Taquesha in the deli is a completely rude and acts like we are bothering her and throwing my sandwich around. Not friendly and very disrespectful. Also Sylvie helped people around me when I had 5 sandwiches to be mad. Management needs to do something about it. Sylvie has been here since 2023 and Taquesha has been here since 2019 and giving that kind of customer service I could only imagine why people in this are HATE coming here.

Growing up in Florida and moving away, I never imagined I'd say these words... "Publix subs are the best and I miss them!" Their deli knocked it out of the park with a delicious sub. Publix Deli is still delivering great value and convenience. The rest of the store was clean, spacious, and well organized. The employees were very friendly and fast. Keep rockin' Islamorada Publix!

This publix follows the familiar recipe of the rest of the chain. The parking lot is large but fills up quick. Inside the store is clean and the staff is friendly. The produce looks great.While everything was a higher price than at a typical Publix, perishable goods were substantially higher (x2-3).

Yum! We loved buying our lunch at this supermarket. Everything was extremely fresh and the service was amazing. Shoutout to the guy at the checkout counter who gave our daughter a colouring sheet.

First time at this location. Seems very nice but it was late and they were about to close. But we did obtain our goal; the best Key Lime Pie in the Keys!

Always busy but it’s our local Publix so it is what it is. Employees are all very nice and personable, they do the best they can. Don’t forget your Pub sub before hitting the water!!

It is not anything less than most magnificent architectural peace.When I was reading the description, something caught my eyes . The bridge railroad was made by " laborers "inside the US and other countries but was destroyed on the "labor" day hurricane of 1935.

I’m a tourist just checking out stores in the keys.Good selections of fruits.My cashier guy went really quiet when it came to my turn to check out while he was very friendly with the other two in front of me. No greeting, no bye-ing, no good-day at all…..Why friend? Cuz I look different? Hope he’ll learn to not treat people differently especially when they look different…. It’s unfortunate that he’s also a colored-skin fellow man.

As of 2023, it’s a brand new store with a wide variety of fresh foods. They even sell fishing rods in the back and have swim gear up front. Store was clean. Staff is friendly. The bakery was very slow though. Could just have been the time we were in though. Large parking lot. As of October there was construction out front repairing the road so when there is traffic it can be tricky turning in to the lot and pulling out. Be cautious.

This location consistently makes inaccurate online orders from the deli. They also do not squeeze any of the vegetables for the sandwiches, therefore be prepared to get a soggy sandwich.

Clean, Friendly, Organized, and Convenient. Publix is a wonderful place to shop any day of the week and any time of the day. The employees have smiles on their faces and are helpful and willing to assist. My only suggestion would be to move the Hand Sanitizer Wipes to be placed NEXT to the carts outside, so they can be used to wipe them off before you enter the store. At this point they are located on the left side of the door when you walk into the store.

Usually not quite as hectic as other grocery locations in the Keys. Staff is very friendly and customer oriented. This is now our go-to store in the Keys when we need groceries.

This place is 1st class in customer service. I bought a BOGO fish sticks which was the wrong one. Sandy, went back got me the right one. Took me to customer service and straightened everything out in a matter of minutes. Won't shop any where else!

The aisles are very close together and crowded. Went to get fresh bread and the bakery had a loaf of sourdough and that was it. This was 4pm in the afternoon.

I love this Publix location. I was visiting Islamorada, and I shopped to Publix on 10/07/23 around noon. The bakery manager was able to make me 20 strawberries covered chocolate on the spot without hesitation for my daughter's last-minute 3rd birthday party. The staff were very helpful and polite. TRULY Publix "Where Shopping is a Pleasure" .
