The sun was shining brightly on a warm Saturday afternoon as I made my way to the local Tractor Supply store. As I approached the entrance, I was greeted by the sound of laughter and chatter coming from a group of people gathered around a row of vendors selling hot dogs and sausages. Intrigued, I decided to take a closer look and see what all the excitement was about.As I walked closer, I could see that there were several vendors set up along the sidewalk, each with their own unique offerings. Some were grilling up traditional hot dogs, while others were serving up gourmet sausages with a variety of toppings and condiments. The smell of sizzling meat filled the air, making my mouth water in anticipation.I decided to start my culinary adventure by trying a classic hot dog from one of the vendors. The vendor was a friendly older man with a big smile on his face as he handed me my hot dog wrapped in foil. I took a bite and was immediately transported back to my childhood, the familiar taste of a perfectly grilled hot dog bringing back memories of summer cookouts and family gatherings.Next, I decided to try a gourmet sausage from another vendor. This vendor was a younger man with a trendy food truck setup, complete with a chalkboard menu listing all of the unique sausage options available. I decided to go with a spicy jalapeno and cheddar sausage, topped with grilled onions and peppers. The first bite was a burst of flavor, the heat from the jalapenos balanced perfectly by the creamy cheddar cheese.As I made my way down the row of vendors, I couldn't help but marvel at the variety of options available. From traditional hot dogs to gourmet sausages, there was something for everyone's taste buds. The vendors themselves were friendly and welcoming, eager to share their passion for good food with anyone willing to try.In conclusion, my Saturday tractor supply experience was a delightful culinary adventure filled with delicious hot dogs and sausages from a variety of vendors. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, with the smell of grilled meat wafting through the air and the sound of laughter and chatter filling the space. It was a reminder of the simple joys in life – good food, good company, and good times. I left the Tractor Supply store that day with a full stomach and a smile on my face, grateful for the experience and looking forward to my next visit.

I want to personally thank Kent in the Jacksonville store for his wonderful customer service. I picked up 3 bags of horse feed as the severe thunderstorms were approaching. Kent volunteered to help me transport them to my car and loaded them with a smile. Because of his help, I was able get on my way before the wrath of the storm arrived. Thanks again, Kent!

There's not a ton of stuff in this area, so I'm grateful we have a store like Tractor Supply so close! We love getting our pet supplies (bones and toys), plants, propane tank refills and odd and end things from here! People are nice, prices good!

So I work for a company called "Roadie" & the manager didn't like that I had a return. What store doesn't accept returns,. I'm confused & after I traveled out for miles to try to find the customer but couldn't find her or couldn't locate her. Then when I came back & report it he tells me in a hostile way, that he cant take back the product when he had copies of the paperwork, but he refused to do it. After yelling at me about it not being the customers fault it roadie's fault but if a customer was to come & return their items he'll accept their orders but no worries. I'm about to call corporate , and ask this is them "Is it ok for the STORE MANAGER to pick & choose who he we wants to accept returns from" either they need to fired him or train him on how to be a manager

Don't bother with curbside pick up because you'll still have to go in to get your stuff. We waited about 7 minutes and walked in front door where 3 employees were standing around chatting. They asked if we were there for a pick up, and we said yes. They opened the pick-up locker and asked if we needed help loading.... really... why even offer curbside!!! Going back to my yulee store!!!

Shout out to tractor supply. I took back two core batteries that I lost the receipts to. They were able to look me up by phone number no problem. I bought what I needed and the rest was credited to my debit card. Quick, easy, and painless, just the way it should be when you have a phone number on file. 5⭐️’s!

The manager, Eric reprimanded an employee in front of me. She is elderly and was trying her best, when I tried to confront him of the issue and the gift card that was due to me, his response was she should do better.

Usually love this place but tonight I had a pretty bad experience. The cashier rang up an extra item on me that was about $20. The total seemed wrong so I asked about it but she assured me it was fine so I paid. Upon being handed the receipt I pointed out the extra item. She returned it but for whatever reason it only returned at about half the price. She didn’t know why and was very confused, which was fine, but she wouldn’t give me all of my money back. My 6 year old asked her if it was her first day and if that was why she didn’t know, and she told him to shut up. She then called another person after I refused to leave who couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t being given the correct amount of money back either. They calculated the difference on a cell phone and gave it to me that way and I left. I don’t have an issue with someone making a mistake but overall her attitude was “oh well, deal with it” and then she told my 6 year old to shut up when he was just asking an innocent question, which is highly inappropriate and unprofessional.

Eric is hands down the worst manager I have ever come across. Zero professionalism and it looks like he hates his job and life in general. He openly called customers stupid. Seriously? A grown man in a customer service oriented managerial position? You reap what you sow Tractor Supply.

We were looking for live chicks, TSC had them in store. = Happy wife happy life.The associates were very helpful and friendly.They even thanked me for returning the cart to the store.They have a large selection of products for outdoors, livestock, indoor pets, gardening, tools the list goes on.

