious!) I was leaving Walgreens and saw Marty, the manager sweeping and tidying up the parking lot! When you go to Walgreens on the corner of Westmoreland and US-1 say hello to Sasami, she is so sweet and kudos to Marty for cleaning up the parking lot and making it look nice! 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

Pharmacy is very slow. Gave the wrong Rx once. Computer recently down for 2 days while I waited for an Rx electronically sent at 8 am. Husband waited at drive thru, to be acknowledged and finally picked up my Rx that took around 6 hours to fill. If the computers were down, they should have let me know so I could fill it elsewhere.

I am not to happy with this location... I have been making online purchases and my orders are always incomplete even tho the items are in stock!! Almost never get a complete order.UPDATE: this has now become 1 of my favorite locations. They are stocking up and filling orders and great staff.

Best customer service ever!!!Not always the nearest Walgreens location for where I am but I will spend the time to come here.Also the love they have when you bring your dog is second to none.Some may say "it's just walgreens" but it really is not... Find out for yourself!!!

Small and convenient. If you're looking for a small store where it doesn't have to be a hike to get basic groceries (eggs, milk, etc.) and toiletries then this Walgreens is for you. There's a pharmacy and photo center. There are also toys, office supplies, and other things.

worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. bad attitudes and disrespect from pharmacists and counter staff. clear that they do not really care about helping people who are ailing. if it is "not their job" thy make sure to let you no they will NOT go out of their way to help

Pharmacy is terrible had to wait on hold 10 mins just to speak to someone. They kept picking up the phone and saying hold on please 3 times. I’ll be moving my prescriptions to cvs
