Absolutely trash, The lady got mad that my mother took the receipt that the worker didn’t even have in her hand and said “I didn’t like you snatching that out of my hand” even though she didn’t snatch it and the only reason that she said that was because the other customer said something and when my mother said something about it she kept saying “ bye” and “have a good day” until my mother started to get annoyed and said that she isn’t gonna do nothing because she is having a bad day and the lady said “do something about it“ multiple time’s, honestly don’t even go there. Ericka threatened my mother and shouldn’t be working with people if she is going to antagonize them.

I HAVE NO CAR and walked up there to get my dinner after I also worked all day in this storm ,and as soon as weather permitted and I could I walked there only to find the door locked early and couldn't shop at winn dixie as I wasted my time at family dollars door, because I can afford it better but price does no good when the door is locked and there was a shopper left in store still but door is locked another man came up and was knocing and they were ignoring him I walked home with nothing to eat is this the way business is done associates can lock up as they see fit not by the time on the door??? Yes I'm mad and aggravated and hungry too,,, I HAVE JUST READ OTHER REVIEWS AND MOST OF THEM SAYING SAME THING WITH STORE BEING LOCKED EARLY AND NOT OPEN,,, SO INSEE THAT THIS IS OK WITH FAMILY DOLLAR I GUESS AS LONG AS UPPER DOESNT HAVE TO OR WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE THEY WILL KEEP LOCKING UP WHENEVER THEY WANT AND KEEP LOOSING CUSTOMERS GREAT WAY TO TREAT YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS AND RUN THIS STORE ID ALSO GIVE 0 STARTS IF I COULD AS THIS AINT NEW AND KEEPS HAPPENING

I used to visit this Family Dollar Store regularly because it was clean and well-run, and all the associates were friendly and helpful, but I'll avoid this one after today. The cashier was in some kind of mood, and even accused me of throwing my money at her (I didn't, I had a single twenty dollar bill and I simply placed on the counter). I'm wondering if this woman has mental health issues or what. I felt totally unsafe all of sudden and just got out of there.

If I could not give any stars I would. I just left family dollar and two workers (a young girl and a gentlemen) was in the store but they were saying they were closed. Doors were locked and all. The guy stated that the holiday hours meant they had to be out of the store by ten, not that the closed at ten. I work at a retail department store and I know that if you have hours posted, customers have until that time to shop. It was 9:09pm when I left the store. It also doesn’t take that long to finish closing duties, if that was the case. Management needs to do something about that asap. You guys are losing an hour worth of sales just because employees don’t want to do any work. It’s a shame

Store was clean and neat. Some Items on shelves was unmarked. I asked what was the price of an item. Two people working neither one of them was aware of the price. One of them said they can check the price but nobody did. As a customer I felt very unappreciated, even tho this store is minutes from my home I will ride an hour to here someone say welcome and come again. After a long day at work that goes a long way. Just being real.

The worst customer service ever, not to mention the store lighting and set up is incorrect. The cashiers on April 9th were literally on the phone while serving customer's unfriendly. Management unshaved, uniform not iron. This store should be making plenty of money in that excellent location.

I gave a star to really write this review. This store I guess is conducted by the worst employee ever. First of all, they don't even want to help the custumers, they pretend the items are put by them self on the bag. If I want something in a bag I expect to be put on the bag. I did not receive no kind of help what so ever by the employee. Where are my Disabled Rights in Family Dollar in this location while everything is on the floor and a mess.

Went there this morning,been trying to give them a break the store is unclean, the cashier was on the phone with a personal call. You better do something there a leak in the roof. It's my neighborhood store I want them to be better.thank you

I came up here July 25th at 11:21 there was an associate who ran out immediately after I started walking back to the store and drove off , the website clearly says open and there’s open posters all over. He locked everyone out and we aren’t able to get in. Terrible service

Everytime I go to this family dollar there an issue. If the stuff not for sale then take it off the floor. Manager need to check behind there employees instead of always apologize that someone not do there job. Do yours!

I WISH I could rate 0 because IT'S super nasty and messy Not put together at all at 814am close to opening time. I ask was THEY going out of business my reply was in TRIED of people asking me THAT I have NOT been in this store in a long time and it was the same way so I ask how people ask u the same question I asked....THE store super nasty WHEN OPENING TIME.

I went to the family dollar's on Norwood ave. I gave the clerk 50 dollars to much and she told me. She was the only employee I saw at the time......but she was very fast and still answer questions that I had an other customers..
