Compared to the other Harvey's in Jacksonville this store is by far the worst. They are out of all the advertised specials I was looking for. The inventory is not the same as the other Harvey's I only went to this store cuz it's closest to my new place. However I'll be driving extra 5 miles to get to a better one. Very disorganized and hard to shop store. I've never seen a shopping store grocery store organized like this one. It's like walking in a maze.

Cheap supplies in a pinch and easy to find what you need. High quality is not a word I'd use to describe this place though. That being said the customer service was pleasant and efficient.

This place is a part of Winn Dixie, I didn't know that before I went in. They carry many of the same brands that Winn Dixie has. They are a little cheaper in price which is always a plus especially right now with prices thru the roof. The store is clean and well stocked everything is easy to find.

Been several times never had a problem until night time a Young Caucasian boy was slamming my items as if he wanted to go home I asked him why was he slamming my items he proceeds to ignore me.i have few words with him about his customer service he proceeds to say he don't stay around here smart mouth the heavy set guy who the manger walks up and says he will talk to him don't know how far that went but the kid deff need to work on his attitude when working with the public.

The cashier Jaiden has great customer service, very friendly and helpful. I save money shopping at Harvey’s vs Winn Dixie and it’s just overall a better atmosphere.

I shop this store as it is in my neighborhood & I feel it is very important to support the stores in your local community. The store itself is good. Nice produce & meats. Well stocked frozen & dairy departments & usually has everything I need. My biggest complaint is how I am treated, because of my skin color. I am white & many times,treated rudely by the checkout people. Kind of the " Why are YOU here?" attitude. My women's coffee group,made up of women from all racial backgrounds, have discussed this store & topic at length & came to the same conclusion as myself. Several,not all of the ladies working checkout,need to understand that regardless of one's skin color,all those dollars are green! Management needs to explore this further & point that fact out to those women at the front registers. I do not expect any special treatment,but I also do not appreciate being treated rudely by employees of a store that I am trying to support. Too many grocery stores in JAX to have to put up with this nonsense! I can shop elsewhere & will if it does not improve.

This store is very nasty the restrooms is nasty over filled trash cans when I walked in restroom toilets wasn't clean and this was just minutes of them being open I went to get a drink open the cold fridge door for a mountain dew and notice inside of the cold drink fridge was build up with mildew I put the drink back they need to do better I wouldn't buy a piece of food from there either. Health inspector need to pay them a surprise visit.

I only gave it three stars because its competitor which is owned by the same company is Winn-Dixie and I seem to do a better job at keeping the place somewhat clean. Ridiculously high meat prices and the quality is disgusting same with Winn-Dixie's meat.

I have a love hate relationship with this Harvey's store. Their steaks are priced good and quality is good, but many times I have gone and their meat racks are empty... sold out of everything, especially the ribs, I have yet to see any of those there. The customer service desk usually has a long, slow moving line... and is under staffed. I haven't been able to figure out what day or time is best to shop there... because it's always super busy every time. Maybe a different Harvey's location would be better.

Had worms in one of my cans of food that I bought from this place. I wrote corporate about it heard nothing. Fearful of buying other products from here.Maybe it was just the one can who knows. I was afraid to open the rest so I tossed them. Haven't had fish since. But I must add that before I never had any issues. The Cashier's are always really nice and helpful!

I enjoy going to Harvey's. I have to revise my review of Harvey's. The last few times I've been have been pretty good. I haven't had to wait a long time. The store seems more illuminated and a staff seems as friendly as ever. I think now that the pandemic is mostly behind us, they are able to hire more people so that helps out a lot. I still wish they were remodeled, but I understand that they can't.

We have been coming to St Nicholas for over 20 yrs. These guys never dissapoint. Today, my black Lexus es350 was filthy inside and out! The service was thorough and efficient as always. I am completely satisfied and will continue to come back.

I like Harvey's, they have upgraded everything in the store, more selections are offered. Even though the prices are a bit steep the cashier's are fast getting you out. Produce always looks fresh as well as the meats. And they always have things on sale. They also offer a delivery service as well as a pickup service.

Adam in the meat department is the man to look for. Best butcher and customer service ever! I ask for him every time. And The seafood lady also hooks it up!It's nice to go to a store where they don't get annoyed when you ask for certain cuts and what not. 5 stars dude.

Don't get me wrong I love this but this particular store I will not buy hamburger meat from it never looks right but other than that you can find anything and everything you need in this store. That's why I give it a four.

Slightly better value than Winn Dixie. Same company. Less crowded and better selection than the nearby Winn Dixie. Deli is not as good as Winn Dixie.

The friendliest and most helpful person in the store was a young woman, in the back. She was stocking lunch meat. She greeted me, asked if I needed help and told me to let her know if I need anything. The young teenaged male cashier with the afro was super rude. The young female cashier was rude, as well. Even the red haired supervisor at the Customer Service desk, was rude. I had an issue with my app while shopping and only needed to scan a code. They all gave me, the run around until I finally told the supervisor, "I just need this code, scanned!" Ridiculous. I am not stepping foot 😒 😑 in this store, again. The overall feel of the store, is despair and poverty. It was a great store, when it was Save Rite.

I went there expecting discount prices, since it's supposedly Winn Dixie's lower income solution. Nope. They tripled the price of a ton of things then slap a buy one get one deal on them. I can pay their prices at Publix and have a much nicer shopping experience.

I was not impressed whatsoever! Just moved here, it is the closest store to us. I had to run up there to pick up a couple of things which they didn't have. The store was dirty and the clerks were unfriendly. After working in customer service all my life, I expect to atleast be greeted with a hello, a smile or something. It's up to the store to have their employees representing their establishment. Not so at this store! Will travel alittle further for a welcoming smile!!!!!

Great selection and the lines move pretty quick. The staff are friendly and from what I've seen go through a bit of social training on the floor before they're hired which is great ! They carry a lot of the same products as a Winn-dixie and have a similar rewards program. Harvey's rewards actually seems to save a bit more at times. Okay deli area. Bakery I'd decent size.
