It was my first time inside the Ace Hardware in Leesburg. Not your big-box retail store but inside was very well stocked, The staff was very friendly, good environment. I ordered my items online from Ace because the prices are reasonabe. Everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend this store.

I came in today with a plumbing problem and Steven had the solution! He took the time to build me a manifold of sorts and even cut a little length of pipe for me to use. Great service and very friendly. This is why we love Ace over the big box stores! Thank you Steven

This location IS THE WORST! Customer service isn't helpful & doesn't even care. Again, out of all the locations I go to, this one is the absolute worst. The straw that broke the back!! I couldn't exchange my chlorine jug because it had a Tavares Ace sticker & not a Fruitland Park sticker. I mean, come on!!

I love this local business.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.They have a great selection of hardware, home improvement supplies, and a lot of other items for grilling/BBQ. If you need to fix something and could use some advice, this is the place to go.

This is a third time I've been here in the last couple years and for some reason I keep expecting a different experience. I've never seen a bigger group of grumpy people in my life. For some reason, the cashier's think I'm trying to steal them blind. I'll skip this Ace Hardware and go to Weirsdale.

This is a great ace hardware store. If you have a project or need a special part, piece, nut or bolt don't waste your time at a big box store. You can always find someone to help you too. They also refill propane gas tanks. Super convenient and really helpful people!

Purchased a full LP tank from them.Went to connect to grill. Rubber seal was defective and leaking. I took it back and they told me they are not responsible for that and blamed me for it. They switched out the tank but charged me full price for another tank and took the defected one. Go figure!I will not deal with this location again. I've been in the Ace Hardware system for a long time. I' ll take my business elsewhere.

I come to this place very often for materials needed for random projects I work on. Every store associate I have encountered has been very kind, respectful, and always ask if you need help with anything. The store has great Covid-19 precautions put in place for customers and associates to feel safe. All associates wear masks and a mask is required for entry into the store. As a nurse, that made me very happy to see. I was very thrilled when I found out they are able to cut glass at whatever measurement/dimensions you need. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this store at all. I will gladly continue to do business with them.I thank you associates for your help and kindness!!😃😋😎.

Super customer service! Came in to replace the ignition key for my vehicle because the one I had was cracked and bent. I have a chip key so it was necessary for me to get it precisely done. The employee correctly and properly made me a new chip key! Very impressed with the service here!

I go here often. I went to an auto store yesterday to get a very small clamp for a gas return hose- they didn't have it. Went to Ace this morning, had it in about 3 minutes. $.60 out the door. These guys/gals are the BEST!

This Ace Hardware is really nice. All the employees know my name and my son and I don't even stop by that often. The service is quick and always friendly. They are honest when they don't have what I need, and always have reccomendations on what will work best for me. The management is awesome as well. Matt and Chris are really good at what they do and make you feel welcome there. If I need something for a home project Ace is the first place I stop.

I'm very upset, the rude lady working the counter. I purchased 4 springs yesterday. They didn't fit so I brought them back to exchange for the right size. The young lady that had waited on me the day before didn't charge me for one of them. The rude lady said there's a problem the little brown bag that the springs were placed in the day before didn't show what was in the bag. And I didn't pay for 1. I would have been glad to pay for the spring that was not rang up, due to cashier's mistake. But the rude lady made me feel like I had tried to steal a spring. Come on lady, it was $1.79 this is why id rather drive 20 miles further to Weirsdale Ace, your treated like a person,not a thief. I paid for something that won't work. But be sure of this...I won't be back to this location.

I wish I could give negative stars, this location is trash and don’t know how to treat other commercial accounts or their customers. I wish I got the name of the lady but when she answered the phone she told me to hurry up with my question. I’m a store manager and I would fire her, if I heard she treated the customer the same way she treated me.