LOVE the Dog Wash Station, the employees and the 4Health dog food that is one of only 2 brands that he'll eat without a struggle. The other being Cesar, and the prices on both are excellent. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

You may find a newer tractor supply or maybe you'll find one that's more accessible but I guarantee you that you will not find a better staff or management team than you will here!.No BS or excuses! This manager gets right down to business and he makes sure that his customers are satisfied above everything else! When you have customer service like this with a management team that backs up your product it makes buying anything a lot easier. If you have a problem it will absolutely be resolved. Great prices, sales and service, what else could you ask for!

The manager I believe...Mark is so amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! He is so focused on making sure you get what you are looking for. True customer service is so hard to find in this day. His management reflects on his employees which is a great thing! Norma is always so helpful and all the others always put you first over their tasks! So refreshing... I have frequented TS for the past 5 years now and love going in the store every time. At this location their customers always come first! What an experience each time.

I purchased a 12x20 pull behind trailer from US-1 LOCATION WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE STORE MANAGER AND MANAGER ON DUTY I WAS TOLD HAVE THE PAPERWORK I NEED IN ONE WEEK FOR DNV TO GET A TITLE AND TAG! On 7/8/2022 it's now 8/17/22 and nothing but a receipt! I've called a few times and called 4 days ago headquarters and still have not heard from anyone! I've done to much work to it to return it and I was told take it on your 12 hour trip with no tag so I did! Now it's sitting in my yard no tag no paperwork just a receipt! over a month I don't want a ticket if I let someone else use it to take stuff where it needs to go this is absolutely ridiculous I'm very upset with tractor supply and very close to taking it back as is!

Beware of this store. Clearly mishandle animal food and leave it out side in the rain. Multiple times I have got home to find the food moldy and not just a little bit. Solid chunks of mold. Today I went back immediately. Showed them the food. Went to the isle and the remaining 5 bags had all been tapped back up. Clearly this store is blind or just doesn’t care. I had asked to talk to the manager Nora. She was no help at all and offered zero assistance on finding food at a different store and in no way tried to make it right. I wouldn’t be upset if this was the first time this has happened but it’s the third. Clearly they can’t manage to fix the problem and for me it’s a giant waste of fuel. This store use to be good. Hopefully they will turn it around but for know I’ll shop elsewhere.

I love how helpful and friendly the staff is! There are always enough people working that if you need help, it's no problem. Also common for employees to go above and beyond. I so appreciated the help loading horse stall pellets in my trunk last week! I've been coming here for years and am happy to drive 30 minutes each way to come here 😀

Decent store with farm and animal based products available. Except for the pet food, they're usually the cheapest, but still equally the same in quality, for everything I've purchased there. The stores are always clean and neatly organized, AND everything's always in stock in my personal experience. And the people working there are kind, helpful, experienced, AND are NOT too afraid or too lazy to help! 👍🚜👍

Been to a few tractor supply stores and this is hands down the best one in the area. Staff is very friendly and they seem to stock more items than others and keep up their inventory. Give them a try

I’ll give a 2 star because of pricing, this location isn’t the best. Always sends young woman to load hay and men to get carts. Usually one cashier with 5 or 6 employees stocking shelves. Always a felt like a burden when asking for propane and usually a 10 minute wait for propane or finally someone to come get the hay for you. I’ve had to walk in and remind people I need hay I’ve paid for, been sold hay they don’t have to be only refunded on a gift card. Been a pretty steady decline in the past year.

I made a somewhat large purchase at the store yesterday.The assistant store manager, Coleen, went above and beyond for me.She answered all of my questions and gave such good advice. You could tell she really wanted to help and that made all of the difference in my experience there. After helping me the cashier made a small understandable mistake and sold me a floor model that was still being used thinking the 1 meant they had 1 in stock.To reciify the issue Coleen as well as Eric, the store manager, called around and found one that was available in stock. It was shipped to my house very seemlessly and I was very happy with the experience.I believe mistakes happen and it's how you handle the situation that makes you who you are. The other staff members on board that day were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well, just didn't catch everyones names. I will now spend even more money at this location just based off this experience alone. Thank you guys very much for all you time and assistance.

We went here to use the dog wash area. For $10, you get the use of all their supplies to clean your dog. Giant wash stations, hair cutting stations, dryer and all of the fluff. The employee greated us at the door. He was very polite and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

Wasn't even acknowledged throughout my time within the store. Did notice other patrons with lighter pigmentation received "Hey there" "Good morning" and were even walked to items they questioned about. Irregardless of of the color of my skin my money spends just the same.

My only issue is I wish I could buy 2 chicks at a time. Their minimum is 4. More varieties would also be nice. Overall they are a great store that carries all of our supplies we need. Another location closer to the beaches would be nice too.

If zero stars were an option that would be the rating. If you advertise a product as being in stock then it should actually be on the shelf 5 minutes later when we walk into the store. If you have a mask mandate then enforce it, the unmasked customers roaming around your establishment are a hazard to your staff and customers. You lot need to get it together, our money will go elsewhere from now on due to your incompetence and negligence. For those reading this, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Love this place. It has everything a man likes to shop for and to look at. I can spend a couple hours in this place. The staff is usually very helpful and courteous. The products are of good quality and the prices are fair. I've been to atleast four or five different locations and its the same in every one. Keep up the good work and i will see you in a tractor supply somewhere at sometime.,😎
