Old woman at the counter tried to have me leave my PURSE with her when I walked in. No specific reason given. Lots of people were in the store with bags. I felt embarrassed and targeted. My boyfriend stood up for me and said no we will shop elsewhere. They have no special lockers and my purse could have been stolen or gone through by the employees with no recourse. Discrimination and harassment. I will NOT endorse those behaviors. Shameful display from circle K employees. I think a training program and policy update to the employees is due. 7-11 got my $100 instead. Congratulations.

I went in to buy fuse. I forgot my license so I couldn't buy them which was fine. My son who is 42 was behind me to buy lottery tickets. The nasty lady at the counter said I am not selling you anything because you are with her. He said so I can't buy something here and she said no. You are not buying anything at this store. I have never witnessed such a hatred women. We nor any of friends or family will ever go back in there again. RUDE.

Bought a core water bottle here on Friday and when I went to drink out of it, realized it had already been opened and the inside of the lid as well as the top were covered in a suspicious white powder. When I tried to call the store the line rang busy twice and would disconnect…every single time. I do not recommend this location at all like how did that even happen? I made a complaint with corporate but they have yet to return my call.

I understand there are processes retail stores have , but to be reprimanded for something I would have no idea is an issue is not my fault nor my problem. I'll explain .my friend and were at the store and my friend finished shopping and set it in counter she was rang it up, then I finished and set it on counter and I was told do you have how to make sure that you bring everything up at once digital has to be ready because when you bring it up at different times and you have to back up the first one. And why do you have to bring it up again can't you do it as it comes I guess not.

Overall a one star The employees think they own the store and make the rules they pick and choose who they want to ID for cigarettes and all beer. The sheriff department should do a sting at this store and then maybe they'll start id everyone instead of being discriminating against women.

Normally this location has a wonderful staff but today was not a great day for circle k. The new employees are not impressive, and one in particular today needs to really have some customer sensitivity training. She's coarse and abrasive. Shipping off their best staff to new locations isn't looking like a great move.

This store feels like they can refuse service and give you ZERO reason why!! I used to go in here everyday, some new girl just started screaming at people, states she is calling the cops, and pulls her phone out? This place is going to hell in a hand basket!!

Wow! This dude was eating the chicken nuggets as he was packing them for sale. Had to ask to be checked out after standing at the counter for 5mins. My finance told him this store needs to step up, nobody is here today and we're still waiting for service.

On July 4th in the am agent into this store with my in law and her 2 teenage daughters we where getting fountain drinks I took a sip of my Sprite as an older red headed employee was walking by me I said glad I tasted that and said your Sprite is out she said I know I told my in law that maybe they should put a sign on it and continued to pour a different drink and was chatting with my in law on her drink she was making that same lady employee came back over and said I came to work this place was a mess I just got help in along with other words and said if I dont like it go to another store I told I would put everything back I told her I would be calling her corporate office today she said go right ahead. I was not nasty to this woman in any way this store is at the end of my road and go quieter often I will no longer go to this store the store was full of patrons at the time too

Came in to quench my thirst but was stopped at the door and was told to leave my bag (backpack) at the register before looking around the store. Heavy theft area. Very busy. Cheap drinks. Winning

2/12/23: I was "forced" to use self check out. Cashier said corporate wants us to have customers use it. No one was in the store and her register was open. Said "if I don't want to use it, I can go elsewhere".

Latinos beware!One of the tellers refused to take a passport when buying cigarettes just because it was Colombian. Even asked: "so you'd take a European one?" To which she replied "Not from Colombia!" and got all angry.. Till I call up with an American accent and confront her. Then it is that they don't take any passports.. but the other teller had no problem accepting it.. So far, no response from any Circle K representative. Simply disgusting

Went this morning I usually avoid this place if i can because i have the same issue every time i go there where they are more interested in talking to each other then cashing a customer out they will literally stand there with your stuff in their hand and talk to their co worker this morning it was a regular employee cahsing me out and the MANAGER was the distraction absolutely unprofessional and not customer service experienced at all

This is the most disgusting gas station I've ever been in. The bathroom is disgusting and does not lock, the food is always old and the customer service is awful. I don't expect much from a gas station but my experience makes me want to never come back.
