Marcus, our groomer, did a fantastic job giving a haircut to my Great Pyrenees. His work is professional, attentive to details, and made my life easy to maintain my dog’s coat. Besides, Marcus’s cut just look…look beautiful! Worth every penny. It is hard to find a groomer in town who works well with big dog breeds. I highly recommend Marcus and will come back.

I have a chocolate lab, and she sheds like crazy! Shoutout to the groomers who did my baby yesterday. The place we were going to before seemed to be pointless she continued to shed after and didn't cut her nails properly. But today, my daughter goes, "Ma petco really did good; there's a difference." We are all pretty satisfied with the results.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. My dog can get anxious during his visits but the groomers at Petco are very caring and patient with him. They take pride in their work and I feel confident that my dog is in good hands at each visit.

Stacy was the groomer for my dogs, Holly and Willow. They always looked amazing when I picked them up. As both were Senior Dogs Stacy handled them with great care. She was the best!!

Stacie did a great job buffing my dog’s nails and I also loved the way she treated him with patience even when he was giving her a hard time. Alexis the store manager came in and helped to pet and calm my dog so they could finish the service. I am very grateful they were able to get it done because although he doesn’t bite, my dog does try to pull away/get away for his nails.I also bought some food, treats, and flea prevention while I was in the store and the cashier Angeline was very fast and kind.

Stacie is great with my 2 fur babies. They are a handful and she is always patient and does a great job on their nails. She is a great resource and has answered any questions I've had. Petco is lucky to have her. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing grooming services.

Felicia is the best groomer we have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She expertly handles a two year old high energy poodle and a moody 11 year old corgi. Our dogs used to get anxious at the groomer, now their tails won’t stop wagging with Felicia!

I went in and asked for some plecos and cherry shrimp. Employee asked what size tank I had, I said 55. She immediately jumped down my throat about how I was getting too many and talked to me like I didn't know what I was doing. I got 2 small plecos for my 55 g. I have many tanks and years of experience. She was very rude.

I take my two huskies to Stacie for their grooming needs and will never go anywhere else! She does such a thorough job. The deshedding is worth every penny which I haven’t been able to say about other groomers. She is also patient with my fur babies who tend to be a bit sassy at bath time.

After years and years of rock heaters being infamous for the health issues and burns they cause for various species, PetCo will still happily sell them to you. Buy local, or at the very least do your research before getting reptiles/amphibians/invertebrates and the supplies for them at commercial pet stores. It's unrealistic to expect staff to know the ins and outs of more exotic animal care, but as a company they should do better in terms of what they stock.

I will not be going back to Petco. I felt pressured by Felicia to go with a higher plan even though she still could have just given my baby a regular shih Tzu cut. He looked like he had been just cut with a pair of sheep sheers.She walked my pup across the floor that was full of hair after supposedly grooming him. He has been scratching all day as though he wasn't cleaned properly. My baby even seemed vary nervous when I picked him up. I just didn't have a good feeling after leaving there. And the visit sure wasn't worth the money .

I compared prices on Petco, Petsmart, Targe, Walmart and Chewy for 'Healthsience' dry and wet food for cats and 'Dr. Elsey's' cat litters. You and Chewy are the only ones that offered discounts on Healthsicence productss and you are the only one that gave discount on store-wide purchase. Although I could not use the store discount this time (b/c I did not order more than $50), I will shop all my needs for my cat at Petco in the future. And the curbside service was very nicely done, quick and easy. Thank you.

The same employee there makes me hate this store now. She really sucks at retail. I worked at a pet store for 15 years so I know. I won’t shop at this location while Angeline works there. Thank god for Chewy 🙏🏼.

Awesome store for your pet products and food needs. Sometimes they have great clearance prices, and you can save a lot of money. Nice and clean store. Lots of parking.

I was pleasantly surprised on how well my dog was groomed, better than other well known groomers in the area. It was easy to make an appointment and I didn’t have to wait months for an appointment, like I have at other places. Angie was professional and asked my preference for my pups grooming. She also informed me of the petco app and how to get discounts on future appointments, and throughout the store. I hope I’ve found my permanent groomer!

