I've gone down in about five times already and the food always taste good you really can't go wrong by eating there and pretty fair I can't say I tasted better food but I've I say they are very good very good and the food taste tasty places you go either dry or not as good the rice and beans are always fresh everything plantains off the chain the meat is always soft and fresh it doesn't taste like that grease you go to restaurants you go to the police with other people and when you go to the steak it tastes more like Grease or it takes like old steak or too hard other place you go to this place it's always soft and juicy I recommend people go there and try it a few times they'll get hooked and they'll always want to keep coming back

Beware. Bought some african cichlids and they all died . Theyvcame with ick and they did not provide treatmwnt to thwor aquarium. Maybe they did but just dont care and osld them with ick shame on you pet supermarket i would expect better than a mom and pop store from you all.

This store never has puppy milk Formula. The same story every week . That the truck didn't bring any . I give up NOT Shoping here anymore . I have 5 pets bird, cat , rabbit ,a senor Dog , and a puppy . BUYING MY PET FOOD Amazon and no Star 0000000000000!

Staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair. I do have a complaint and it is about the back and side of the store. It is beyond filthy with garbage all over the place and with everything overgrown. As a neighbor, im asking for those areas to be cleaned up. Please we walk pass this mess on a daily basis.Thank you

I adopted my very first pet, there. She is a guinea pig. I named her princessa. I remember how happy I was to adopt her. Ans now I how happy I am that we found eachother. Just took her a bath not to long ago. Ans I changed all her heading which the employee so kindly helped me out with. Thank you for that if he ever reads this. He was very kind.

I've been shopping at this supermarket for years and I've always been happy with the experience. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They always seem to have what I'm looking for, and if they don't, they're happy to help me find it.I know that some people might think that the prices are a little high, but I think they're worth it for the quality of the products and the level of service. I've never had a bad experience at this supermarket, and I would recommend it to others.

I work as a supervisor in a restaurant at Miami International Airport and therefore I recognize good customer service and in this store I had a horrible experience, nobody attends you, nobody helps you and nobody cares about your presence, I do not recommend this store to nobody

Amazing customer service! As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with a cheerful good morning. I haven't been to this store in a while, and I see that many things have changed for the better. The fish tanks have been moved and the fish are no longer hiding in a corner and the selves are full. I went in for dog food and one of the workers helped me to find what I was looking for. Everyone is so nice and attentive. One of the workers that looked like Jason Momoa suggested mixing soft food with the one I was taking. I bought a couple of cans, and my dog loves the mix. I left that store with a happy feeling and I surely plan on going back. Out of all the years shopping for my dogs that has been the BEST SERVICE.

The best location out of all the Pet Supermarkets I've been to. I've been lucky with the amount of friendly staff I've always had the chance to have help me out, especially Claudia. She goes above and beyond to always recommend the best items for my service dog. If you ever need anything, ask for her.

I didn't get the young man name but he was very helpful and pleasant. I didn't have enough money in my checking account to pay for my items. He taken the next person in line while I transferred some money into my checking account to pay for my stuff. That was very thoughtful of him. Thank you so much

It has been an amazing experience now talking over the phone with the Staff member Leo that was helping me. I am currently in a situation that I cannot leave my house so when I explain to him everything that was going on and I broke it down to him he went ahead and he got the birds that I wanted correctly he set it all up for me and he made it all easy for me to have somebody just go ahead and pick it up from the store and be ready just to pay it out in the cash register when they got there upon arrival it was an amazing thing and experience and I cannot wait to go back and buy something else again from them truly a great place of business 🐦🙏✔️

I come here all the time for my dog food. Excellent service. Alex D. helped me today and I just have to say how helpful and friendly he was. He grabbed my food for me (and I changed my mind on the bag size twice) rang it up for me immediately, and offered to take it to my car. The rest of the staff is also always super helpful and I'm always treated the second I walk through the door. Great experience.

Lazaro is the best when it comes to animals he is very knowledgeable on all pets and is straightforward when giving you animal advice and he will also help you identify any animal that you have at home that you don’t know what it is just show him a picture or describe the animal as best as possible. He tells you the proper care of an animal wether it’s the ones the store has or animals that pet supermarket doesn’t sell he knows his stuff. Overall the store is great everyone acknowledges me when I walk in and they are really friendly too and help you with anything that you need and the store has a good selection on animals products😃

Staff was great except one girl there , she had an attitude from the start. I was in the market for a cute bunny. I was not going to buy him right then and there but was Interested in buying a bunny. I asked if she could attend me to pet the bunny and get a feel for him. "Are you going to buy him." I said "no." "Well I can't let you see him." she said. "Do you mind me asking why?" She replied with an attitude talking about due to covid and rolled her eyes at me, like if I was suppose know the new policy. I found her very rude and not helpful at all. When I first asked her where was their electrical hair trimmers for animals. She directed me to the toys in the dog section. I had another associate help me who was very attentive and walked me to the area where they keep the cats that are for up for adoption, which was on the opposite of the store. Likely to shop again. Just felt uncomfortable with her interaction and response to me.
