I recently ordered a sheet cake for my husband's daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, it was below their usual standard. Decorations were nice, but the cake and frosting were off..... it was a chocolate cake with the whipped frosting. Wasn't really moist, and really didn't taste like chocolate, it's hard to explain but something definitely was wrong. The frosting wasn't that great either. I had several guests that didn't even finish their cake. If I thought I could get my money back I definitely would.

Very clean and has everything you need. There's a deli, fish dept, bakery and hot food section. Some items are a little pricey so you have to know your prices. Would of given 4.5 for that. Love that they bag for you and there's someone in the lot at times taking the cart after you load up. Overall nice local neighborhood store.

Thank you to the bakery staff! I showed them the desired cake, what I ordered was close. Thank you again for efficient service and professionalism. I provided additional decorations and they proceeded at my request. They were honest, included the additional overage decorations that I brought to them *pending their requirements*.. thank you! I locked my keys, and my phone in my car today. Let me tell you that the staff at this Publix location was beyond helpful. Ellie at the customer service counter specifically was amazing. She paid attention to my 3 year old while I talked to AAA on HER cell phone. She gave my daughter some crackers, a pink lemonade, and a connect 4 game. She was truly the kindest young lady. For the first 30 minutes or so, I forgot I had AAA, and Ellie was on the phone with locksmiths, and tried contacting the fire department and a non emergency line. The store manager was willing to pay the money a locksmith was going to charge, because I am pretty broke until my paycheck hits this week, but luckily I remembered my Dad got me AAA a while ago. I’m super grateful for such a smooth experience during such a stressful time. Thank you to Ellie and others at this Publix location. I’m grateful.

I purchased a sub ring today for a family party. The bread was stale and hard. I've been shopping there for many years and never had an unsatisfactory item or food product. I was so disappointed today and embarrassed with the sub ring. Everyone took the meat and cheese off and left the bread. Hope you can make it a better product to buy.

I love our Publix!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They never mind if I interrupt them to get something off a top shelf or if I need help finding something. This area has outgrown our little store. You can't find a parking spot. I end up parking at the bank. I wish they would build us a larger one across the street behind Walgreens.

Many employees at this store treat Instacart shoppers like trash and it needs to stop. I am always professional and polite and courteous when I shop here. I should be treated in the same manner. I'll start taking names and making phone calls.

Publics is way overpriced, I stopped by for just a couple of sweet potatoes when I tried to check out there was only 1 register open with a huge line,so I tried to do the self check, again a long line,I finally got to the register and it would not work, the lady watching the self check tried to help but it would not work for her either, after 3 attempts I calmly told her that I don't think Publics wants my business, I left my potatoes and told her to have a nice day,Publics is not for me.

My review is a little biased. I just started working here right after Thanksgiving and I’ve never shopped here before. I pass two other Publixes myself to go work here. I will say this, I have already had several customers tell me that they drive past other Publixes just to shop here because of cleanliness and the friendly customer service. So grab your Publix app and come on in. If you read this and come in the store come find me and let me know you’ve read this. I’d love to meet new customers.

Everyone I have talked to, including Instacart Shoppers and regular customers that come almost daily, misses the old store manager Travis.After he got promoted and left, this store got Don, the new store manager, and has drastically gone down hill.Don does not dress like, act like, keep his employees in line or keep the store like a Store Manager should.This store has been emptier than EVER. The Grocery Manager, Alan, is part to blame for this, but at least Travis got it under control. Alan is so unbelievably lazy, it’s pathetic.Especially during the busiest season of the year, this is unacceptable and truly disappointing.

I can't believe for the past several weeks trying to get some to pick up the phone from prepared food is so difficult I have to call customer service and even then placed on hold for several minutes then there are always out of baked wings and never know when there going to have them in horrible. I shouldn't have to travel 20 miles out my way to go to another Publix when I have one less then 5 minutes. Need to do better

The Pharmacy at Publix Super Market at Shoppes of Citrus Hills is the very best! They went out of their way to resolve an issue caused by the doctor sending my prescription to a Publix in Clermont. They resolved the issue in a few days without me having to do anything! They didn't have to do that. It was my issue because my doctor sent the prescription to the wrong place. I didn't even have to ask for a solution! It was provided to me cheerfully and willingly. Superb customer service!

Being conveniently located next to my bank, I stopped in afterwards to grab some food for tonight's dinner. A great sale price on ground Sirloin and BOGO on Telluride sliced cheese.I also grabbed a couple cans of evaporated milk to try my hand at a pumpkin pie.Although a little busy, Publix nearly always seems to have plenty of cashiers available to get the customers through the checkout process with minimal wait times. For me, it rings true that, "At Publix, shopping really is a pleasure..."

Lately it seems like their bakery bread doesn't stay fresh as long as before. At the "sell by date" its already to get stale. However I will continue to buy their bread as mfg bread smells like chemicals are in it.

I have been shopping at this particular store for years. Publix has a reputation for being clean and as stocked as possible so it shouldn't be a surprise that this one isn't different. The employees are always willing to check the stock status for me or repackage meat if what I want isn't on the shelf. I enjoy going there whether it is for myself or someone else.
