I won't have no problem with this place if your manager just put a smile on if you collecting hundreds and hundreds of dollars to put in people card at least put a smile on your face you dealing with chime cash at PayPal you always have a frown on your face smile be happy I'll bring you lunch if you want me to put a smile manager you know who I'm talking oh the girl on the the the very young one I gave her a š thumbs up keep up with the good work even though people get you upset never let them move your mountain š š

So for the last two days. Walgreens pharmacy has been giving me the run around. One employee told me my medication was READY and could be delivered the next day because my insurance didnāt cover same day delivery (ok cool) So I called today to verify that my medication will be delivered today or if I can just come in and pick it up because I am extremely sick and my asthma is getting worse the longer I wait on my medication. The employee then tells me my medication was not ready at all and that the other employee basically lied to me. Im trying so hard to be patient but the employees are literally dropping the ball. I hope when I die WALGREENS will pay for my funeral arrangements. Lorddddd I just want my medication Iām not trying to go to the upper room yet smfh

Upon my arrival @ 2:50 pm 10/22/2023 , the door closed on me, as I was trying to hop inside the store, my right foot ankle, and leg were completely wrapped up, and I am on crutches. I asked the sales associate who was on the register a question. she told me where is the items on. She didnāt offer me any help. I went to hop to get a basket the Walgreens employee looked at me and grabbed the basket. and continue to proceed. they had no baskets left for anyone to get. then it was a cart that they used to put the products on the shelf. I had to push that large cart and use both crutches at the same time so it took me a minimum of 20 minutes to get to lane 5 I was trying to get the product.I put 10 items on their cart as Iām coming down Al five the employee thatās working in photos look at me and my face and turn and walk away. Didnāt ask me if I needed help or anything that was the third person a random stranger asked me if I needed help I told him yes he was the only one inside the store and didnāt notice me and asked me if I needed help, he push my items to the register and the young lady thatās on the register she , he push my items to the register and the young lady thatās on the register she didnāt sono didnāt show no concern or no compassion, no sympathy or whatsoever I heard her say that she was ready to get off at 4 oāclock because sheās tired of people and she told another employee that just walked up as Iām checking out. She mentioned to me that I couldnāt use the online service. I told her I called the store and they told me it must be down because they have not received any online services at all today, I am 42 years old and is a lot of people out here much older than me but for this photo to Chell no compassion to anybody orderly disable mentally challenge they let you know we have the wrong people working in the field. I almost failed in the store, because of the negligence that the people that work at Walgreens show me not one person, offer me any assistance nor a basket. Had I failed They wouldnāt even know how to report it. I will. Tell my story what I shouldāve done I should have gone live so people could see exactly whatās going on at the stores and the people's homes that they hire people who have no compassion. I did ask for the manager name and I was told that the managers do not work on the weekends and I think she said the manager's name is Daniella or Daniel.Shannon Ethridge

So, I had a new medication delivered. I never took this type of medication before. Last night, Kim from the pharmacy called me to ask "how is it going?" and "do you have any questions?". Wow! Just wow. What amazing service! Even my Dr hasn't made a follow up call. Thank you Kim.And a shout out to the best cashier ever, Miss Betty!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy service. Arrive 30 minutes early for an appointment still ended up being here 1 hour after appointment time. The person's ineptitude led us to have to file as uninsured in order to receive the covid vaccine. This was after she asked someone if they took out of state insurance. I was in line than stepped out so others could've been helped while waiting for her to figure things out. She decided to move forward I had to file as uninsured. After all of this I was waiting for further direction when she told me i could get back in line. In line?? I thought I already had been since I was here at this point 45 minutes. Just terrible experience. Reaffirms while we don't use Walgreens. Definitely will not return.

I had a question about over the counter pain meds. The pharmacist came out to the aisle to show me my options and provided very good information. She was extremely helpful.

I can't say enough nice things about the pharmacists (Robert) and pharmacy tech (James). I was leaving from Jacksonville port on a cruise with my children. I realized I had failed to pick up my prescription from my hometown Walgreens and was panicking. I ran in to this Walgreens with about 15 minutes to spare and they were phenomenal. Extremely nice and accommodating. They had my prescription ready within 15 minutes! I have to say that the customers in line before me were just as nice. They were all happy to see my prescription filled first because of my situation.Thanks to these two gentlemen for handling my situation with courtesy and professionalism. I can't say enough about how appreciative I am.

Mom purchased a Visa gift card for me on May 19. I tried to use it today and I was told that the account number that I entered was invalid. Come to find out my card that my mother purchase was not activated at the store at the time of purchase. Now I have to go through hell and open a case number with the Walgreen gift card department and no telling how long that will take. This is a total inconvenience on my part just for receiving a gift card thatās not activated as a gift from my mother. It just sucks having to deal with this just because the associate didnāt do what she was supposed to do at the time of purchase.

One of the worst wait times i have had in a drive thru, on second to another walgreens. 4 cars ahead of me. I have been waiting at least 30 mins and there are still 2 cars ahead of me. Walgreens is the worst.Personally i learned my lesson long ago to not us Walgreens, but this was for someone else...

The most rude women I've ever encountered working at the pharmacy. Not super surprised after seeing the area it's in. Holy cow though how did they get hired? So pathetic when you think of the homeless people or even cheaper, monkeys, who would do a better job. I'd rather drive to Hodges to go to my old target. Boo Walgreens.

Pharmacy Tech James is the best thing that ever happened to this location he was very helpful in getting the correct Brand of medicine approved for my insurance. As I sat and waited for my prescription to be filled I watched him a Walgreen's Angel.

I love Ms Betty she always so friendly and helpful and always have a big smile on her face this is why I visit this store just for her smile and the ability to make you feel better. This. Location is extremely clean well stock and have a very large selection of every thing you need .

This is the absolute worst Pharmacy in Jacksonville if not the state. There is not one prescription I have filled there where I have just been able to pick up. Always an issue with my insurance " they say" and they wait till after hours to call me to tell me to call the insurance company. They never call when your prescription is filled and ready for pickup!!!!! Last time I use them, they couldn't even fill my prescription they ended up giving me a partial.
