I went here to get some food for my cat who has special needs and the staff was incredibly helpful. I wish i knew the name of the girl that helped me because she gave me some really good recommendations that has helped so much. I will continue coming here for all of my pets needs!

So I’ve had 2 really bad situations happen here.But tonight the costumer service was just horrendous.I called in to see what time the dog wash ended and they told me seven. Once you walk up to the door, there’s a sign that says dog wash available till 7 PM. I came in at right at 6 O’clock and told that they have to clean, so they close before six. Which I guess I understand but since I called, I was under the impression I could still wash my dog because I was already told I could. But the problem wasn’t being told No, it was just her nasty attitude! Also, I made myself very clear that I have to go because I have to find somewhere to go wash my dog and she kept telling me that they have to close early that they have to clean up that most people take over 30 minutes. And basically just complaining about how much work it takes to clean and how other people take a long time which is why they have to close before six. So my biggest complaint is do not answer over the phone that it is OK for us to come in. Do not advertise that it is available til 7 if you guys are going to close before 6 PM.

I go for fish ect...there aquatic plants are great. Clay is always helpful and never complains climbing the ladder to get the things I need. Very knowledgeable too told me not to put angelfish with puffers lol

Becca was so helpful and knowledgeable about the store's products including leashes, harnesses, food, treats, bowls, and toys. She knew every brand name and even their ingredients. Becca made polite recommendations to a couple products I picked out and explained her reasonings which showed her product knowledge. I am happy with all the supplies I bought for our new dog and I was so pleasantly surprised at her level of customer service with me and the rest of the customers in the store. She even carried my crate to the car! Whatever you are paying Becca, it's not enough - give her a raise, she was amazing. :)

I really wish I remembered the names of the ladies who helped me each time. They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I'd love to let their manager know. The store is very clean and well kept. I absolutely love the self-serve dog bathing area so much easier on my back, and my GSD doesn't allow anyone messing with her, so taking her to a groomer is a huge no. Definitely recommend this store for all your pet needs.

I used the self service premium dog wash, and purchased some medicated wash for my rottweiler Nala. However, I did still use their products as well and let me tell you, it smells soooooo good. I can't remember the name, I believe the face wash was blue berry or something. The bath was easily accessible and the employees were fantastic. My kids enjoyed getting splashed with water every time my dog would shake LOL. I definitely recommend this place. They have a huge selection of pet supplies as well, with very affordable prices. I paid $52 for the bath, their products that came with the bath, medicated shampoo, 2 bags of treats, and other individual treats for my pup. I'd say that's a win! I will most definitely be back again!

On two occasions I have come to bathe my dog ​​and when there are no towels it is something else, today I came to bathe her the store closes at 7:pm it is 6:24 and the showers have already closed I am really very disappointed in the place that is why I almost never I come and go to the one on the beach.and the owner who doesn't even bother to answer me so I can call or etc., I have seen that it has happened on several occasions with other people when looking at the opinions on Google, better apologize less and solve the matter

Madison has been a key player in our new aquarium set up. She helped us get all the necessary materials for our 20 gallon fish tank. Her insights a kindness were a main reason we went to pet supermarket. Setting up a new aquarium is challenging and taxing. I went to Pet SuperMarket at least 8 times in a week! Every time Madison was there she always greeted us with a smile and never got annoyed with my thirty questions. I am truly grateful for the direction she has led me in for my fish tank.

I came in and asked for a chew toy recommendation to give my dog on our road trip. The employees were all super nice and knowledgeable. One person picked out a few different flavors for him to try and saved me some money. This dude is in love and gonna be chewing away at this for weeks :) many thanks to the super friendly staff, sorry I never caught their name. Best pet store on earth👏👏

I came here with my sister looking *REAL LOST* haha. Rebecca from Pet Supermarket not only answered all of my questions, but found out the answer if she didn't know. She was fantastic about guiding me to what I needed in the store and making non biased choices as to what was necessary for my new aquarium set up. I'm super excited to go back this weekend and buy the fish to welcome to their new home. And it looks great all thanks to her help!!

It's so convenient to be able to wash your dog here. They provide shampoo, conditioner, towels and a dryer. The girls working here are very nice and helpful!

I have 10 hermit crabs and have had them for yearssssss. They are pretty easy to care for, so the fact that we saw a dead hermit crab in your tank just shows that no one gave an eff about this little guy and that's sad.

Stopped in for some fish food and saw a cool “fresh water moray” and some puffers. Staff is super nice and very knowledgeable on the fish. I’m glad they actually knew and told me before I told them that I knew it needed to be in brackish water to thrive. The staff seems to care about the fish not only while they are in store but what happens after the sale and that’s a huge plus for me.

We got a beta fish for the neice and she had to get the Disney Frozen themed tank...Just a tiny pinch of food 1 to 2 times a day. I would have preferred the neon ones but the beta has beautiful coloration and a nice fin shape.

I wanted to give a special recognition to Alex. Thank you so much for helping me pick out all the accessories I needed for the bunny that you sold to me two months ago. She is doing extremely well, very healthy and she’s definitely an explorer and my new best friend. I have had a cat and a dog before but since I got her I’ve fallen in love and can’t believe they are litter trained and plays w/ her toys just like a dog or cat does. My dogs love this place. Staff is super friendly they always give coupons. My dogs eat food like it's going out of style and this place gives you a free bag of food after you have bought 10 bags there. They also have a great dogs wash station to keep your dog smelling fresh. Lots of other pet stuff too but I just have dogs so check it out place is smarter than petsmart.

My Pup Molly and I will definitely be back! Andreu was Awesome! I needed ALOT,and he not only knew where EVERYTHING was,he walked with me and carried the items because my back was painfully out! I usually like to do things on my own,but this is one time that I Sincerely appreciated having someone who was NOT ONLY Knowledgible,but honestly wanting to help me! As for the store,it was immaculate,and there was SSOOO many things to choose from!
