Rick and his team responded to an urgent call to assist FreeDOM Clinic USA in disconnecting 2 donated dental chairs from a retiring dentist and install them at our free dental clinic. He was an absolute blessing in getting this done and for a very reasonable cost. He was kind, professional and extremely responsive. I thank God for his service!

The owner of ABC Dental Works went above and beyond to help me with after usual business hours. Schein seems to have decided to do the right thing and is going to swap the Lexa for an M11 (after many hours of phone time), but I will definitely be in touch as soon as I have any more equipment needs. I work at an animal hospital and when we need work on our machines it's mostly in an emergency situation, like when the dental machine blows a hose, or the autoclave blows a gasket, that is stuff that needs to be fixed asap...it's often hard to get someone out to look at and fix them right away. Well ABC dental has been great! Every time we have had to call them, they have rushed right out to us and have been able to help! Thank you so much for the great work!

I am really grateful to the help offered by ABC Dental Works for all the help offered on repairing my developer AT 2000 . The company did not have exactly the part that I needed to fix the machine , but they went out of their way to find a replacement part that worked perfectly. Highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service.
