This store hasn't had any hot wheels besides the shipper that was sent out to all the dollar tree stores since January needs to do better with weekly stock counts

All of the Dollar Tree stores in Gainesville seem to be more severely understaffed than usual. Most shelves are literally bare, and there's unpacked boxes piled up throughout the stores.

This is no longer a..."Dollar Store". Wife stopped in to look at a few things... Went to check out and was told everything had different prices now and no longer $1.25 for everything... Was told it was now a "Dollar Tree Plus"... Everything is no different then a quick stop shop now... We were also shocked at the cleanliness of the store... seems to have gone down quite a bit since our last visit... I don't know why... Just not coming back to this location... Best of luck cause other businesses are far better and ya just another China shop that moves in then changes prices once established...

This dollar tree is TRASH! We love dollar tree and understand some clutter but this place looks like it hasn't been cleaned or stocked in weeks!

Get the heck out of here with your $5 items. I'm here for $1 (now $1.25) off-brand Pringles and toothpaste. Do I look like someone who can afford to drop $5 on a pink plushie? If I had that kind of dough I'd already be at Dollar General.

Better than my last visit. Managers need training on how to talk to employees. Employee was on break being told he had to do better put up , stock for shelves that was already out. Not the kinda of response you get when he comes back with well you cut my hours.Note to company: if employee needs hours pay him his working wage. I am old school but you pay minimum wage for minimum work , yes? Then you cut hours because you can throw your weight around? I am just a customer listening to your dirty laundry!!!

Leaving an older woman to close the store alone is atrocious. It took 20 minutes to get checked out and the line behind me was to the back of the store, not to mention that poor woman's safety. Management should be ashamed

This is a great location it is generally always fully stocked and I rarely go in and can't find the item I was looking for. Plus I love seeing the new stock that has come in. You can even order online if you don't find what you're looking for and they'll deliver it to the store for you.

The gentleman who is manager is so cool. He always says hi and shows me the latest display he’s working on. You can tell he loves his job. If there’s a long line, that doesn’t mean there’s a long wait, the staff works so hard to have things run smoothly! Thank y’all!

They were having a PRETTY good day... but I got in there early so I could get in and get out! The store being so neat clean and organized, that caused me to spend more than I WANTED to!🤭 But at least I didn't break a $20😭 ... The store was better kept than normal happy to see that ....

Went to the store tonight dealt with Angela she was very rude and disrespectful tell me my card card declined twice charge my card twice I called my car company they said your card was never declined by us that in fact Dollar tree charge you twice you have two pending charges active on your account this makes me very upset and didn't want me to take my groceries home for what you charge me for now this is how you treat people I do understand that there was a hurricane I do understand that everybody's upset they're stressed out frustrated and upset tired angry but guess what you signed up for the job if you don't want to work it quick just like that everybody going through something yes we all are take a moment take some time off go on vacation take time for yourself take care of yourself but what you will not do is play with me or my money.

I hardly ever write reviews, but when I am given such rude service, I have started to do so in order to give others a "heads up". While, at a store like this, I wouldn't expect 5-star service, I also expect basic customer service. Before we had even finished unloading our basket, the cashier asked us to "put our basket back"... at the front of the store. We explained that we always put our baskets back on our way out of the store, AFTER checking out (as is customary at most stores). The lady behind us seemed shocked and the lady in front of us took our basket to stack it with hers, as she was on her way out of the store. The cashier then proceeded to sing loudly to whatever song must have been playing on his headphones. I won't be back to this location. Unacceptable.

Staff were lazy... hanging out in the back room talking instead of running the messy checkout lines (empty used boxes piled high on each checkout line) and rude when confronted about not doing their job when the line (singular because there was only one girl actually trying and working hard at her job) got incredibly long. The store itself is disorganized, messy, and poorly maintained. Boxes of stuff stacked against the walls, stuff strewn a over the floor, things tossed in random places. Sure, the prices are low, but so are their standards apparently. Pretty disappointing.

BEST dollar tree in town!! Large, spacious, clean, well maintained, organized store. Good deals, lots of merchandise. Excellent location, plenty of parking. Convenient to other stores. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Tons of wonderful things for homemade crafts for Christmas. Their vinyl and wood craft section is a bit small compared to some Dollar Trees. However they still have plenty.

This is the worst Dollar tree I've ever been in and I travel all over the state on a daily basis it looks like a bomb hit the place stuff everywhere where it's not supposed to be the day I was there line to the back of the store with one register open manager comes out shuts that register down, and has a woman open another register and still only has one register open student line for over 10 minutes corporate needs to do something about this

Terrible customer service with one older lady there, very rude disrespectful. Been here plenty of times and with this experience she threw our stuff in the bag: christmas cards, bathroom things all bent up when we got home. She didnt try to help when the machine wouldn't swipe with the gift card, but she hadn't even selcted that option - even after I informed her that it was a gift card, she selected credit card and then insisted we had to only use cash. The manager took up for her overlooking she had given us attitude and wasn't trying to help. THE WORST PLACE TO COME IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE!!

Rude associates working, asked for help they didn't care about customer service. Was very short with myself and my mom, as if to rush us to get us out of the store. It was not even time to close the store. Another associate was following my mom around like she was a shop lifter. Decided to go to the Newberry, FL location, they were very friendly kind and curtious. Help me with anything I inquired about. I will be back to New berry store... but not archer Rd , Florida. Customer service is everything

Love this Dollar Store so much. It's located in a great place and their inventory is OUT OF THIS WORLD! I can't believe some of the things they are selling for one dollar. Love this place so much!

I usually go to Dollar Tree for sleeping pills, snacks (Nutella snacks and potato chips), but I started getting decoration articles form the store. With the coming of the Fall season, they changed the type of flowers to orange and yellow flowers that can be paired with some white ones to make very automny-colors. They also have very cute pumpkins that can be used to decorate any table.The staff is very helpful and kind. I always enjoy shopping to that location.

Don't waste your gas....poorly stocked....if you watch you tube videos....people are showing new items at Dollar Tree, but you won't see them at this Dollar Tree.. I just never waste time or energy to go there...
