It’s 11:30am on a Saturday and it’s closed ? Witness a lot of angry customers knock on the doors for almost half an hour. There was a gentleman in a wheel chair desperately needing items in the store but to avail. Not a good look at all.

I understand staffing issues, but they have chosen to remedy that by closing the store during the peak time people coming home from work or on lunch they need to run by. I have tried to come by there on my lunch, and stop by on my way home from work and both times they have been closed. They are not valuing their customers in these decisions

💖 The Best Grocery Store In Town !!! I'm a budget shopper and this is where the deals are. A single person can actually eat three meals a day, seven day's a week for $21.00, by buying their dollar food items. When times get tough, the tough get going, to a Dollar General near you, where shopping is a pleasure 🍞🥓🥚🥞 🧀🍗🍕🌭🍟🥫🍦🍬🍰🤣

This place is just open whenever. It is 4:03pm on Thursday and it is closed. It has a sign saying it will be open 6am-11am then 6pm-9pm. Yet they have not bothered to update the hours online. I went on Tuesday and it was closed around 6pm. But so was the Family Dollar. So I thought it was a system issue. Nope. I see from other reviews this is at least a 3 month long probl3m.

The worst retail establishment I have ever ATTEMPTED to shop at. Aside from the complete lack of organization, employee friendliness/morale and cleanliness of the property inside and out, the store is open when they choose for it to be.I've attempted to pick up a package, as it is a FedEx pick up location, I have been unable to for days. Open hours are 8A-10P. There are employees everyday and simply have the door locked and ignore all customers coming to the door. Id be embarrassed if my name was associated with Dollar General and this was my location. Waste of time, go somewhere else.

Ugh...half the time you stop by this store & it's closed in the middle of the day. On the times they are open, they only accept cash some days or they only accept card on other days, but you have to read the hand written notes all over the front of the store to find out which it is that day. The employees are rude, never interested in customer service while checking out, no hi, no bye, did you find everything...nothing. The parking lot is always covered in trash & cigarette butts. Nasty. Called corporate today, but I will never attempt to shop at this store again.

845 pm on 4/13/2023 stopped by to get a few things and one of the employees was sitting on buggy carts outside telling everyone that they were closed 🤔🤔 but the sign on the door says open til 10pm and website says open til 10pm... this Dollar General does what they want and corporate never calls back!!! Just shut it down and everyone go to Family Dollar at least they gone be open to serve the public 🤬🤬

They are always short staffed and out of stock. The product never really makes it to shelves either. They constantly have random stacks of cases and carts of product blocking aisles and endcaps. Most of the employees are nice and helpful, but overwhelmed most of the time.

Not to happy when you go with them having 15 mins to close telling me we have a minute till they close. Your sign says 10pm not 945 not 950. 10pm! And then an employee wants to say well your a lot better then me to another employee. Well do your job don’t try to close early and then be rude about it when you have people in your line! New management doesn't do well in keeping the shelves stocked. Most clerks are great but some stand around gabbing instead of checking customers out. Wish they would step up and stock the shelves and keep it cleaner...

Conveniently located near our neighborhood. Quick shopping experience if the parking lot has less then 4 cars. Avoid otherwise... since they usually have only 2 employees on hand to do the stocking cleaning price tagging etc... not to mention run the cash registers too. Cheap pricing equals understaffing and huge register lines...but as long as were saving 30 cents here and there!

Store is usually cluttered with stuff dangerously placed in the aisles (the only reason I rated so low) but they do have pretty much everything you need. Store employees seem overworked but they remain courteous and friendly. They need some help in there but otherwise, it's a good neighborhood store.

The worst place to shop the manager through my merchandise that I wanted a refund for on the counter at me telling me she can't refund it. I apologized to her for not getting the price right. And her excuse to me was there was a long line behind me and her regenal manger is coming in today. So, any way that's not how you treat a loyal customer and that's no excuse to throw things!!!

One star is not even what this store deserves. It's closed half the time went to return a rug Doctor today line was so long two employees there and only one register open. And he was trainitgget didn't even know how to do a return on the rental. Not even the manager knew . I will NEVER NEVER EVER go to this store ever they were rude and impatient.

I have been in that store 4 days in a row the animal row is so bear. All the stock is a the of iles never put on shelf's. Not sure if the need more help but it a shame you can but nothing when it's at in of iles in boxes. Hope to see a change soon.

Be prepare to wait in line for 15-20 mins. Always have 1 cashier while the other employees are outside smoking and chatting. The worst experience was not to long ago about a week or 2 an employee cashier was in severe pain there was a line of people a gentleman had to get off the line to go out the door to yell at the other 2 employees who was across the parking lot talking to come in and help! They need to send her home! Just the other day again 1 cashier line was long and waited for awhile. Manager (male) came over to the register saw there was a long line and the cashier was busy with regarding a debut about a coupon, the manger came over to assist her about that issue saw there was a line did nothing but walked away. After about 15 mins he came back and decided to help. Most of the staff is rude! And the place is overly clutter with boxes and inventory laying around its hard to get through the aisles. I do shop here alot so its often. Lazy staff and mangers!

Eh, staff isn’t friendly and prejudice. Follows you around the store if you’re black when there are other customers in the store but yep, you’re the target because of your skin. We live in a gated subdivision up the street so this one is close to us . The store AC doesn’t work. It’s very smelly in the store, dirty, everything is thrown all around, and they didn’t have the things we needed overall. Would not come back to this one if it was located next to my house directly.

Always have their shelves stocked, great prices (love the digital coupons) and all TT he staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, it saves me from having to deal with hectic chain stores and that is a BIG plus in my book.

Whole store smells like vomit. I brought it up to management numerous times because I'm fully aware of what the smell is. Dirty mop water. They must only change it weekly if ever. Disgusting. Never any shopping carts free so you have to carry everything.

Over worked and under staffed, yet the staff here are always ready to help. Friendly and usually have what I need in stock. The aisles are full of carts of merchandise ready for the shelf, HELPFUL workers.

Slowest customer service EVER at the register. I had to walk out today after waiting about 10+ minutes in a long line - with at least 10 people behind me or I'd be late to work! The elderly lady at one register - whom I believe is the manager- walked away and went to the back with that HUGE line of people waiting and only one other girl at a register. This...after she took an extremely long time checking out only 3 customers!!! RUDE!! Never shopping at that location again as this isn't the first time. They are NEVER fast and efficient there. That woman SHOULD NOT be a manager ANYWHERE!!!

The manager Damaris is extremely rude and shouldn't be working around customers. She's so unprofessional. Something needs to be done with her. She needs to be fired. If it wasn't for her the store would of got a better rating. The store manager is a great man.

Would have been 5 stars before today. The new girl damaris is extremely rude and has NO place in customer service at all. Will be calling corporate tomorrow because of her. Won't step foot back in until she is gone.
