Wish I could give no stars, but I guess 1 star would suffice since I got my phone. The lady that did help after being called secondly after the girl I initially asked to help declined to come. Customer service lacks here BIG TIME!! I stood in main line to see if dressing room could be open because I saw NO ONE on the floor. I eventually found someone who was pulling a rack WHILE ON HER PHONE I asked her if she worked here she said “what ya need” I said that I left had left my phone inside of dressing room and wondered if she could help. This lady proceeds to tell me I could go up front and tell the lady to send someone to open it. I then stated dang I was just standing in that line and she’s really backed up and didn’t want to bother her. This very rude ASSOCIATE then proceeds to say and you can still go ask her while she proceeded to turn around and walk away. Mind yall THE ONE associate was actively ringing someone up and there was about seven other people in line. So I asked the very rude employee who lacked professionalism and professional appearance why she couldnt do it she proceeded to continue to walk away and say bye have a great day very loudly and sarcastically. This was my very first experience in a “Roses” and my very first experience was this location and sad to say this would most definitely be my last. Very sad that they hire people who lack basic job skills of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then I ask for associates name and no one could give!! Very sucky experience.

It’s so crazy how everyone seems like they’re talking about the same young lady who lack’s customer service skills! She is heavy set and I think it’s so embarrassing to show up for work in such disgust with yourself. I pray god touches her and fix whatever demons she’s struggling with! It’s always us (African Americans)

They really rude half of the stuff don't have prices boxes everywhere I ask a worker how much this stuff is no price she said walk to the front and go see for yourself really rude came back again ask her price something else cause no prices on half stuff she said I wish u stop asking me questions and go to the front and ask them I walked out so Saturday 6,2024 I went there still n prices on stuff smh
