I had been looking for a part for my kayak for six months. I called several places, but they were unable to help me. David irick from the green Cove location spent over here 30 minutes trying to help me find the part I needed. He was able to order me what I needed and let me take a part off an existing kayak so I can get back out on the water faster. This is 100% the best service I’ve ever had.

The staff is helpful and informative, fully competent to advise alternatives to tricky situations and find the RIGHT tools, supplies and equipment for any job. Having a smaller store footprint, they still manage to carry a wide variety of gear for hunting, boating, fishing, etc as well as appropriate clothing.

What a great place to shop. The staff is helpful, but not pushy. I needed a new outdoor swing/glider & Melissa at the GCS store located the sale one I spotted online, arranged for its delivery & assembly so I could pick it up. They even delivered it! I felt cared for by her& the entire staff. I also purchased plant items & dog toys & bug spray. What a wonderful variety in this well stocked, brightly lit, store full of helpful people. My first choice for a neighborhood hardware. Can't always find such knowledge & helpful follow through in those giant hardware/garden centers.

Got 3 individual ornaments here. I loved them. They were for a remembrance tree. ✌👌👍I still come here for things that are hard to find in other places. 5/18/23 Good place to get things you need for repair projects. 👌✌️👍11/4/2023 The store has been rearranged and enlarged but that's cool! DO NOT SHOP HERE DONT WALK IN!!walkinto ace and not a single employee asked did I need help,had no assistance,walked around for 15 min.When I asked to speak to manger she wanna walk me to the back so customers couldn't hear well they are listening with their eyes now.this was the worst customer service I ever experienced all they can say is oh I'm sorry I was there to buy a few items n get help with some 2cycle oil for a jet ski never found the oil still no help had no dog food mean while I walk around employees eyeballing me n never said a word all the manger did was say oh I'm sorry not let me check into that let me see what is going on something so with that being said I put my stuff down n walked out knowing I'm never going back n will tell everyone I know the experience I had at Ace the helpful hardware place LIE,LIE,LIE So if you are reading this I would advise you to not shop here at this circus,they were to worried about making popcorn lmao

This location is very large and clean. The store has a great selection of tools and accessories. The layout is well done with plenty of interesting and local products. The staff was helpful and friendly. Todd was very intuitive as to my needs and took me directly to the product I was looking for and all the options available. Great family run business!

Had an absolutely amazing experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This location has a large amount of fishing supplies which I found great. Every time I go in they have something new and almost always have a good sale. The store is perhaps the cleanest I have ever walked into. Great experience and made shopping a pleasure. The cashier, Gracie is absolutely amazing did her job quickly and had a great attitude. Love seeing people who love their job!

I stopped by with a Stihl edger purchased a couple years ago and had the pleasure of having Karin help me. She took it to the back and came back with a simple fix. Karin even gave me some tips. She was so helpful and kind. I really appreciated her taking the time to help me!

This is the coolest hardware store I've ever been in lol. They have EVERYTHING! Hardware stuff obviously plus clothes, house stuff, pet stuff and so much more. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Bonus they refill propane!!

Huge store! Outdoors, fishing, and hunters need to go here. Grillers check out the grills, cool new products not seen at the other box stores. Large selection of rubs and sauces. Prices are good make sure to sign up for the rewards program helps with savings. Store is clean and staff is very helpful.

This is the best Ace hardware I’ve ever been to. They have a great selection of 316 stainless fasteners, boat supplies, nylon plumbing fittings etc. everything is super well organized and the workers are friendly and helpful!

New in town and I really like the Ace Hardware we have here. But after today I have to change my opinion. Joan, the store Manager and Matt who works the warehouse and does Stihl chainsaw repairs went beyond the call and helped me out tremendously today while I was having car problems. Matt took the time to give me a ride back to my house so I could do what I needed to do to resolve my car problems. Both seemed very happy and gracious to be able to help someone in need. I am glad to say Ace Hardware will be my first place to go whenever I have a need around the house that Ace can help me with. As for my car everything is resolved and thanks to both Joan and Matt for their help today. I now love my new Ace Hardware and their great staff
