If you're anywhere else outside the west side it's worth the drive the staff is family oriented from the dad to the mother to the daughter and the son who all work there and they're hired help are all kind immediately at approach of the door staff is open willing and with a smile to help indirect me also my bully XL was dealing with some skin problems my first thought was to go to a veterinarian but I started to tell the cashier which is one of the owners which is the father LOL about the issue he immediately pointed me into the direction of what I needed the skin issue of my puppy started to clear up in less than 5 days using what he guided me to wonderful store has everything that you need I would suggest anyone in the city of Jacksonville to the store

This looks like a run down feed store on the outside. Lots of vehicles always left in dirt lot. Not much to look at. I've lived here 3 years before going in. It actually does have a few "pets". They have adorable little bunnies, hampsters, fish, doves, chickens, muskovy ducks, etc. Not a huge selection on any. Lots of foods and accessories. Dog, cat, bird, lizard, small mammal stuff. Meal worms for feeders or fishing. Cages, etc. Suprised really. A little claustrophobia on the lot and the store but in a pinch might save you driving to big box stores.

very helpful and efficient service variety of brands in feeds. even have like little to go bags of assorted feed. never have a issue with them. very helpful and informative . they also load my 50 lbs bags of feed and hay.

My go to for all my dog food needs pricing is Reasonable You can get anything from small animals too your everyday dog food and cat food needs. My little gem.

They are very friendly and helpful. They have feeder mice for my snake every time that I have been in there. Plus they are open until 8 pm. That helps me because I have to drive almost an hour to get there.

I started going here for my guinea pigs needs ,and food I get now from this store seems to be better for them then the other stores. The people are sweet also. I browsed and found fur babies !! They were so quite I didn't even know they had them lol.

I have chickens and they are so nice at this store. They are helpful and never to busy to answer my questions. Even if I'm by myself they load the feed for me. They have everything. God bless.

Pretty pricey, but always nice and they have a decent variety of things you may need on short notice. However alot of items are truly overpriced . For they reason alone 1 star being deducted so final rating is 4 star

I would give NO stars and have them shut down for their treatment of the sweet screaming guinea pigs (that alerted us to their situation)!!! My husband and I went over to the covered animal area and saw so many sad, sick hens, yet heard little sounds that we thought were chicks. No, not chicks. Sweet hungry screaming guinea pigs w/day old tiny babies in screen floor cages next to filthy sick chickens.

Biggest complaint - STINKS TO HIGH HEAVIN! ! !Ammonia from urine and fish filters not being cared for is RIDICULOUS ! ALGEA is literally an inch thick and growing. ALGEA is covering every piece of the tanks.They do not take care of the store let alone the animals.DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This is the place for pet food! We buy duck food and scratch to feed the pond ducks in the area. Please don't feed ducks/geese bread. If you like to feed local birds this is the place to get them some grub.
