Very impressed! They do not cage the dogs! They roam free. There’s a triple gate entry to make sure there’s no escapees! Excellent grooming and got us in next day! Don’t judge a book by its cover! They really love dogs!

I had such a wonderful experience at the pet grooming salon! It was my first time bringing my dog Chip in for a grooming and I couldn't be happier with the results. Chip was so happy and she looks absolutely terrific.I also brought my other dog, Abby, in to have her nails trimmed. She can be a bit nervous around new people, but the lady, Lindsey, who did her nails was so patient and kind. Abby was a little trooper and Lindsey did a terrific job with her nails.Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service and care provided at the pet grooming salon. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and caring grooming experience for their pets.

Second time taking my Squirrley year and a half old Scottish terrier. Fantastic haircuts very sweet staff they gave him a bath twice cause he had so much grit from Key West and his undercarriage. Black terriers are kind of a handful. They had no problems reasonable prices. There’s parking out front.

I brought my goldendoodle on while on vacation. They did a great job squeezing her in the schedule. She was a bit matted and they did an excellent job getting all of the tangles out and did a beautiful job with her haircut. I am so happy and would highly recommend this place to get your dog groomed.

Brought our pup in for a bath, light trim, and to get her nails ground. Soggy Paws was easy to find, made an appt for the next morning, checked in quickly, and was cleaned, puffed, and fluffed by promised time. Service was great.

If I could give more stars I would. I have a 17yo shih tzu and she is very timid due to her cataracts and being almost completely deaf. I am always worried about going someplace new because of the stress it puts on her. I can not rave enough about the care with and quality of the grooming service done on my little old lady. Thank you!!! I highly recommend!

I almost never write reviews any more, but this one is long overdue. My dog can be an oddball, and I can't do his nails, we have been coming here since the beginning (When it was still Granny's), starting with two dogs. Steph has been exceptional in accommodating my dog's needs. He may not always act like it, but he loves coming here. I love the fact that I can get his nails ground (Clipping leaves ragged edges). Steph is fast, reasonably priced, and treats my dog (And all the clients) like family. This is also possibly the cleanest, organized and safest environments of its kind - I wouldn't bring my dog here otherwise, and I've tried others. I have recommended Steph to several friends, who continue to be her satisfied customers, and I will continue to refer people/dogs to her.

I could not be happier with the service that Stephanie the owner always provides! I always get Dexter groomed here but never had to have him boarded until recently. Stephanie took such great care of Dexter and would even send me pictures of him while I was gone. She is such a caring sweet person! I highly recommend that if you need your dog boarded this is the place to go if you want to know your pet is in good hands.

As soon as you walk into the groomers you are welcomed by the owner who is so friendly and welcoming. She asked questions and how you want your animal trimmed. My dog Kano was welcomed, she did an amazing job, priced perfectly and I will continue to use this groomer for now on. Highly recommend.

We boarded our 10 year old beagle and 8 month old Poogle (beagle-poodle mix) for a week while we enjoyed our time at our timeshare in Islamorada. When we picked them up, they were clean, packed up and ready to go. I had requested nails clipped for both and then a eye/feet/sanitary trim for Poogle - perfect. They were not stressed at all and I definitely plan to take them back next year. The owner and assistant are friendly and very accommodating - they arranged for us to pick up on our schedule even though they were closed! I can’t say enough good things about them!!

I brought it to the owner's attention that Google has it listed different and outside the sign still uses this name.*Called for a nail trim and gland express appointment...I was able to just go without an appointment. The owner was courteous and took care of both my dogs quickly. Parking is limited and prices are reasonable.

My poor Dog died less than a week after staying here. He was in good health and had all his immunizations. Although the cause is unknown, there is a good chance he caught something while here such as kennel cough or canine influenza. When I informed the owner in hopes that no other owner has to go through this, since both are highly contagious and this location was small and overbooked, they were terribly rude and insensitive. They gave no indication they would warn the other owners there was a potentially serious danger.This is a warning to anyone thinking of leaving their pets here.

Name on the door was a different name so it was a little confusing when I pulled up. Groomer was really nice but there were too many dogs loose in a small area. She had a helper but it must have been her first day because she just stood there. My dog just needed a nail trim and sometimes you need four hands with her. So, I jumped in to help.

Warning for others. We have no proof - I’ll admit - but after bringing home our pup, he came home with a cough and passed away suddenly with blood in his lungs a few days after. We called to warn them just in case. The spa lady was very sweet and nice. The owner who called back the next day was very defensive and rude. I advised that we weren’t looking to place blame but she should call the other owners from that time span as a precaution. She said it was unnecessary because she knew he was fine when he left and ended up hanging up quickly before i even said good bye.

Our Mack really liked Grannies. Mack is large German Shep. kinda picky about his friends and where he stays but he really took a shine to Granny and her bone collection. We picked Mack up in the mornings and had him all day then he went in for Bones with Granny at night. Thanks Granny !

Lilly was treated like long lost family. Meaning, she was taken in by loving arms!! Yay! That's a good thing. First, I filled out the required, "in case of emergency," paperwork and Lilly was taken out back to their fenced in " get acquainted & pee back yard ha ha ha!! They asked about any " worry" spots on her or allergies. They suggested an affordable, healthy spot to eat brunch while I waited. Over Easy Restaurant was right up the road and proved to be delicious without breaking the bank. When I was done, so was Lilly! She had even had her nails trimmed!! Yaaay!!
