Great store could use a little more variety, especially pet food Dept. Hours since Covid are horrible! Closing at 9 pm is way too early ESPECIALLY on fri & sat nights you are the only stores around.

Good points include extremely nice staff. The problem with the store is that it's one of the smaller Publix and therefore smaller selections available because they simply don't have the space for every salad dressing, cereals. Etc. If you want a bigger store go to Publix on Cove Road and U.S.1

Putting aside issues about Publix's transformation into a corporation as a company. This specific Publix is one of the better ones in the area as it is a nice big store but it's not as busy and chaotic as some of the other ones like tequesta or cove road stores. They are slowly getting rid of variety and just carrying quantity of a lot of items unfortunately so it's a good first place to check but doesn't have as many different items as the other busier stores. Parking lot is great but recently is subject to severe flooding due to incompetence from greedy pro-growth martin county officials that didn't take into account infrastructure like drainage when approving all of the new construction projects. Be careful as spontaneous rain showers can lead to rather deep puddles which can mess up lower sitting cars. The employees are better than the other stores in the area but are still becoming more and more watered down in contrast to the companies claims about number 1 customer service. They have better service than most other companies but compared to how Publix used to be, the quality has gotten rather bad. Shame because this seems to always happen to companies that have built themselves on service and quality. Fast growth will always end up destroying a companies reputation

Not on sale and they didn't have any items.Bare shelves.2 Ltd of club soda.HamGrape nuts.CheeseAnd a long line at the rude Deli sta6.iI feel disappointed disrespected. When I pay top dollar and have standing orders for club soda.You suck.

The people that work at this Publix are the best they are so pleasant so friendly so accommodating you can’t say enough about them. Recently I was in the store purchase bacon it said buy one get one free I bought the bacon when I got home I noticed I was charged nine something twice no discount. I went back to the market the person behind the counter was very accommodating she then went to I believe it was the manager she was not so accommodating she was rather rude and when she went to check where the bacon was placed she said oh maybe you got the wrong thing everything that was placed there was exactly what I took a picture of and showed her. She then walked away the person working behind the counter gave me the credit. She made me feel like I was lying or that something I did was wrong when really the sign was placed wrong or the product was placed wrong whatever it was was not my fault I go there 3 or 4 times a week why wasI made feel like I was doing something wrong this manager needs some education on how to handle customers. Great staff bad manager. Has someone that has been a manager for 35 years don’t make yourself look bad.

Went there to do some shopping with my wife while on vacay. I saw a young man mopping in the trolley area and I politely asked if I could get a trolley. At that point I heard someone shout Noooooo! I looked around and it was a manager rudely pointing at another row of trolleys. I asked why it was he needed to speak to me like that and all I got was a smirk...never go there again. The Publix down the road had much friendlier staff.

I loved this Publix and chose it over the other numerous times. But for the cashier to get frustrated with me because I forgot my pin because she wants to take her lunch is absurd. Takes a lot for me to get out the house as I’m going through a high risk pregnancy and this lady left me on the verge of tears with her nasty attitude. I will not return.

This is my hometown, Publix. I shop here multiple times a week and especially on W/e's when I do my major stock up.The EE's are very profressional and extremely nice.It's always a pleasant experience.

The spice section has only one brand of ground Chipotle, and it's just under $7. I'm really surprised; last time I purchased at this store, it was Badia brand, and it was much less expensive than $7.

Very helpful, this store carries a lot of items that other stores don't carry. The pharmacy is better than any other pharmacy I've been too. They have good sales. You get what you pay for and that is quality. Let's not forget the great deli and bakery!

I went to the Tequesta Publix to find a product, and it showed there were 2 in that store. Well that was wrong and that store called the Hobe sound store and they did have one available. I rushed to go there because they close at 9 o’clock and I knew I would not make it in time. Ian was fabulous. Not only did you wait for me outside he also gave it to me at no charge because I did go out of my way. That is service!!! Ian you’re great !! Tequesta store gave great service too!!! Thank you!!

I use this Publix because it's so convenient. HOWEVER, the deli is absolutely terrible. The employees have so much side work. It's hard for them to serve customers. I wish they'd fix this.

Publix I've always liked Publix they have good produce good meats that's where I shop sometimes I'll hit Winn-Dixie but other than that all my shopping's at Publix can't go wrong even though prices are going up. When is it all going to stop. That's all I got to say about that.

I love love the store but the treat their employees like dirt. I don't work here, but I know 4 people who do. They have no loyalty to the needs of their staff. I remember how publix used to be before the founder passed away. Such a shame! Probably why the service is poor.

Worst pharmacy ever the kid behind the counter was so rude told me it was gonna take 40 minutes there’s nobody in the store 40 minutes to fill a prescription for an inhaler I said 40 minutes forget it snd he said ok good

I used to like this store, but it changed. The latest issue was today at 5pm when we went to get a box of wings. They said they were done making wings for today, which is a Friday. I won't go on with my rants and just give winn dixie my business.

very very very disappointed, My father tried 3 times to get his medicine from the pharmacy and no one could get him any information? Just kept telling him its not ready its not ready AFTER CALLING AND SAYING ITS READY?? When they finally showed they cared and made a phone call to the DR and got the medicine ready it was to late and now he isn't able to walk. Thanks Publix defiantly doing good for the community. Mine as well go back to Walgreen's at least they are closer to his house.