My first time using them and it went great. Stacie called before appointment to make sure she had all info needed and asked questions about my baby's health, and if I had any concerns. I picked my shi-tzu up and she looked just like I wanted. Will be going back next week with my big English Setter.

I was very pleased with Bruno and Zuko’s grooming. Ms. Angie was very sweet and professional with the dogs. I had informed her about my 6 month old rescued lab that he is very skeptical and gets easily scared with new people but she handled the situation well. She is the best!

I honestly feel conflicted about leaving 4 stars. I would very much like to give them 5 stars. Because their online ordering, including recurring orders and same day pick ups are phenomenal. You get always seem to get a discount online. In-store customer service is great. Grooming department employees are helpful and friendly. However, they don't have a great selection of In-store products, and they are overpriced. I know prices have gone up across the board, but the majority of their products are definitely over market value. I buy my canned cat food at publix or petsmart because it's cheaper there. I get the majority of my dog treats at petsmart because they are cheaper. But like I said, Petco online is more affordable, and I'll continue to use it. And I have only absolutely positive things to say about the employees here.

Sale prices wasn’t displayed on shelves under the product. One of the associates had to tell me that the particular product I was wanting to buy was in fact on sale. So I got a sales paper from another associate and it didn’t have that product listed as on sale either.

If I could give a negative zero I definitely would I don’t recommend this place to nobody first it was my puppy was denied service because of a fxck up on their end saying his rabies shot was expired when really it wasn’t. I called complaining to the manager she said bring him in the next day I’ll make sure to apply a discount for the inconvenience on our end. Okay I take him in the next day drop him off everything goes pretty smooth for check in my puppy is playing and being friendly with the staff. Not even 10 mins after I leave I get a call saying I have some bad new we can’t groom him he’s being aggressive & trying to bite us “REMIND YOU MY PUPPY IS NOT AGGRESSIVE & IS VERY FRIENDLY & PLAYFUL “ but they cut one half a side of him 😡😤🤬😠 & claim he not allowing them to groom him got my puppy out here looking messed up . MOST DEFINITELY CALLING THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING HORRIBLE SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️

I come here pretty often because they usually have everything in stock, minus crested gecko food sometimes. I like this location, it’s clean and quiet and makes for a stress-free shopping experience. They always have a lot of live animals that are nice to look at.

Very very very disappointed. It is hard to say who all is the problem because practically no one wears a name tag. This was my third and final visit to this location. Something has gone wrong everytime we have been here. The best employee that works there was a cute small nerdy white woman with curly black hair and glasses. She helped us get our betta, neon tetra, shrimp, and snails. She talked to us the entire time we were there about her betta and she was just a sweetheart. I wish I knew her name. The man who couldn’t figure out how to check us out today was Tracy, he asked us to go find an employee to check us out since he couldn’t… yikes. The employee that ended up checking us out today was Rebecca, she was very apologetic and did her job efficiently and she tested our water for us. There is a shorter woman who is VERY loud who works there which I think is the main problem. I think she is a manager by how she bosses everyone around, but does no work at the same time. She has yelled at my boyfriend before to get his attention, and she is just very short tempered. We will not be back, we are headed to pet smart now to get some neon tetra.UPDATE: I had to get a water softener and pet smart didn’t have what I was looking for so I had to come here. I unfortunately met the general manager, Alexis. She approached me as I was walking out of the store to talk about the review I left. She unfortunately didn’t say sorry, or even seem sorry. She was talking to me like she had to and didn’t want to. Almost like when your mom makes you apologize to your siblings, you don’t mean it, and whatever you did you’re gonna do again. Atleast I got the name of the best employee that works there, Mya. If she ran the store I’d come everyday.

These poor babies were in a cage full of flies and feces. It looks like no one has cleaned this enclosure for awhile. This is inhumane and not acceptable. Please clean it up.
