The owner is so nice and personable and I know my pooch is in good hands when I take her there. I went somewhere else before I took her because paws and claws were busy, and the highly reputable place I took her to, completely botched everything. She had clipper burn and she busted a blood vessel so I learned my lesson and will not go to anyone but Paws and Claws. Oh and her hair cut is amazing!!! Thank you for taking care of my baby ♥️

I found a cat that was infested with fleas, I called Paws and Claws groomer to see where to go from here. He sat on the phone with me for 10 minutes discussing different options for this cat. Very informal and kind. You can tell how much they love animals! Thanks Paws and Claws!

My best friend told me about this place. She takes her dog's there to get groomed. I have been taking my cat there to get her. Nails trimmed every so often , the prices are reasonable, the guys are great friendly helpful knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this place!! They are open 8:30-3 tuesdaythrough Saturday and closed sundaysandmondays.

they did a great job with my two dogs. they came home smelling amazing and days later they still smell great. pricing was awesome and definitely worth every dollar. this was my first time taking the dogs to the groomers and now it is something i would like to do more often. support your local businesses !

Although my dog doesn't like the place...I guess because since he's not frequently going,but they always have slots available and get your pup clean and trimmed nicely. Even smells good once you pick them up. The guys are very formative on your pet with concerns or suggestions to be made

Each of my babies loved it here! Bobby ans Nick loves your pet as if it were theirs! I have never had a bad experience at Paws and Claws. Their schedule is very flexible

The staff does a very good job at handling the dogs that can be a bit of a challenge. My 2 do NOT like getting their nails trimmed and despite them trying to eat the nail trimmers got their nails done. They didn't mind a bit. Definitely a place I will take them again and again.

They are always busy, that should tell you something. It's the only place we take our dog Overton. He gets a bath and they also clean ears, clip nails, I think they express anal glands also, probably more for smaller dogs, I think they do more stuff just don't remember.He smells so good and always gets the season or holiday appropriate bandana. He runs in every time cause he really likes the owner and employees. You can drop off and pick up later. Really good place with good prices.

This was the first time i took my dog to a groomer let alone a stranger and she is 3 years old. They were great with my fur baby and they did an excellent job and the price was good!Thank you so much we will definitely be back!

I really really really liked the job that was done one little Morkie. But dont bother scheduling an appointment I thought I had one on a Saturday but I really didnt and apparently I was told that I didnt . Def wasn't happy with that exchange but I cant let that take away from the really good job that was done on my dogs!!! The "appointment mix up" is the only reason I'm not marking 5!!!

I have been taking my two Chihuahuas for boarding since they opened. It is the place in Jacksonville that I haven't had to get them medicated for having a " meltdown " . When I pick them up, they are clean and happy as I left them. Inside the decor is warm and welcoming, and staff are top notch professionals.

Me and my cat love these guys! They are so sweet and truly love animals. They trim my cats nails and do an amazing job. I have a siamese Cat named Luna, and a calico named Cheescake, who, as of recently, is no longer is with us :-( , but they did an amazing job with both my cats, and still with my Luna. Every time Luna leaves from just a nail trim, she always smells amazing for weeks!! They put some kind of fresh powder on her, and she smells so good. 5 stars for these amazing men!!

I have to say my boy Troy, has been to many groomers, however Paws and Claws on Casset, is a step above the rest.Beautiful environment, lobby is like someone's living room. Plants, Music, lovely atmosphere.I was met by Robert Ashley, the owner, who was very kind and such a professional person and you could tell he truly loves all animals. Troy went right with him which is unusual.Kelly the lovely young lady who took care of Troy, went above and beyond, upon my return, Troy looked and smelled fantastic with a very manly neck scarf. She rocks at her job. Troy was one Happy dog when we left and I was over the moon at the kindness of the Paws and Claws team. Congratulations on a wonderful oasis to take your pet.
