Ordered de-worming meds on Dec 16th. It's now Jan 10th with no sign of receiving my order. I've contacted the company for a refund three times and even warned that bad reviews were my next step, with no replies. This is one crooked company!

What a nightmare ordering from this company has been. I purchased what I assumed to be four cases of cat food as the advertisement said 12/cs on the advertisement on Walmart. I was shocked when I received not four cases but four cans of food. Then the return process began. The company won't return my emails nor Walmarts and Walmart finally refunded my money but I would tell anybody to never order from this company as they do nothing but false advertisement and then make it impossible to have the item returned. This has to be the most poorly managed company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I will never order anything from them again.So I finally get a response on here from piccardmeds4pets over three months later and they want to place the blame 100% on Walmart even though they cannot bother to respond to me. It took 2 months for me to finally get a refund and even that was a nightmare. I stand by my review and I would tell anybody not to order from this company as they have the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life!
