The cashier Donna had a horrible attitude and did not tale her time to understand what I wanted. I wanted my half my groceries on one card for business and the other half on my home card. (And specific items). As I walked up I told her this and she proceeded to come to her own conclusion and check out all my groceries together , and then get upset and roll her eyes at her bagger when I restated the specific items I wanted on the first card. She then said it was my fault that she'd have to take those items off my order now, when I made it as clear as possible what I wanted. I can understand being confused but her attitude with me was far from professional. If this is how employees treat their customers at this publix I will not be shopping here again. Horrible experience.

This evening no express tills open. I had 1 bag of ice so I went to customer service and advised the lady mgr that there were no express tills open. Her response “yeah I know”. Why wouldn’t this manager take the initiative to get a person on the express till? Worst Customer service ever. If you can avoid this publix store, avoid it. Go elsewhere. They don’t care about their customers here.

I love Publix in general, we do almost all of our shopping there, however my last experience annoyed me enough to compel me to write about it. Just so I’m clear I’m rating this location and this experience.So in the past, many times I was able to bring the deli, a loaf of French bread 🥖 from the bakery and the deli would make a long sub. It’s about 30” long and always a fun sandwich to bring a couple to a gathering. Cool conversation starter. The then charge me for (2) 12” and (1) 6” sub. Easy enough right? Wrong, the deli manager looked at me like I had two heads and informed me they can’t do that. I began to explain I’ve done it many times but she interrupted me quickly and suggested I buy all the parts and pieces and go home to make my own sub. 😆 As if I didn’t know I had that option or as if I needed permission to do so. That’s just not what I wanted to do.Anyway, it wasn’t so much WHAT was said but more so HOW it was said. Her quick snappy replies, talking over me, interrupting and arrogant attitude. IDK, has there been some sort of policy change? I and others I know have had these cool party subs made many of times over the years.

I love Publix subs. But recently there's a trend. They don't put paper down while making a sandwich. I've legit watched them put fried chicken directly on the counter top amongst previous sub makings chop it up and then put in the sub. Please stop this

Amazing fruit section, but the deli is what brings my rating down. The workers in the deli are very slow and will ignore you until they’ve finished their conversation. One took so long with my sandwich that it was already cold after it was toasted. The chicken that I was given in my sandwich was old, and the bread was stale. I always have an issue with the deli in this establishment.

Some very brilliant college educated person said that 10 items are left check out should never have to bag their own groceries. Congratulations college grad management guy you have now made your 10 its Lane the slowest at Publix at this location!!!!

Zero stars. the deli manager sucks at life. The actual store manager is trash he doesn’t care. Please do not order anything in advance because you’ll be late as ever to any meeting you have. Unprofessional and will never get my business again after living here for 4 years I’m done. I’ll drive in to Clermont instead.

Favorite place to shop I never have any rude encounters with none of the employees. Best chicken salad ever lol but I hate that it’s always hit or miss when searching for it cause they sell out so quick.

I’ve never had an issue inside this Publix (deli could use a few extra bodies at times because it is very slow). The biggest issue I have is with people taking up Curbside Pickup spaces and going inside. That is not the point of these spots. Many times i come for Curbside pickup and have to sit in front of cars parked here with no one inside the cars.Edited 1/30 - Me again. Publix still hasn’t found a way to fix the issue of people parking in drive up spots and walking in.Publix, please find a way to fix this issue. Added a picture from yesterday showing yet another customer parked in a pick up spot. I watched as he walked out of the Publix, so no an employee did not bring the cart out to him. Yes, there’s another open spot, but most times both spots are taken up by people like this. Please have courtesy for people.

Did you know that you can take your plastic bags, foam cartons, trays and paper to their recycling ♻️ bins outside the store? I love this and stuff all that in a box until I visit a store to drop it off. Only clean foam, so rinse off those from meat trays as well as egg cartons.

The Deli is awful, they were all arguing and blaming each other for things not being done. When I spoke to management they acknowledged that the deli is always having problems, and laughed.

Great store except for the deli and hot foods area, nothing wrong with the food, but the service is horific, and unfortunatly its always is at a snails pace and the staff will ignore you until they are good and ready, why cant Publix seem to be able to fix this ongoing probkem at this store?

Overpriced and parking is absolutely horrible. In addition to that I went to get the Marie Callender's pumpkin pie (that I purchased at the Eagle Ridge Plaza Publix in Groveland Florida) ready to put in the oven. And all of the contents of that pie is sloshed over to one side of the pie and Frozen like that. I'm anticipating this pie is going in the trash when it comes out of the oven if it doesn't even out during cooking which I doubt it will. The store must have stored it on its side at some point while it was thawed. So if it's a frozen pie why was it thawed. I'm supposed to be bringing this to my sisters in a couple hours for Thanksgiving. So now what?The apple pie looks ok. And the chocolate cream pie is probably okay. I have not opened that box yet.

Very nice publix. However since it's close to the local high school and right on 50. Expect it to be busy from about 3 pm until after 7.

I generally have a pleasant experience shopping here and can usually find what I am looking for.Last time we got publix subs, a member of my party wanted a meatball sub, and we ordered online. When we went to pick it up, they informed us that there were no meatballs. We were able to get a new sub for free and get a refund for the sandwich we didn't get, but not until we waited for four more guests to be helped, meaning the rest of the party at home got their sandwiches late as one of us was waiting for the last sandwich. My sandwich, pictured, was still excellent and a footlong is big enough to be lunch for two days.The service at the deli could be faster and better, but the store gets 4 stars anyways because the shopping experience is so streamlined.

Bad experience ordering a sub. The lady take my order was so rude, she asked me something i didn't understand she got upset and star hitting the bread on the counter, so I told her I am sorry I explained in calm and respectful manner the order but it was not enough, she was angry and yelling something about the order and putting ingredients incorrectly. I had already told her the type of sub I wanted so my husband told her to cancel the order and we walked out.

So normally I don't have any issues coming in to this particular Publix. I'm usually in and out with a smile but unfortunately today was not the case. I came in with my 5 year old son, as we were shopping there was this woman with a very large, Great Dane dog who was a service dog in training. Me being a dog lover I respected the woman with the dog and also the dog. My son and I didnt approach the woman whatsoever, we did look at him but as we walked by. As we were going to check out we ended up in the same check out lane as this woman and her dog but there was another woman in front of us so we weren't directly behind her so we couldn't even see the dog. I was curious to know how old the dog was so I kindly asked her how old he was, im not sure if she was having a bad day but she said something under her breath and said hes a service dog so I left it at that, she clearly didnt want to be spoke to but immediately after, the cashier RYLEE H felt the need to shake her head and rudely say "it's a service dog, leave it." I can see he's a service dog. Not me or my child went to approach this dog or speak to it or try to get his attention. I asked a simple question with about 10 feet between me and the woman with the dog. RYLEE H what you may not know is I've worked with animal for multiple years. I respect people's boundaries when it comes to the training process of an animal. In my opinion she came off very rude. She did however say sorry if that came off rude, but in that moment, I didn't care for her apologies. She had no reason for any input in that situation. That's all. Overall my shopping experience was great as usual!
