They have got to be kidding. The prices have just risen again!! Their attitude toward service animals right away tells you where they stand. I am never going there again unless I have to. Trying to get someone to find something for me was hard. Extra employees standing around while I ask over and over for help finding my favorite Lean Cuisines. They were on sale 3/$10. Walmarts are always around $2.94-$3.49 regularly. Sad how a wholesome neighborhood grocery can become so greedy.

one of the workers were rude that was making my sandwich. he saw the tomato’s fall out and he wrapped it anyway, and didn’t change his gloves while touching the refrigerator, the oven or when he went to go look for a sauce touching everything else.

I love Publix. Best produce, meats, and baked goods. Wide aisles, clean, friendly, helpful staff. And they have loads of BOGO. My favorite grocers.

The staff here is generally very pleasant, location has easy access. I do not shop at this chain much because it's usually more expensive than others and the heiress owner supported the Jan 6 insurrection, but it is the one place locally that I know I can get a 25# bag of organic carrots reliably for a fair price, which has stayed the same since before 2020.

This particular public supermarket clearly does not care for any customer service or being polite in any fashion. I was concerned because another one of their stores had a busy signal whenever people called for over 2 hours. When I asked them to check on it they just tried to make excuses and say there's probably nothing wrong. When I asked what if there was she actually smarted off to me and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Avoid this public supermarket at all costs!

Bathroom was disgusting. Tried to tell the customer service area and waited almost 20 minutes just for someone to walk over so I could inform them that the bathroom needed maintenance.

Just about every time I go to the deli it's missing tons of options. Also the food quality is inconsistent. This location is a waste of time and money.Edit: this locations deli still sucks and the customer service is beyond rude. The deli needs new management.

At this location it is slightly bigger than most. Therefore I had to walk a little more to find the items that I needed. There is plenty of parking available at this plaza. The staff is very efficient and friendly as well as helpful 😀 👍.

The absolute BEST Publix and grocery store. This Publix is always clean, easy to navigate, employees more than helpful and friendly, paying special attention to personalized, professional interactions every single time I've been there.By far, the most enjoyable grocery shopping experience from customer service, pharmacy, check out stands, interactions with clerks, deli, bakery, produce, etc. Even the restrooms are always impeccably clean and well supplied, something that's not common or even expected.You can depend on stellar service, quality in every department and always getting exactly what you came in for and more.I can't praise this store enough.

I visited this store on February 21st. My experience was extremely pleasant! I am disabled and in a wheelchair therefore, I am unable to push a shopping cart or reach for some items. I stopped by the customer service desk to inquire if someone could be made available to assist me.The employee at the desk was more than happy to provide assistance. What’s more he had a smile on his face. The other employees in the departments that I shopped (produce, sushi, prepared fruit) greeted me and were helpful. I am confident that I will always find great selections, fresh local produce, and a clean store, more importantly courteous employees when I shop at Publix!

As a new family to Gainesville, we have had very pleasant experiences in most places. We have appreciated the Gainesville community being kind to us, welcoming, and accepting my children's differences. This Publix is our number 2 favorite grocery store, it is only not #1 because it is further away from my home. We have gone to this one a handful of times after the post office. I've found the location easy to find, plenty of parking, pleasant employees, helpful, not over crowded, clean, organized, things very stocked, and of course the bin with a piece of fruit for the kiddos to eat as we shop (very exciting).

I shop at Publix because people working there are cheerful and helpful consistently. The store is always clean. I do prefer having people checking me out over the idea of self checkout. If I wanted to check out myself then I think discounts should be offered just for that. I hope Publix continues to offer people to check us out.
