They switched to paper bags instead of plastic, so the oil in the sandwich weakened the bag and slipped out onto the sand, completely ruined. They are ending the glass counter policy... you can no longer see your sandwich being made. The half I held onto was decent, but... certainly overpriced.

Not sure what type of idiots they have working there now. I ordered an Italian and they gave me a meatball sub with all of the same toppings that I ordered the on the Italian. But apparently people who work at subway can't read. Last week I made an order and they called me and said they didn't have meat and didnt want to make the food so they refund me. Whoever is working at this location now is horrible and they need to be fired.

Food was fresh & good & this is the only subway that I've been to in 33 different states to where the pickles, lettuce & tomatos were fresh & & not wiltedUpdate:This place is horrible at putting the extra meat & cheese & extra bacon on a sandwich when u add it & pay almost $8 more for it.....I have gotten sandwiches here 3x in a row & had to drive back & have them remake it. Each of those times I've waited over 30mins for my food after I placed my order thru the app. This place may have the freshest pickles, lettuce tomatoes but the worse ability to read a piece of paper & the knowledge to follow directions. I will not be back here ever again.

At this moment I don’t feel it’s deserving of any stars. There were 2 young men behind the counter playing around completely unprofessional. The sandwiches were not made the way they were ordered for pick up. The bacon was cold at least they could have microwaved it. The sandwiches were very sloppily put together. They looked very unappetizing. The bag they were in had sauce on the outside of that covered the receipt. Very messy individuals. Perhaps more training for these young fellows is needed especially sandwich making and customer service. This was the first bad experience I have ever had at this subway.

The last recent trips to this establishment, the service was a bit slow. Always seems to be sort handed on staff. Especially during busy times.The food was very good, very filling, made exactly the way I like it. But.... they have gotten a little pricey. A Roast Beef foot long on white with bacon cost me $14.97. Alas, gone are the days when select foot long subs were $6.00. That was well before the Covid out break back in 2019.

The customer service was great, Dessie made the order in a timely manner, she was extremely friendly, and she even covered 2 dollars of our food from her own pocket. Beyond impressed with this location and will definitely return in the near future (: (thank you dessie, you were great)

There was a hair in my veggie whopper!!! I returned to the store to remake the order but nothing was offered for the compensation of the gas and time it cost me to go home, take a bite of hair, try to calm down ( we are in a pandemic I mean and hair has DNA )and travel back to the store and wait on the slow service it took to finally get my meal again. Customer service has really taken a hit these days really.

DO NOT order online. Not 1 sub not 10 subs. They NEVER get it right. I have tried 4 times and each time I try to sympathize for them and try to understand. Every time it has been wrong & im not talking 1 little thing. The wholeSub is a surprise. Ordered one last night so I could take it to work with me and now my lunch for the day is ruined. This is just a place you have to go inside to make sure they understand what u want

Ordered a platter 24 hrs in advance, went to get it (prepaid) and it wasn't done. To make up for that I was given cookies. When serving, the food was fresh but some of the subs only had cheese on them! Very disappointing after spending almost $40 and then it not being ready, and then when serving to friends n family, no meat on some of them. Is this place getting like McDonalds?

I've tried giving this Subway chance after chance since 1. I LOVE Subway, 2. Their arent a lot of food options around and 3. Everyone has thier off days but I'm honestly about done with this Subway. Ive seen (all on different days with different people) people not washing thier hands before gloving up, people flicking or putting food into the containers without gloves on, one guy picking his face WITH gloves on, one lady's hair touching the food and many bad attitudes (again all on different days). Oh and dont get me started on the lady that closes/work nights. Always has a bad attitude and never smiles. Over half the employees have bad customer service skills. Honestly since it seems like they hate their job so much, I say they all get fired and start off with a fresh set of faces, customer service skills and cleanliness classes! I never thought I would do it but I have gone (many times) ALL THE WAY TO PALATKA for our subs. If this Subway doesnt tighten up, my family and I will not be returning again. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food is usually good WHEN its made right and when something isn't out of stock or shut off (usually out of half the breads at night and toaster gets shut down early)

I got 2 sandwiches and the bread was extremely hard.Called the store and spoke with the manager Chuck and he said he would replace them no charge. When I came back in a few days later to get them, he actually accused me of already getting them. There were other customers around and it was v er y embarrassing. He finally gave them to me but I will never go there again.

I like the bread they, soft! I like a lot of veggies on my sandwich and they will put what ever you want. I just wished that the sandwiches were cheaper. I did buy some sandwiches on a day I guess was cheaper and I got a good price! 😁

Decent variety of subs, and a small pizza if you don't like subs, ok prices, public restrooms, ok amount of drinks, and a lot of toppings. Overall, a kind of good place.

makes many sandwiches at one time,,..... making you wait... don't seem friendly..seem overworked and unhappy... they speak fast and harsh...... like hurry up I'm busy......and the sandwiches are not well made, slapped together fast and sloppy..... glad to get rid of you
