I worked here and was treated very poorly by jarome the manager. He was mad that I didn't answer my phone on my day off to replace an employee who called off. And treated me with hostility and passive aggression everyday I was on the clock. I also have never received a w2 to file taxes and knowone at the store will help. Im very unsatified with the poor customer service recieved. The rude management is unbearable.and they never answer the phone to provide service to people who call in. Overall dreadfull experience I would never work for this company again nor will I shop here. The food is out of date and rotten so check the sell by date.

Cashier's has very bad attitude no customer service experience and the lady that's a manager there not sure of her name but short she also has a terrible attitude also they need customer service traing no lot of employer can't keep workers so they are just hiring and throwing them in position without the proper training not sure if they are aware when the filled out the application that cashier means they will deal with customer but I quest they see manager fors it and they follow very sad store.if it was a zero I would give that this is often

I Have been shopping at this particular store since the day they first opened. I have never been sorry not once , the staff always treats me with kindness and respect as i do them also. Someone at least once on each visit ask me did i find everything i needed , and at least five times over the years for no reason at all the people in front of me in line payed my bill just because they wanted to show kindness to a complete stranger, they only said pay it forward, do the same for a stranger when you can, i have many times and it really makes you feel good , giving for no reason , because you can, i always try to choose a woman with several children , i feel like i might be helping her in some small way . Thank you dollar mkt.

The elderly lady with the long hair, wears Gloves and and a mask is always so rude. I really hate when I have to check out in her line. Today she made a rude remark on the items my husband and I purchased. We stocked up on snacks. She asked if we had kids, we said No. She then said " This is enough for a party" Still scanning then she says"Wow"" who is she to judge? She need re-trained on customer service!!!! Thankfully my husband is quick witted and said. " We should have enough for a day or maybe two" Needless to say it will last awhile. But still, to be treated the way we were is highly unacceptable. We have both spent our careers as Customer service managers. This would not be tolerated on my watch. This isn't our first rude encounter with her either, but this one sure took the prize!

I really like this place. You have to check the prices some things are cheaper here than other places. Friendly staff nice people. The bathrooms could use a good cleaning.. The whole store could use a cleaning.

First time at this location. Was actually quite a ways away from me but my mother wanted to check it out. 45min drive later.... lol. They had a great sale on watermelons however the melons were kinda nasty & definitely not fresh. Soft to the touch & a lot of bruising or bad spots. Which was a big bummer. But we did end up leaving with purchasing a cart full of beverages. Lol sodas, juices had a great sale. The store was very clean and employees were friendly. Will return to also shop at other stores in the plaza, they're in a very good spot but next trip will be better prepared for a shopping day rather than just checking out the one store.

I LOVE this store! This is the nicest, cleanest and friendliest Dollar General Market I have ever been in! I shop around at different stores and I always enjoy seeing friendly staff like their manager Jerome. Keep up the good work!

The store was clean, friendly associates. I overheard a department manager going out of her way to provide a case of something to a customer. Lots of affordable store brand goods to choose from that are just as good as major brand items. The produce is fresh. I love this market.I wish they had a slightly larger selection but I understand that's not always possible. But you can get all the "essentials" here and not break the bank.

It's always a good shopping experience at this store. Young black woman with green dreads was an absolute sweetheart and so helping. She's a very sociable person and that was a breath of fresh air. I wish I would have seen her name she's awesome . AND a gem to your store.

Horrible customer service. The had valid ads for 4 coca cola 2 liters for $4 as long as you buy 4. I bought 4 and rang up at $1.92 each. I had to walk the manager to the signs. She did not know how to fix the problem. She gave me an extra 2 litter at no cost. That did not solve the problem. They still owe me money. A manager that can't fix a simple problem like this is unacceptable. Will never shop here again.

The grocery section was nice and stocked today, if you go around 8 am it usually is rather empty, probably a labor situation.The shelves in all sections were nicely stocked and priced.Smiling cashier and as social distance in place with marketing on the floors.If you forgot your mask, they will give you one.

My mother doesn’t speak English so I’m her translator and she wouldn’t stop bugging me til this is done. She want to say thank you to the person who turned in her purse & highly appreciate the staffs at this location for holding her belonging & even stayed a bit longer after closing hours for her to claim her belongings. She’s very happy that there’s nothing missing from her purse & highly appreciated each one of the staffs & the person who turned in the purse.

Like most of these types of places they have some good prices and some bad prices. while looking around I found many items I haven't seen in other local stores that were reasonably priced. At the same time I found many items that are available in other stores for lower prices in the other stores. We were just stopping in to browse and kill time but we did buy several small items with Christmas in mind. Overall not a bad little store in the neighborhood.

I find this location an interesting concept that works. With a Dollar General superstore on one side and grocery store on the other. It's an interesting place to shop and explore. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars only for pricing. Big Lots in the same plaza has them beat on movie prices and the big box across the street has them beat on some national brand items by .10-.50 cents. I guess it comes down to convenience or cash.

Why do the customers have to wear face coverings which is posted on the doors and windows but some of the employees do not? I was told by Travis that they dont wear them because of health issues and they dont work anyway. I like the store but not double standards.

I liked this place A LOT! The produce was fresh. You had a variety of other food items I was looking for. Plus all the Dollar General items you didn't know you needed..but you just had to get!! LOL!I wish I had one up here where I live in Pennsylvania!!

Go here often, prices are ok for what you get in the meat department. I find a lot of the time only one register open and it’s the cigarette lane with no moving belt counter to load your grocery’s on. Still faster than the Walmart most days.

Not sure why they accept online orders if they aren’t going to fulfill them…manager claimed no one told her really that’s your job she also didn’t know how to cancel the order…wow…needed some last minute items for a birthday party placed the order at 11:30 for a 3-4 pickup thanks for the huge inconvenience…worst service ever

All of the employees love my kids ! 😄😃 Sometimes my family goes to Dollar General Market 3 or more times a day. They have a produce , groceries, clothes etc they have it. Alot of my friends come out and are like do you a dollar store close by im like yep they all say we wish we had a market place like this close to us. Keep up the good work (Dollar General Market )

Great store. This is the largest Dollar General I have ever been into. Fresh produce & frozen food. Perfect for weekly shopping list & quick without all the long lines.

Extremely nasty and rude manager .I spend a lot money in that store . Even cashers are being yelled at and embarrassed by him . I wouldn't work for that man 5 minutes. I was in retail and d service over 40 years .I would never treat associate they way he does let alone customers.
